I love this community they look friendly they give me good feeling. i love the staffs I love the neighborhood. Only parking is a concern. But if u come early u can park nearby to your apartment. This place is recommended,

Wish rate and review have zero rating i would have given for this apartment. Think twice before you move in this apartment all they want from you is money. Our 18 months journey in this horrible apartment went nightmare due to noisy neighbors and repeteadly we have requested to ----------- solving those issue but she didnt bother to solve rather she give excuses and washed her hand away. i think management need to think twice if their employees are doing right job or not. Finally we came out from this apartment last month and surprisingly we received a bill of $182 after deducting of security deposit money and another explanation given to us is that the carpet need to be replaced where their AC cooler machine inside the apartment went bad twice and water spill all over the carpet and that an excuses to steal money. Even we took a picture before we left but leasing office have their own stories which is totally not acceptable to us. Therefore dont be stupid coming in this apartment.

You can feel your staying in your own house, it's very near to all shopping complex and bus access. Walking trail passing across the community, dog park, children parks, friendly staff and so many features.

The space and apartment grounds are decent, but the appliances need to be updated. Decent size for the price but the dishwasher leaks, the toilet leaks water, there are bugs on occasion, and I dislike that there was no lighting I. The bedroom and living room, meaning I had to buy lamps and lights to get any light in those areas after dark.

Good with basic need little old but happy with what offered, need more maintenance request for some fix. But good for store and access to route 7 and 286 and other roads. Schools also ok around this community

So far so good. We absolutely love being here. Herndon is a beautiful place and we would think everyone should move here. These apartments are a great start to that move. If we were rich enough, we'd buy houses down here. For the meantime, renting is wonderful because the area is so nice.

I've greatly enjoyed my time at this community. It's located walking distance from several places, there is little if any noise from neighbors, there is plenty of parking, and maintenance requests are always fulfilled promptly.

Perhaps one of the most uncomfortable living experiences I've had the displeasure of having. Rude staff, lazy maintenance staff, and unsafe environment. Do. Not. Move. Here. The level of unprofessionalism is astounding. They simpler do not care about your living arrangements; only your rent money.

Great Value for the money, lots of space inside and outside the apartment kitchen is probably the biggest seen around this area, facilities are great and Services requests are Fast.NO parking issues lots of Parking available .

it has been very good. the apartment and its location is exactly what i need. the town of herndon has been good to move back to. i have yet to get involved with fairfax connector bus but i'm hoping for possitive. every time i have neededmaintence it has worked out great. very fast very professional. staff at rental office always helpfull.

I am with Stuart woods since Dec 2016 and it was fantastic community to live.The apartments are quiet, buildings are well maintained.. The best part I suggest for my friends is that the apartment floor is made with concrete.

The Staff was very helpful. Jorge, the apartment staff, helped us to move from one apartment to other in the same community. He knows what he wants from us and he helped our move in so smooth. He is really a incredible person bothe personally and professionally. I would really appreciate his help in my case.

When I moved to the area 3 years ago, Stuart Woods had everything I was looking for in an apartment and community. It was extremely beneficial as it was in close proximity to work and the square footage was by far greater and more affordable than the neighboring apartments. The staff is professional and Maintenance is AWESOME! Very close to Reston Town Center that has over 30 different restaurants and places to shop.

Super Cool place to live!! Very happy and peaceful to live in such a wonderful & cool place. best place for people coming from different nation/state. Groceries,Hotel,Hospital,Restaurant all are walkable distance. Maintenance is very good and process is perfect.Supportive stuff and great maintenance. Neighbours are friendly and Silent (No Noises from other room ). WHAT ELSE !!! Sitting in balcony seeing the Sunset is lovable one. Play area for kids -Kids are enjoying the clean and wonderful place Facilities such as gym - it is best and with a lot newer equipments. indoor washer and drier, swimming pool,car parking, near by playground. In all aspects we are happy about community.

Apartment was trash when we moved in initially- but the staff and maintenance worked great to get everything resolved. There is a slight ongoing pest problem but notifying the leasing office- they have an exterminator come out within a week Communication between staff and community is fantastic

The apartment home has a fresh,friendly look from the outside. It gently screams 'Home' as you enter in :) The maintenance of the lawn and pavements add to the beauty. The apartment by itself is well maintained and is in a good condition as they are being serviced and cleaned regularly. Overall I love this community and the service here is exceptional!!

Good atmosphere, neighbours near to shopping and groceries. Activities conducted in the community are satisfied expectnig more events. Exeternal lighting is poor and to be improved. Some times observed snakes near to appartments, has to be taken care by community. It would be helpful if Children play area can be provided near to community center.

The experience has been an ok one; however, the primary issue seems to be the fact that management does not try at all to enforce any sort of kind neighbor policy. For instance, we've had to submit numerous noise complaints regarding neighbors in order to even get a response from management. Often times, the response has been "well, there's nothing we can really do." That is no way to respond. All that response does is foster a hostile environment between neighbors.

If you are looking for moderately priced, quiet, well maintained, pet friendly apartments with quick response to maintenance requests. Especially, kids need a lot of space to spread out and roam around then the Stuartwoods Apartments is the place you want to check out .

This is a well-maintained and clean community. Spacious apartments are available at a reasonable rent. This has great connectivity to school, hospital, restaurants etc., This is a great place to live peacefully. I definitely recommend to my friends.
