Stuart woods has honestly been great. The apartments aren't "lavish", but for the price in DC they're good, and the gym is honestly super nice and upkept. The location is nice especially if you work in the Reston Town Center. This is not the social spot to live after college though if that is of importance to you. The complex is pretty much full of families with young children running around at all hours of the day, and quiet hours are a bit early if you want people over late some nights. Appliances could be slightly better, but overall I've been happy living here and no real complaints.

No bug problems (aside from a few that get in from outside), and it feels very safe. Sugarland Run cuts right through the middle of the complex which is great for walking, and it's really close to grocery stores, restaurants, and shopping. The apartments are huge. The office and maintenance could be a bit more helpful but overall this is a nice place to live.

Beautiful location, lovely apartments. I like that I am right near the airport, and the Metro. Plenty of restaurants and businesses to walk to which is a HUGE plus. The free parking is nice, and the guest policy is great, but parking tends to fill up real quick after 4-5 pm.

Very family friendly, and everyone is so polite! People clean up after their pets (I've never seen any waste, truly!), and I rarely see any litter (we usually pick it right up and put it in the bin it blew out of when we do). Lots of wooded area to walk through with a stream running right through the complex. Walking distance from lots of food and shops.

Beautiful area. Natural ambience. Good wooded/shaded area. Nice brand new gym. Bigger community and quiet place to live. Apartment styles are little old and aged. That can be improved. Very good location and competitive rent.

Stuart Woods is one of the rare few left that really does feel like a community, where customer service and decency is not dead, and where closed-floor-plans still thrive if you have a classic unit (WIN). Parking is incredibly accessible; and the gym is something to write home about for the fit-inclined. It has been a wonderful community to live in.

This community is absolutely beautiful. The creek gorgeous trees and peaceful trails make it feel like you are at some resort. I love the kids playground and the dog park. I never really have issues but if something is ever wrong it gets taken care of very quickly. The office reps are pleasant and personable. I really like this family oriented beautiful place

Over All System and workflow is good. Staff in Office are very good in Job knowledge, SO they are able to provide solution immediately and provide the other work around as a temporary solution and then working for a log term solution.

Excellent community. I would like to call this community my home for a very long time of period. It will nice if the community offer a 3bed 2 and a half or 3 bath so I transfer when my family joint me. Unfortunately it is not offered

This is one of the best neighborhood community also good environment. Love the play area and fesilities. The negatives for this apartment is leasing office staff especially manager. They are treating Tenenats as anything and threatening.

Overall these apartments are fine. They're a little over priced for the quality/size, but not drastically out of the market range. Office and maintenance staff are friendly and responsive, but I've had issues with them entering my apartment without notice. Appliances are old and frequently need maintenance. Parking is generally not an issue.

The location is great for all activities in Herndon and Reston.The site is well kept and the staff is extremely friendly. The woods are great. What more do you want? OH, the parking is good, the trash removal is what it is...

The staff has made the move in process easy and quick. The apartment was ready with everything working at move in. An information kit was passed to me which was helpful and I think it's great two visitor parking passes are given. The gym is amazing as well.

I truly love my place, thecommunity is quite, safe, clean, and a beautiful property to live. I would highly recommend this property. The entire staff aris remarkable. Thank you for that state of the art gym, it is amazing!!

Really spacious apartments in a great locality. Enough strip malls nearby, easy access to public transport (and apartment's own shuttle service), well maintained, cleaned. Great staff working round the corner.

Been living here for about 2 months now and its been definitely a good experience. The amenities are great, the gym is fantastic, just the other day I sat under a table in the middle of the trees to do a charcoal bbq on one of the bbqs they had there. The trail walk is great. I can here some stuff in my apt but not enough to bother me, once I get in there its just me and myself and for the price of it, (compared to others) its great.

Great amenities are offered here. Some of the fellow renters have not been the most kind but overall we enjoy the space and ability to be outside with our dog. Wish there were more renovated apartments available because we had to settle with a classic layout and wanted an updated apartment.

Very friendly staff, quick maintenance jobs when issues reported, and comfortable community. Parking lot has plenty of spots, large gym, volleyball court, pool, and dog park included in renting. Balcony size is great for relaxing a bit, as long as it is facing in a good area (trees and not parking lot).
