1. One of the really good factor about this apartment is location. Most of the things you need in daily routine is nearby(walking distance). 2. Also I liked the apartment. Its really good - the patio, storage space, ventilation etc. 3. About the amenities, I really liked the gym. Its big and many equipment available for workout.

I used to live in this apartment complex from 2013 to 2015 (moved for work), then moved back into the community in 2019. I love the location - it gives peace and quiet while being close to plenty of stores and places to eat. Neighbors are friendly and I feel very safe here. One of my favorite things about the apartment is that I never hear my neighbors at all with the concrete buildings. My husband and I are quite comfortable here with our dog, and we love the dog park. The gym is also outstanding. We definitely plan to live here for a while. I would highly recommend the community to anyone looking for a great location that is pet-friendly.

So far the staff has been very responsive and the unit has been very satisfactory. Any problems that occur are met with accommodating resolutions. The rent is very reasonable for the area, valued well for the rent price.

The community here is really amazing. The apartments themselves are really nicely done and the exterior of all the buildings are well kept and it's great to look at every morning. The location couldn't be better because you are close to so much! This is probably the safest community I've had the pleasure of living in and you can tell by looking at the bike racks and realizing rarely any bikes that are on there are locked! Overall a very safe and great community to live in and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a place to live.

Although the appliances in the apartment have already been used for several years, they work properly. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful with plenty of parking spaces. Overall, I would say this is a good neighborhood considering its location and affordable price.

The management team is super easy to work with. Diane is fantastic. they made is really easy to submit my application and get all the approvals needed to move in. They also helped me prepare to move as the date we rented we were not available to be in town to get the keys.

location and the landscape is awesome,gym is perfect ,the parking is a bit hassle but other then that every thing is fine ,the neighbor hood is fantastic ,lively ,very pet friendly ,the pet play area is great .

I am just starting my second lease in a new apartment. My first apartment was pretty smooth. Only issue was bug/insects/pest that would come from outside and/or other apartments. The second apartment I moved into wasn't the best. The maintenance team is usually quick to respond. There was a long crack down my bathroom wall. Maintenance re-patched the wall, but the previous damage can still be noticeable. Also my toilet doesn't have the strongest flush. The front jets of the toilet produces no water, as if they're clogged. Maintenance responded that this is normal and tried to reassure me that the toilet "works/flushes" even though toilet paper and such are still stuck inside the bowl. The last issue is the washing machine being loud. During a maintenance visit we literally had to raise our voices to talk with one other. Maintenance rep stated he thought it was normal compared to other washers in the complex. While I did not have a stackable in my last apartment I can't imagine a GE device being as loud. Also, there was an error code on my unit which I don't believe would have been there if the unit is truly "Good". All-in-all have been told that my issues were normal, which I don't believe is a good thing to tell tenants. If something is truly broken I think maintenance does a good job at getting things back to a working point, but the "working" point might not be optimal for that unit. Also, the Neighbors can be loud and heard through the wall. You typically can hear some walk (not a lot) but also TV and every time chairs (What I assume) are moved in the apartment above. Also, some residents like to leave the main door to the complex open throughout the night/early morning which allows pest/rodents etc to enter the halls which typically gets into your apartment.

The management made the moving very easy, everything went smooth from the very moment we started the process. The manager was very quick in responding and replied as quickly as possible. This really helped in making a decision and getting moved in a timely faction.

We like the Apartment because the team of the A J Associates is too good especially Ms. Dayne and the apartment. it's close to shopping and restaurant places, we feel like we are at the center of northern VA

It is seen automatically that these apartments are very clean. The community is very calm and quiet for the most part. The layouts are spacious so the rooms feel larger. Great water pressure, great workers in the leasing office. The people in their offices have been the most helpful people I have had the pleasure of working with.

I moved in June of 2020. It has been very nice! Anytime there has been a maintenance issue, they are very prompt at coming to fix it. Communication has always been good. Grounds are always very well taken care of.

Just moved in 2 days ago!! Was looking for an apartment near my graduate program in Leesburg and came upon Stuart Woods. The location is amazing, the staff was very helpful, and the ambiance of the community was peaceful. Plus we are eventually looking into getting a dog, its a dog friendly community. I am really looking forward to try out the amenities such as the gym, volleyball court, and the pool. Our apartment is newly renovated and it seems like no one has ever lived here. There are also so many trails for walking near by in nature. Im so pleased to have found Stuart Woods.

Apartments is good and staff are really good i didn't expect that when compared to other apartments. When you go and see the apartment for tour most of them like try to convince you to sign the lease at the same time. But here they saw everything and gave options to me, so that I have enough time to take right decision. And next most the stores and places are very close this apartments. Very spacious and climactic also good. Feels like positive vibes.

The buildings and grounds are quiet, clean and well-maintained. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Literally the only issue I had when I moved in was a bit of a bug problem (because I live on the first floor), but they had a professional exterminator out here that week and the problem disappeared. I love living here!

We wanted to move in 2-3 story building and here in city like McLean we rarely found a building like this and in one bedroom apartment we usually do not find more than 800 s/f carpet area however in Stuart woods we can easily found carpet area which is 940 s/f... And the closet and bedroom size are quite big enough to stay for one couple and on in average we liked it as per our requirements... Thanks

The entire process was very easy for us. We began ghe interview with Diane, who helped us through the entire move: explaining the lease, the specials, answering any and all questions, as well as providing a warm welcome to us the whole way. The entire office staff was very friendly, but also kept things moving, we never had to wait long for an e-mail response, maintenance man, or anything. It's been wonderful so far.
