Pleasant, love the access to trails and nature for bike riding and walking in mornings and evenings. There are plenty of amenities, which are clean and in good shape. The landscaping makes me feel proud to live here too. Everywhere I look I see beauty.

Happy with the community and look forward to continuing to stay here. Friendly neighbors and staff, and also received prompt response on any queries and any maintenance calls were addressed with quality fixes.

Great location around everything you would need in a community. Friendly staff and very responsive maintenance team. Parking is plentiful and close to apartment. Very quiet during the day. I would recommend this apartment complex.

We moved in 2013, at time the community was quite. Now looks so many kids around, they play till sun down. Our neighbor s come and go so fast. Everybody looks so busy, many times the parking lot was empty, but suddenly full. Where are these people come from????

It's an okay apartment for the money, and they don't nickel and dime people with little administrative fees. Contact via email can be spotty at best, but in person contact is always good. Parking is for the most part better than other places I saw in my search.

Nice safe community. It's mostly families with young kids. Paved walking path runs right through the complex making it super easy for walks and bike rides. Concrete floors so you don't hear neighbors above or below you, however the walls are thin and can hear neighbors on either side very easily.

I had a great time living in this community. it is affordable and at the same time very best is available to all the residents. I would definitely recommend this place to everybody. community is safe and very near to shopping centers.

This complex has treated me fairly and I would recommend it to anyone. Out of all the places I was searching for in this area - this also has the best apartment price for what you get compared to other places.

If you are looking for a quiet place to live, this apartment is for you. Moreover, its location is convenienly near many shopping malls, restaurants, a hospital, a bank, a police station, etc. The best thing is transportation. The apartment provides a shuttle that takes residents directly to the new silver line in the morning and evening.

Really good maintenance services. We really enjoying shuttle service to metro. Please if you give mobile number of shuttle driver to the all residents so that we can call driver if shuttle is late. Sometimes I wait more than 50 minutes for shuttle.

When I moved in 2016 I was skeptical about the community but, to my surprise everyone helped me to settle down quickly and I have a number of friends who became my family friends and am enjoying my life.

Pros: The community has access to stores, restaurants, public transport and provides shuttle service for daily commuters. Also provides amenities, conducts gatherings etc.. and the rent is somewhat less when compared to other communities. Cleanliness is also maintained in the community and the thing i liked most about this community is that the office staff are friends and quick to respond for any requests. Cons: Apartment has minor problems again this might not be the case with the other apartments. But the community maintenance staff should have taken care of such issues prior renting the apartment to a new tenant.

This community is a really nice community and the apartments are really affordable and nice. It's in a mainstream area of Herndon and is metro accessible with the shuttle service that the housing community offers. The apartments are nice, quiet, and clean

The community is safe and near a wonderful nature trails. I will likely renew my lease next year. Please bring back the option to renew for 15-18 months. I like the concrete structure as it prevents bugs from coming in and softens sound.

Great community, super helpful office employees. Maintenance staff is nice and efficient, complex is well maintained and feels very safe. Extremely pet friendly and neighbors are all pleasant and thoughtful.

Overall a good experience, there is room for improvement, the rent rate should include better apartment fetures like newer appliances hardwood floors, granite countertops etc. the apartment look old becomes of these features

Great apartment community. Really feel welcomed here. The grounds are beautiful and feels like you are not even close to the city. Lot's of things to do around the area and the apartments are really nice.

I moved in on a Tuesday morning and the community was very nice and friendly. I had no issue getting a close parking spot to unload all of my stuff and even at the end of the day the closest parking spot to my building seems to always be open out of courtesy for those ever needing to unload items.

Very reasonable price for the space we get to live in. The Maintenance is excellent. Lot of parking space, you don't have to park blocks away. Ventilation is very good, No apartment has blocked sunlight. Service requests are handled very quick.

Very friendly staffs, very good community, very clean place. I recommend everyone to be here, I felt like my second home I didn't feel like I'm somewhere alone. Also accessible for supermarkets, schools etc.

We really love the apartment as well as the community and are having only positive experiences with no issues so far. The staffs are friendly and community events are very new and enjoyable. The surroundings are also good.
