Good and affordable. Safe location with all amenities. Equipment in apartment can be new. The fridge and washer and dryer seems to be very old. It's not energy efficient. Apart from that I gave no other complaints.

Stuart woods is wonderful place to live in. Good value for the rent we pay. Maintenance is good. All the amenities are well maintained. Maintenance staffs respond quick to the issue. We got a beautiful neighbourhood with parks and trials.

It's been a good experience overall. Good community amenity options available. The gym excels in the rental marketplace. The wooded area provides a peaceful setting and controls noise. The staff cleans the common halls/stairs and walkways frequently.

I have lived here for several years. Relatively speaking, I like it very much. It is safe, has a gym, and the environment is also very good. What makes me unhappy is that this year, I have no choice, no work, no income. So I didn't pay the rent on time, and I was fined fast forward 300 dollars. Before, I paid the rent on time every month. This made me feel emotional.

We have enjoyed our time at Stuart Woods. The property and amenities were exactly what we were looking for a year ago. The staff was welcoming and accommodated us when we were looking for our new community.

Nice location, close grocery shops and schools. Excellent maintenance with quick response and resolution. Value for the rent being paid . Some apartments needs a bit renovation work but overall very good community.

Community services are great here! But neighbors are so loud the walls are thin so it gets really loud. Great maintenance response and work, external cleaning are also good, community events are pretty awesome! I would recommend this community to others if they don't get irritated with the loud noises.

We have problems with mice, rats, insects, spiders, and mold. The unit is unsanitary and the appliances and doors are barely functional. The staff is not helpful. They will look for every opportunity to tow your vehicle and will not even alert you your car has been taken. Not satisfied at all with this complex and am beginning to become concerned about breathing in so much mold and dust. Each day is a new headache.

i had a limited amount of time to work with and because of the situation i was in i needed to move in to an apartment immediately within a few days or else the process would have been more stressful. the staff here was able to get my approval through almost immediately and i was able to move in by the date i needed. overall everyone was very friendly and very knowledgeable about the questions i had and that just made the process very smooth. thanks

This is a great value for the area. The apartments are spacious and the location is beautiful. The community administration is good (and competent people). The community is nice and pretty quiet. My only issue is with pests, because they seem to live between or outside our actual apartment unit so we cannot get rid of them ourselves.

I think this apartment community is a really great value for the area. It's close to a lot of different restaurants, grocery stores, shopping centers etc. but still has a lot of trees and walking trails. The Apartment buildings are offset from each other so you don't have a lot of noise. Inside the apartment buildings. The apartments has great soundproofing so you can hardly hear your neighbors.

I love the community. It's quiet, clean, and close to lots of restaurants and stores. The apartments are spacious and upgraded. The community areas are a major plus, whether it's the barbecue, fire pit or even the sand volleyball court. All the amenities are so clean!!

This community is clean and have plenty of car parking. It has a walking trail which is starting from inside the community where you can walk everyday without having to take your car. The houses are spacious and ventilated. The staff of this community is friendly and will help as quick as possible which is very good in this community. Overall it is a quiet, neat and very good community to stay. I would recommend this community.

There are much better options for this price. We have so many problems with pests, our appliances, and the staff. The unit itself is fairly small and old. The headaches outweigh the benefits and we haven't been here that long. We have had a car towed without notice and no success ridding ourselves of the mice in the walls.

This apartment is very homely, also neighbors are so helpful. Kids loves to play in the play area which is safe and good. GYM has 24/7 access which we can do exercise anytime. Parking lot are spacious. Cleaning the lawn grasses every week is good and safe for us.

Wonderful! I've been very happy here. The grounds are gorgeous and I love the trail. The only suggestions I have are two: 1) Turn the front doors of the buildings into locked access and 2) Add security guards to patrol the grounds between 10 - 6 a.m.

Its an awesome journey so far. Nice support staff, very responsive. grocery stores are at walkable distance, which is a great help. this place is quiet & feels secured. Overall I liked this place & would recommend others too.

Considering COVID, the experience has been great. We moved in right before the pandemic and the leasing office has been responsive to all communication. Unfortunately, we haven't used any of the amenities other than the package locker room due to COVID.

Great place. Awesome view from the balcony. I'vealready recommended people to move in here, which includes my sister. The walls with our pet has been so good. It's new every day. She loves going for long walks on the trail

Overall good community around though it appears to be bit old. Some of features I found good if you are are particular about them are: Plenty of parking. Dog park. Renovated gym. Sugarland trail passing through. Quick response for any maintenance work.
