When we moved in we were very excited to be getting out of the house. We decided not to get as big of an apartment as we were planning but the one bedroom was still pretty large, with a huge bedroom and closet for all my clothes! We also chose Stuart Woods because of the huge dog park that included and so many walking trails, as we love our fur children :)

Community facilities are good and there is a lot of greenery in the community. The office staff is very cooperative and professional in terms of knowledge and about the community facilities. The maintenance staff is friendly and good in solving requests.

Its nice community and if we see any issues during our stay, they will be fixed by maintenance team immediately. It has nice play ground area , gym and swimming pool . we have sugar land trail passing through the community which is a nice one for walkers.

Overall the staff is friendly, nice view to the woods. Parking spaces are enough, the fitness center is well equipped for beginners. A quiet neighborhood, and clean spaces. You can go for a walks or run in the woods

I am happy with my stay here at Stuart Woods. It is clean and very well maintained. Mr Lopez is nice and all service requests are taken care of immediately. We have used the gym and swimming pool and they are all very well maintained, I recommend this place

We just moved into our apartment about a week ago. It is easily the best place we have rented so far. It is extremely pet friendly, with a private dog park and lots of trails. Also, there are several parks that our little one can play in! Overall, we are so far very satisfied

Stuart woods apparts I will recommend for this below facilities: walking trails are good, for kids play area, swing and swimming pool is available. Hospital and grocery shops are walkable distance. Gym facilitiy is there. For Pets separate play area is there. Maintaice request quick response and solution will get.

At one moment I had a doubt about moving into this community because whenever I call there is no one answers it. Once I left an voice message to call me back but I didn't hear anything back from the leasing office. Without any communication leasing agent charged me for two months security deposit. In short leasing office agents needs to smile. Besides that apartment condition is great.

Nice community at the border of Herndon and Reston . The staff here make the move-in and choosing of apartments much easier. Beautiful scenery since the apartment complex is basically surrounded by forests and creeks.

DO NOT LIVE HERE. Ever since my roommate and I moved into our apartment we have seen spider crickets, cockroaches, and rodents. We have called the leasing office and spoke with them in person complaining about this issue and all they do is shrug their shoulders saying all they can do is call pest control. Pest control has come to apartment 6 times now and it hasn't done anything. The last time pest control came they burst a pipe and flooded our apartment and broke our water heater. My roommate and I came home to our carpet soaked and our furniture damaged. If you like living with cockroaches, spider crickets, and rodents this is the perfect place to live.

It's a nice community. When we came we like the office and they were friendly. It helped us to make the decision. We recommend people who are interested should pay a visit. Transport, grocery stores, pharmacy everything is in just walking distance.

Management/ maintenance is great! Apartment is old and outdated but quiet. Extremely pet friendly Grounds are well managed When you ask for maintenance- they are just about immediate at handling the issue

Good community though a little old. Needs renovation in older apartments. The kids park can be more well maintained as the wooden chips have paved way to mud with kids playing. Also, the security of the buildings can be improved

Friendly staff at the leasing office. Excellent community and environment for kids. Prime locality. Having a good experience so far.. very accessable to grocery store and schools. The shuttle to the metro is a big plus.

So, far it's pretty good. I have rented the one bedroom cedar apartment here, the apartment itself is pretty big especially the bedroom. The walls are kinda thin and you could mildly hear neighbors when they are loud but no issues so far. Management has been helpful and available so far.

The community is nice, well maintained quiet and peaceful. Service requests are responded in the best possible time as per the priority. The best part is the small stream and the walking trail which passes through the community. You feel close to the nature. The kids play area need some renovation (the wooden chips are too old and almost decomposed, they need to replace those) , apart from this the apartment is really a great place to be in. I would definitely recommend this to any family.

We have a lovely apartment on the edge of the property in a renovated unit. Everything inside is beautiful, clean, and works like a charm. I find the staff incredibly courteous and helpful. I've never seen anything bad in the parking lot like others have suggested- but it is a rather large property. They'll say "the walls are concrete so you can't hear anything!" which unfortunately did not turn out to be true. I can only vaguely hear my neighbors, and doesn't get too bad. I imagine if they were really noisy and fighting that would be awful. Overall I think this is a really wonderful place to live.

If you are a person of color you do not want to live here.....Staff is unpleasant and racist. Maintenance have a laissez faire attitude and nothing is fixed. Area is safe though and close to the woods

This apartment complex sits adjacent to a beautiful wooded area where you can go walking on a trail. I enjoy the Herndon area and the community at Stuart Woods Apartments. This apartment complex is very family friendly and pet friendly.
