overall, the apartment is OK. however, there is a roach problem in our apartment. its gross and very irritating. they said they came and sprayed but i do not think so. they did not leave any papers, etc. i had to call and see if they actually came and im still seeing bugs!

We spoke with management 1-month prior to move in. We were given wrong apartment number that changed one week before moving. At move-in, refrigerator was not working and not fixed for four days. Still have unresolved issues/management problems. Apartment was also not cleaned before we moved in - two separate cleaners showed up to clean two days after we moved in. Management does not answer phone calls and are not helpful with answering questions or helping with issues. However, the apartment itself and safety of the complex is nice. Quiet setting.

I moved here at first because the apts are close to many commercial business and close to Fort Lee Army post.at the time the manager Larie was very nice and professional..and apts was very well kept, then the management standard and upkeep dropped....

Not enjoyable. Move in day was terrible. Trash left doors leaning on walls no air conditioning. Office staff was friendly, only positive so far. Haven't been able to spend a night in my apartment since signing the leasing agreement, disappointing to myself and my son.

I wouldn't recommend this apartment complex to anyone. The apartments are not taken care of. A lot of the appliances are older and need to be updated. There isn't a quick turnaround on maintenance requests. Other apartments are not like this.

Like I stated before overall I'm happy with my living conditions, It's a quite community my neighbors are very nice we all get along. The new management & maintenance are doing a good job in keeping the place looking good. Plus the staff is very pleasant!! Thank you!!

New management is great. Since taking over in March they have made dramatic changes to the complex. Staff and manager are very friendly and helpful. It seems like every week I notice some major improvements to the grounds. I highly recommend Ashton Creek apartments. #916710

Since I have been living here for only a short time ,I can write about meeting a very sweet Lady at the Ashton Creek Apts. If you get that good feeling as you walk in the Office, how you are greeted tells you already there is good management every one seems happy to be working here ,the rest is History . I just moved in my apartment in March. The office staff was great and made this a great experience for me. I had a few complaints and they jumped on it and fixed it. Only downfall has been the Bumblebees are everywhere and its hard to enjoy my patio. Love my apartment and glad I chose Ashton Creek to call home. Ticket 916726

I am loving my new life here in Virginia. I found Ashton Creek on a goolge search while in New York. From the first email I sent, I have been very pleased. The office staff has been very helpful during my move and even came in on their day off to help me get moved in. I have only met one maintenance man & he was very nice. I think my children & I are going to be very happy here.

I have lived in Ashton creek for several months. I have not had any problems at all since moving in. I have had the opportunity to enjoy the pool this summer as well as the gym. My kids love playing on the playground. The apartment is pet friendly which is also a wonderful thing. The office staff are great and I have even had the chance to meet the maintenance man a few times rolling around on his gold cart. He always waves and has a nice smile on his face. I would recommend this apartment complex to anyone!

I just moved in to Ashton Creek on the 1st of August. I love my new home. I was thankful that they were pet friendly (so is Cujo my Yorkie). The staff is very friendly and I have met all of the maintenance staff as well. The pool has been nice so far. I would tell all of my friends to move here.

The office staff are very friendly and helpful. They were very eager to take me on a tour and were able to answer all of my questions I had about the apartments. The club house area was clean and tidy and I also got to see the gym which was very clean as well as the pool that was also clean. I will be moving in in a few weeks and have had several questions and have been helped promptly and with kindness every time I call in. We are looking forward to moving in to our new apartment.

Ashton Creek Apartments in my opinion are the best apartments I have lived in yet. The people there are always friendly and very helpful! Anytime theres a problem with something I have they are always quick to get here and solve it. The property manager there is the sweetest woman I have ever met and has always worked with me whenever I was going through problems... anyone would be lucky to live in this community and I strongly recommend it!

Luckily, the problems here are minuscule and in my opinion, can be tolerated very easily. Yes, I could hear the neighbors above me yelling at their kids, fighting, music playing in the morning, but they were nice enough people. We had an ant problem when we first moved in, they were coming through the front door. Nothing HotShot didn't take care of. The only things that bother me about this place is 1. The ceiling is cheap and falls apart at the lightest touch. 2. the appliances in the kitchen seemed to be off a bit, not always working correctly. And 3. Parking is a disaster. All being in our 20's, we stay out late but even if we get home around 9 at night, there is absolutely no parking. We have to park all the way across from where our apartment is. The maintenance man, Luscious, is very very kind and my roommates and I were happy to get to know him. Even though the AC is broken at the moment, I don't care enough to call them to fix it so I don't know how the rest of maintenance is. The staff has always been extremely friendly. When we first moved in, they were upping the prices but they let us pay the original price instead which I thought was very nice. The only reason we are leaving is because our apartment is at the very very bottom of all the stairs, and we now have a handicapped fellow living with us so this complicates things quite a bit. This complex is great compared to most others that I've looked at, so I recommend it. But then again, I don't complain about everything so if you are more picky, you might not enjoy it.

I just moved into my apartment at Ashton Creek in January. I love my new place. This is my first apartment away from home and the staff here has made me feel very comfortable. I have referred a lot of my friends to live here. My neighbors are very nice and I love the fitness center. This is a pet friendly place and it s nice to walk my dog in a safe area just for them. I have met a lot of nice people here and I look forward to my stay here.
