I LOVED my experience the first year that I lived at Stuart Woods. However, the past three months have been filled with cockroaches every morning, and not knowing when they will be gone. The amenities are amazing at Stuart Woods but I don't know if I am able to handle the pests much longer!

This is a very pleasant community, tucked away from a busy area which provides many amenities. The staff is professional, the apartment was very clean upon move-in, and I appreciate that the hallways are cleaned on a daily basis.

Very clean and organized. Friendly and accomodating staff. The only thing I'd wish is to have a separate restroom or bathroom in the master's bedroom. Other than that, everything is okay. Very conveniently located.

The apartments are very nice and the grounds are well-maintained. The staff are very courteous and do what they can to help out. I haven't had any issues while living here, but feel confident that my needs would be addressed by the staff if there were any issues.

Stuart Woods is a very affordable, lovely apartment complex that already feels like home. Our leasing agent Jorge was awesome, very nice, knowledgeable, and patient (we asked a lot of questions). Everything looks clean both inside and out of the apartment. After seeing some negative reviews about management, I was pretty hesitant to try Stuart Woods, but I've had nothing but great experiences with staff so far. Maintenance especially is very fast and there when you need them. I definitely recommend Stuart Woods so far!

Stuart Woods is an okay place to live. The location is PERFECT and it is pretty affordable for a 2 bedroom and almost 1,000sqft. There is always a place to park and the community itself is very clean and just feels safe. The only complaint I have is that most of the people who live here cook terrible smelling food that we will never be able to get out of our clothing or personal belongings. So if you don't mind being entirely saturated with the smells that will constantly seep into your apartment, then you can survive. You may need to plug your nose in the stairwell though. Room sprays and Frebreeze will become your new best friend.

Friendly community and the houses are spacious with huge closets. The community staff are very friendly and respond promptly. Lots of parking space. Any service requests are handled quick. We have sand volleyball court

Spacious home with very good amenities like tennis court, pool etc. Plenty of parking space and nice location. They have a good referral program and a shuttle service to Reston metro station. I would recommend this place.

It's a good community to live if you have a young family. I like the fact that is super close to the trail and that it has a lot of green area (especially because I have a small dog, so I really like that about the complex).

Pros: Nice place to use trial. Good nature view and big play area for the kids. Cons: Very old apartment with old amenities; so dusty maintenance room within apartment itself. Smoking is allowed, so cant use balcony or enjoy the nature if your neighbor smokes.

The pros -The landscape and recreational areas are absolutely beautiful; lots of green, a trail inside the forest, a small river in the middle of the community, volleyball and basketball courts, dogs park, kids park, picnic areas, grill in the open. -The apartments offer more space for better value comparing them to the average apartments of the zone. -The staff availability is great, they open the leasing office every day of the week. -Shuttle service to the nearest metro station at convenient work hours. -In house laundry machines. -Absolutely no insects infestation inside apartments, not even a single bug saw in months. -Right next to the highway and convenience stores. -You just have to walk around 5 min to get the bus that will take you to both Reston or Herndon Town Centers. -They offer attractive referral bonuses. -Emergency maintenance available. The cons -Renovations seem to take way too more time than originally communicated. When I signed the lease the staff promised the gym will be available in 3 months. Around 5 have passed since then and the work is still in progress (but about to be completed... FINALLY). -No water sprinklers for in case of fire. -No ceiling sockets for lights, lamps. You have to bring/buy your own stand lights I was gonna put this as a con, but I consider it should be just a comment: Even though the apartments were in-door renovated they just have the essentials, don't expect luxury or modern styles. It's like when you go buy the newest model of a car, you could get the base version with regular seats or the expensive version with leather seats and gps. They both are new and get the work done, but the expensive one looks nicer.

I love stuartwood apartment without a doubt. For me, the staff are more than pleasant friends. Great people, we passed on a 3 bedroom apartment at Dulles Green which was cheaper than we are currently paying for our two bedroom at Stuartwood apartment. The reason mainly because the rep at Dulles Green was rude, made no eye contact and totally has no regard for our toddler. My husband chosen Stuartwood because they played with out toddler, very homely , very pleasant people overall and I love them all. I will recommend this apartment to friends and family anytime.

Wow Place to start Fresh!!! The Stuart woods apartment are phenomenal!! From the open ended layout of the community to the friendly and eager staff. Huge parking space and never had problem of finding parking. And most important their units are affordable.Neighbors are courteous and friendly.Its truly awesome place to live and highly recommended!!!

Apartments are very spacious , adequate parking spaces, maintaince reponce is the key of this community . In my case maintaince case got resolved in 2 hours which is awesum. There are lots of trees and open space available in this community . On downside appliances are quite old

The community is clean and neat. It is located near to lot of shopping places and market. The amenities are really good. Community is providing a shuttle to the metro which is very helpful to the residents to access the Metro services. The leasing staffs are very professional and committed..

This is a peaceful and safe neighborhood with friendly people. My dogs love the dog park and trail that goes through the middle of the community. The apartments are well maintained, and the office staff are prompt in response and professional.

Community is clean and safe and very well maintained. Maintenance work done is excellent never had a problem and it's always followed up. The community is close to Dulles Airport and shopping centers. I highly recommend it
