    I love the apartment and the area. The only bad part is once a month it seems they have to come in to check something out. I am glad they want to keep up with things but it seems they could do it a little more spread out.

          Ashton Creek has been a great place to live. The maintenance staff is always prompt and efficient. The ladies in the office are always nice and try to help whenever they can. I have lived here for over two years and have had a wonderful experience. I love getting to know my neighbors and love that the management always offers events to get the community together and/or involved. I know I will have many more years here and look forward to all of them.

            The only real issue I’ve had is I’m tired of stepping in dog poop everyday because people are too lazy to pick it up. Which their were video cameras up and fines given. Other than that I’ve enjoyef living at Ashton creek apartments and as long as my rent doesn’t go up that much since I am a short term renter then I’ll continue to live here.

              I give this complex a 2 stars based on schools. The complex changed management 4 times within the last 3 years. The leasing and maintenance staff do not have customers services abilities. The maintenance staff reports tickets completed without doing them. Everyday the property rules and regulations are being made without residences being informed. I can't wait to leave now my child graduation.

                    The apartments are nice but they keep changing management especially to people that worked really hard all the time and took care of the residence. They have a horrible trash issue there is only one dumpster for all these residents. There also isn't a mailbox I have to go to the apartment complex next- door to mail my mail because the office is closed

We recognize that residents do not like the single trash compactor for their trash disposal, this was the system in place when we purchased the property. We are currently looking at alternative solutions and hope to have something in place as early as the beginning of the year. For all mail, there is an outgoing mail slot at each mail station.                       The apartments are being updated but only if there empty. So for what we pay I would think they would want to update their current residents units as well. It's not a bad apartment just a little pricey for the unit with no updates

                              I lived there from April 2016 to March 2017 and broke lease due to toxic mold that almost cost me my life. I reported a flooded room during rain and it was left sitting there for days then fan dried. I expressed concerns for mold because I could only imagine how many times that had happened. Towards the end of my experience there I became so ill I couldn't even get out of bed. I hired a professional testing company to test and the results were terrifying. There was mold through the entire ventilation system as well as tremendous amounts of fungus. Years worth of growth. The building was not up to code and previous tenants had reported such and that was not disclosed before myself and my 3 kids moved in. When I forwarded the test to corporate...I was shut down. They sent a letter trying to lie about me reporting the mold previously to a maintenance group who can't even properly replace a weather stripping on a door. Instead of being apologetic they continued to charge us rent after we were gone as well as utilities that weren't even being used bc we moved. As well as an early termination charge. I now have permanent nerve damage and continue to have bedridden days. That place destroyed my life and took my childrens mother from them. I am compiling my medical records that are related to this place and filing a lawsuit. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ and tell me about your experience. I strongly discourage people from moving there. The management is terrible to say the least. Especially do not rent unit ----. Unless you want to ruin your life.

Our maintenance staff schedules work orders into their schedule as submitted unless the resident indicates that they'd prefer to be home or schedules a specific timeframe.                                 I have lived here for approximately 1.5 years. The staff are constantly changing, maintenance is rude, parking is horrible, and there is only one dumpster that is constantly full. Parking is horrible!!!! If you want a parking spot, you have to be in by 7pm or you can forget it, you're walking a good distance to your apartment. There is a huge pest problem as there are spiders, centipedes, worms, snails, and a ton of frogs outside the apartment. There a many many stray cats roaming around and peeing and pooping on the property and nothing is being done. When it snows, maintenance does a horrible job of shoveling or pre-treating. Kids are outside yelling and running all hours of the day and are just misbehaved. Office staff have no clue to what they're doing and are always lying. Plus, there is a subdivision being built in the middle of the complex!!!! No I wouldn't recommend ANYONE to live here EVER.

                                Its old and dated and they have yet to renovate our apartment which has old appliances, peeling cabinets, old carpets, and nothing is "modern". The location is good and the new management has been making visible efforts to improve things but until they bring our apartment up to date I'll never be satisfied given the rents I pay and have paid over the stay here. Right now the only reason we are still here is because its too big of a pain to move.

Since PRG has purchased this property we have made some vast improvements, including interior renovations of every apartment upon move out. These renovations do include the cabinet faces, without the laminate covering. All of our current residents are given the option to transfer to a newly renovated apartment at any point during your lease term, if qualified. If you want to learn more about how to transfer, and the options we have available we will be more than happy to assist.                                   I love living at Ashton Creek. It's a great location, conveinant for work, school, friends, and great rental price!                                         I have been a resident at Ashton Creek Apartments since 2012, and the office staff, maintenance staff, and property management company have changed several times. Typically, there's at least one person on the front office staff and maintenance staff that is decent; however, the most recent changes that were made when PRG took over is absolutely HORRIBLE!! I am uncertain where they found the staff at, but many residents are not satisfied with the services that are being provided. The Property Manager is very unapproachable. She's rarely in the office, and if she is she's typically in the back of the building on her phone while smoking a cigarette. If you ask to speak with her, she comes in as if she's annoyed that you're disrupting or bothering her. The maintenance staff acts like they have a problem when you indicate that they may not enter without permission (resident being present). I had to put in more than one work order to get the same issues fixed in my apartment because they do not try to resolve the issues the first time around. I recommend that residents make sure that they are available to be at home when maintenance come to complete work orders so that you can monitor them. Previously, I have seen them touching/using my paper towels while working, the maintenance worker laid his nasty coat on my sofa, the maintenance supervisor put his hands inside of my ice while checking the ice maker. My issue with this is what if I was not home to see this foolishness? They should not be using residents paper towels; his hands were dirty and he touched the top of the roll while taking paper towels off and if they need to use paper towels they need to bring them. The maintenance supervisor hands were not clean so what if I would've used that ice not knowing that he had touched it. Lastly, is it nasty for them to lay their personal clothes on residents furniture considering the fact that they are laying on the ground/floors, and completing several nasty tasks while at work. Also, when you ask to speak with someone from corporate the front office refuse to provide the contact information. In a nutshell, the Ashton Creek staff as a whole is unprofessional, unsanitary, rude, and don't follow up. I hope that something is done about the current staff asap. So far as the property itself, it is not the worst. For the most part, it is a quiet community and lowkey, which I like. Every now and then, there are new residents that move in and they are not the best. Currently, the property is going through a transitional phase of upgrading the property so I have an older model apartment. This does not bother me as I am only renting and it's not my personal property so I don't care about the upgrades. I have seen some of the newer apartments, and I am not that impressed. If Ashton Creek can ever find some good staff and keep them, I feel that it would be much better. Unfortunately, that is not the current situation.

                                            Had to leave due to mildew/mold constantly forming around windows on the walls and horrible windows seals. Told all 3 management companies and they said they knew they needed to be replaced. Never was. Had to put plastic seal up to control the draft and mold. Bedroom had horrible insulation and would be a good 5-10 degrees different from the rest of the apartment. Old appliances would cause electric bill to be over $90 for 720sqft. Had many issues with all 3 managements with getting things fixed, would takes weeks or never happened. As nice as the renovated units are they only solve part of the problem aren't addressing the bigger issues. Also you can hear conversation above/below the units. Also the tubs creak tremendously. As of this review, this company has refused to return phone calls about my security deposit. It's been 3 months and still have yet to receive it.

                                            These apartments look nice but need some updates. The current management seems to be trying hard to turn this complex into an interactive community. Still a work in progress but they are trying to solve some of the problematic issues as best as they can.
