It is a great community and neighborhood to live in! I enjoy how the buildings and landscape are well maintained. There are great parks, restaurants and other public places that are walkable. The people are friendly.

We have excellent experience is a safe place, clean and good maintenance. Good costumer service the neighbor is convenient we have a lot supermarkets, shopping centers,schools and hospital metro station is a good place.

Overall appearance is good. Location is also great. Close to Tyson's, DC, I-66 and 495 etc. so location is top notch. Amenities could be better. Answering work request is good also. House features/space leave a lot to be desired. Overall good

Tyson Glen Area is a quiet and safe environment without any worries. We are very happy to live in this community and it provides good services. However, their rent is a bit high. We request the management of A.J. DOESKIN and Tyson Glen Leasing Office to reduce the rent so that we never have to move from another place. Thank you again for your timely service.

The area is fairly quiet. Sometimes you can hear sirens but that is about it. Maintenance has done a great job so far with working on things. Have responded fairly quickly when an issue had been created.

The complex is a little on the pricey side, but its very well kept and clean. Overall very peaceful/quiet (excluding some neighbor noise but its hardly noticeable), maintenance is always very polite, and the office folk are normally pretty receptive and attentive when you contact them.

The price is good for the area but it does increase every year. The maintenance team is amazing. They deserve a 20/10. The community is very very quiet. Very safe for kids. It's a dog friendly place as well.

No complaints. Any maintenance request that I have is always address immediately. Maintenance Staff is always courteous and knowledgeable. Property is clean and well maintained. Routine maintenance is always being done like new pavement, tree cutting, landscaping, trash removal. Property is quiet and safe.

Great place to live, wxcellent staff office and maintenance more lighting would be appreciated, halls are clean, parking area maintained. Response time for requests are quick and there is always follow up to be sure service was completed satisfactorily.

we enjoy every day to be part of this community. My family feels very secure here, everything is close to us and that help us to save time. We don't need to use the car to get our groceries or going to the playground. Thank you for always help us, when we need anything from the apartment.

Tyson's Glen is a quiet area. Sometimes you will hear band practice from the high school next door depending on where you live. It's a nice area to raise kids. There's a playground you can take them too.

Landscaping is neat, green areas are inviting, and common spaces are always clean and pleasant to walk through. The presence of controlled access, surveillance, and attentive monitoring ensures a safe environment for residents and their families. The neighborhood is also excellent. Schools, parks, and local entertainment are all conveniently accessible, and public transportation options make commuting stress-free. This balance of convenience and comfort greatly adds to the quality of life here. When it comes to maintenance, my experiences have been consistently positive. Requests are handled quickly, efficiently, and with great professionalism. Lastly, the staff deserves special recognition. They are always professional, knowledgeable, and eager to help. Love it!!! My apartment is beautiful! It has vaulted ceilings and hard wood floors and I am truly in love with it. The maintenance staff is really fabulous and they come out in no time, you can always count on them!

The representatives at the leasing office for Tysons Glen were very informative and helpful. They made the move-in process very easy and everything went well. The apartment was clean and well-kept upon move in. I would definitely recommend Tysons Glen for anyone that is looking for an apartment or place to live in the Tysons/Falls Church area.

I have lived in the Devonshire Square Apartment Complex since August 2009 for nearly 16 years (but in three different apartments within Devonshire Square). The only two issues are: (1) lack of an elevator as I'm aging and stairs can be difficult carrying heavy things and (2) The Swimming Pool is very important to me. As someone who swims every day, I would like to recommend that the new pool be at least 6-feet deep enough to swim in, tread water, and do water aerobics. Since the average height for most people is between 5 to 6 feet tall, the pool would need to be at least 6 feet deep in order to do water aerobics (which involves being in a stand-up position vertically, not a horizontal position for swimming laps). It is the depth of the pool (not the size of the pool) that matters most. A smaller pool would be fine, as long as it included a section 6-feet deep enough for all types of swimming, water aerobics, and treading water in an upright position. A 4-feet deep pool would only be deep enough to "take a dip in" -- Not to swim or do water aerobics in a vertical position.

Good so far. Reaching the leasing staff could be a lot easier. Phone calls lead to no where and often are not returned. It seems the only way to reach someone is to physically go into the office, which is often not ideal.
