We've been living in the steward woods apartments for almost nine years and we are happy with the community, neighbors, and office staff members , not to forget all maintenance team services over the years . Steward woods apartments is in a good location which is close to shops and restaurants not to mention how convenient it is for our kids school! We highly recommend it for anyone who is looking for a peaceful place to live.

A community with all the facilities, trails around, near to shopping centers, restaurants, banks, hospitals and freeway. No other community would be situated like this one. The staff are excellent and it also allows pets.

My boyfriend and I moved here from a different state, so we were very nervous when apartment searching. The office staff, website, and tour made it a very easy decision. Our transition/move was stress-free and we absolutely LOVE it here. One of our favorite things is having access to the Sugarland trail, which we walk every Sunday morning.

Very friendly staff. Good value for the region. Robust construction of the buildings provides for very quiet and high privacy living. Safer too. Newer buildings may look nicer but they suffer from cheap construction and useless facade.

Stuart Woods has wonderful office staff that are courteous, professional, and go the extra mile to help you with any issues that you might have. The maintenance staff are expedient with any service tickets and take the time to make sure they identify what the problem is, fix it, then follow-up with you. You know that Stuart Woods is a great place because many of the staff live here. It is not uncommon for you to be walking your dog and your dog knows a maintnenance person and you get around to catching up about things and they ask you how things are going with your apartment and if there is anything that you need. They seem to cultivate a strong sense of community organically. The landscaping here is great. There is a natural stream and path that bisect Stuart Woods. It really is beautiful and provides quick access to natural beautiful scenery. It was important for me to find a place with a good gym. Stuart Woods has a great gym 8 tread mills elliptical, ergs, tons of lifting machines, TRX bands, bosu balls, lifting racks, free weights up to 70 pounds. They also have a pool, a club room that makes you feel like you are in a penthouse and a tech center with computers and a printer. The construction of the apartment is wonderful. The walls are thick concrete not entirely sure how thick but I can say I rarely hear much from my neighbors. The apartments are spacious and the price is great. Stuart Woods delivers great value with a cozy charm.

This is a great community. I enjoy walking around the neighborhood and seeing all the birds. The gym is perfect and has the basic machines for working out on a daily basis. You'll get support quickly from the maintenance team!

This is a good community to live in. I have moved here 2021 Jan, so far I'm happy with my stay. Staff are really helpful especially Christopher one who helped me with lease. Overall satisfied staying.

Very good apartment complex. The landscaping is very nice and we were able to move into a renovated apartment. The office staff can sometimes be rude. They need to be nicer to their residents/people looking at this apartment complex for their future home.

My move-in process was excellent from the beginning. Rachel was very helpful from the get go. As I was moving from out if state and I could not be here physically, she helped me see the apartment with a facetime call. I was extremely satisfied with my cell phone and when I came in I found that apartment close to my expectations. Overall it was a great experience.

Community is very safe, ammenities for everyone (pool, fitness center, swings for children). Very close to lots of restaurants and shopping centers. maintenance requests fullfilled pretty quickly. plenty of parking spaces

I liked the 1br apartment that management provided. Compare to the ones that are being offered, apartment size here in sq ft is big. And, trails and park behind the community is an added advantage if you are having kids and if you like trails.

I'm glad I chose Stuart Woods for my next home. The staff were extremely friendly and professional. I ultimately chose this property because of the renovated and spacious one bed room layout. The community amenities are also nice and the move-in special was unmatched in my opinion.

The apartment has 2 permanent guest pass and it has sufficient parking , the surrounding is very open, very easy to deal with utilities because apartment handle everything so renter don't need to create any account which is very cool

Definetely communities gym is great which won me to get into this apartment and ventilation is also really compared to other new latest luxury apartments. Also the renowated apartments are really good with latest stainless steel appliances
