The apartment complex is located in a nice quiet area in Chester. Its minutes away from CC Wells Elementary School, which is also a great school, if you have children. Its close to small shopping centers and gas stations. Im trying to save money to get a house built, so therefore I can stop renting. I would recommend this apartment complex, but view the apartment that you will lease before signing the lease.

This community is well kept and improving by the day! They instituted a valet trash system which really cut back on trash/litter. They started power washing all the buildings, painting, renovating and landscaping. So pleased!

Super friendly staff, maintenance has always fixed any problems that come up and love how we can have a place to let our two dogs run free in the dog park, also have never had any problems in the area and i loved how the pool is always clean.

Ashton Creek is a great place to live! My children and I have lived here for 4+ years and this is definitely home! The staff are great and its so quiet and I never have any issues! Highly recommend Ashton Creek!

Good location, cheap rent for space. Need to update washer and drier stove refrigerator. People with kids do not need upstairs apartments. Bathrooms too small need garden tubs installed. Master bedroom needs to be bigger with bigger bathroom. t

Excellent maintenance service. However, I only ask for Chris. Been here 2 years and always a fast turn around when repairs are needed. Always cleans after service and done right the first time. Nice quiet place to call home

I have lived here for the last 2 years and i must say it is not worth it to live here. I did a walk through before moving out with a manager and her name was Shauna and she told me everything was fine and i would get my deposit back. I called and and was told i owed them money. Management has changed several times. Their lack of professionalism is the worst. Trust me when i say, they are nice at first. But after that, you're living in a place from hell. They are full of excuses there. They are now doing renovations and i guess them not giving security deposits back is what is paying for the not so great renovations. I lived in a renovated apartment where the bathroom handles constantly fell off as well as the kitchen drawers would randomly fall out on the floor. There was mold in my kitchen under the sink and they painted over it instead of fixing it. If this was the last place on earth to live, i would sleep in my car. They also have only one dumpster and residents throw their trash on the ground and it is often trashy.

The apartment complex has been amazing and the staff here is wonderful. The apartment size and price is very competitive with the other apartments in this area. The location is great because it is centralized from Colonial Heoghts and Midlothian.

Average apartment rental, nice apartments friendly office staff but slow response from maintenance when putting in a request took over a week the location is good like how it's hidden they maintain the property very well they do events at the office added a nice dog park which is great

I rate the Ashton Creek Apartments as an above average apartment community. Its location is convenient to shopping needs and to downtown Richmond. The management office offers various activities for through out the year for the young and older residents. The community is safe and has little to minor crimes. The Ashton Creek Apartments are very nice some with fireplaces and all have washer and dryers. They have front door trash pickup or a community dumpster for whatever your needs.

Heather (Manager) and her team are excellent with customer services and are consistent with their levels of service if you need anything within her means she will try her best to accommodate you. I can be very absent minded there were things I kept forgetting during my move and she kindly called to remind me always a smile on her face and very approachable she has made tremendous improvements in the community. I plan on staying for a few years and I wanted a community where I am comfortable and feel safe and Heather has made sure this community is a good fit for my family I will defiantly recommend Ashton Creek to family and friends.

I have been satisfied and extremely dissatisfied with the work in ashton creek. The office people aregreat but i have always had issues with maintenance because of the time they take to come out and fix my problems. I put one in a week or two ago and it still has not been completed

As a member in public service I know the importance of community relations. Ashton creek has always strived to give its residents quality service. Maintenance is respectful and prompt on taking care of problems. I have a husky and love that Ashton Creek's pet policy has allowed me to have her. The best part is Ashton creek provides potty bags and a dog park. I think this helps with building the Ashton creek community. The apartments are renovated and I love having a real wood burning fireplace. This apartment complex has few problems and crime is low. I feel safe coming home after work and know that my neighbors watch out for each other. This is a great place to live with reasonable prices.

It's an old apartment complex that needs a modern touch. Rent is a bit high for the quality you get. Very nice apartment grounds tucked away in the woods. Just a very basic apartment complex for people more concerned about affordable housing than solid amenities. Takes exactly 23 minutes to drive to FT Lee main gate if you are military.

Great Community! Love the scenery. Lawn care is excellent. Fitness room and pool area are well kept. Everyone friendly. The three bedroom apartments are great. Perfect amount of space. The management team is awesome! Great choice! Would recommend to anyone looking for a nice apartment.

The staff is always very friendly and helpful. Maintenance issues are always handled in a timely matter and taken care of. I do wish that some of the detailed maintenance was paid more attention to when it comes to the grounds. Sometimes I have to pick up random trash on my own and notice that there are some lights on the buildings out that have been out for awhile. Overall, I am happy living here and would certainly recommend to a friend.

Pros- Quick access to major highways, grocery shopping and restaurants. Safe and usually quiet- except on landscaping days. Cons: The only downside is its poorly insulated and there is limited visitor parking. A great place to live otherwise.
