This community is already starting to feel like home. We wanted a place that was safe, conveniently located, and a good value. We've found all of that and more here at Stuart Woods. This is certainly an ideal community.

All of our questions have been answered in a timely fashion and the staff has been extremely helpful. The grounds surrounding the complex are amazing and they provide access to public transportation when needed.

The apartments are in excellent condition. The grounds are well maintained. And the office staff are wonderful. The community has a nice pool, a fire pit, and lots of picnic tables. There are also grills throughout the property for general use.

After visiting and researching a wide variety of different possible apartments in the Reston/Herndon area I met with Chris Hummer and was immediately impressed by his professionalism and ability to help me find the best apartment for the most appropriate price. If it were not for Chris I probably would not have even known what I was missing.

The community is good and clean. Apartments are well designed and spacious. The only bad experience I have had so far is miscommunication by the agent and then him being very casual about it that sorry it was miscommunicated. You just can't show and promise someone that you'll be getting an exact same thing and then give see older and worn out appliances in your unit and upon complaining say oh sorry for the miscommunication, dude we made up our mind on your 'miscommunication'!

Very relaxing place. Quiet and well maintained. I have enjoyed the trails nearby and the grounds are very well maintained. The staff is nice and responds quickly. Other tenants are quiet and respectful. Apartment is a good size with a nice balcony. We enjoyed the pool when it was open and hopefully it will open this summer even with vivid

Stuart Woods has a great walk score! Safeway, Panera Bread, Virginia Kitchen, etc. within walking distance. Excellent amenities and layout makes this one of the best apartments in the Western side of Fairfax County.

Recently moves to this community. They offer good facilities like fitness center, pool, tennis court etc.. Shuttle to metro station is really helpful to commute to work using metro. There are nice shopping and dinning options around.

So far I'm liking it at Stuart woods. Dog park is nice and spacious and people are nice. There is a trail near by which is very convenient. I was also surprised by how often they do move-in deals which is very good.

The Stuart Woods Apartment community is a quiet, friendly place to live. The rent isn't too high, it's positioned next to a 7Eleven and Outback Steakhouse, the staff is friendly (they've only annoyed me one time in two years) and the apartment itself is very roomy. Parking is free, and normally it isn't difficult to find.

Stuart Woods is an alright place to live,Parking -plenty of parking space. Maintenance - these buildings are old, but any maintenance request I submitted over the phone or web was satisfied within 24 hours, including one emergency issues ( air conditioner break down). Community - Good play area for kids and dog park is very nice. Cons: Old appliance -frequent maintenance - high electric/water bills Rude office staff Small hot water tank. .

The experience in stuart woods for the last two and a half years has been wonderful. It is much better than the other apartments in the area. This I can confirm since I have many friends living in other apartments in the same area and their experience is inferior compared to mine. Very peaceful and safe community. Special mention about the housekeeping and maintenance staff. The response time of the maintenance staff and the quality of service is of high standards. The common area and facilities are very clean. Only downside is the in-home appliances are very old and sometimes noisy. Also the lease breakage policy is a bit too harsh. But overall a great living and I'll always be proud of my choice to live here. Definitely recommend.

Community is good, lots of friendly neighborhood. But beware of office staff when you visit got leasing. They mislead and lie about apartment and do not offer help when asked about incorrect information. Rent is ok and parking is okay, perhaps seperate visitor parking will make resident parking better.

community is good ,but for some one who relocate from other country ,two month advance as security deposit is kind of Sad ,also rent is on higher side . there are apartment which offer equal /better services in at-least 100 dollar less in rent .

Very family oriented, with good harmony among the tenants. Plenty of walkable activities as if it were its own little town. Great access to the Fairfax County Parkway, which will get you on to any of the major roadways.

Good staff. Leasing terms not in favor of customers. Think twice before going for long term lease. Will charge full money for carpet replacement starting permanent Mark's. This guys after ur money all time.

Excellent staff and super speedy response time to any maintenance requests. Apartment is totally worth the money. Newer appliances will make it an even more complete package. I'm very satisfied with my experience here.
