So Far so good with the concrete roof it makes life easy without disturbing your neighbor and vice versa. You name it and you have it. All the professional services , all the grocery stores in just 0.25 miles , yes you read it right. Everything is so close . Love how management takes effort to clean up all the hall ways on a daily basis . Have never seen in any of the apartment so far . Kudos to the management.

Community is in a great location, with direct access to great walking/biking trails and close proximity to dozens of restaurants, shops and grocery stores (walking distance for many). Community is family-centric so late-night noise issues are minimal. Metro shuttle is a plus.

It's a great place to live. Convenient to commute to work and fun people for social activities. It is also well connected to the Sugarland run trail and close to the shopping centers. The maintenance staff are prompt and efficient when you need them.

Old apartments with all old appliances , not at all kid friendly , they threaten you to call child police if at all u leave it child to play outside n u come in home to grab his water bottle . Very rude staff . Be sure to get your bike inside appt as stealing away things are very common n leasing staffs would say O it has to be as it was at balcony .

The staff hosts regular community events, such as a holiday dinner or summer cookouts. There are beautiful trails in the back, and there is also a little gym with a few treadmills and weights, which I went to regularly.

I have had the same maintenance issues multiple times. Multiple hot water issues, faucet dripping issues and multiple problems with the grout in my kitchen floor. The kitchen floor is extremely annoying. You also need to get your office staff trained and everyone on the same page. One of your staff told me that I had to go out and purchase my own paper to use in YOUR printer. Absurd!

Good locality and good community. The trail which is crossing the community is very helpful. Shuttle to the metro station is very useful. Friendly staff and speedy maintenance service requests. Thats all i have.

We lived in Stuart Woods for 3.5 years, and could not have had a better experience. The community is beautiful and well maintained. The staff hosts regular community events, such as a holiday dinner or summer cookouts. There are beautiful trails in the back, and there is also a little gym with a few treadmills and weights, which I went to regularly. Our apartment was very sturdy and well built, so it was easy to maintain and we never heard noise from neighbors (note - we were on the top floor). The appliances were not high-end, but they worked well, and the few issues we had were quickly taken care of by the maintenance crew. The water pressure was great, and we never had to worry about hot water. The price was reasonable for the area (which is a very expensive area to live), and while it did go up every year, it was not by much, and the apartment was very clear about expectations in advance. Parking was never a problem for either ourselves or guests, and the complex offers a free shuttle service to the metro station as well. Overall, I loved my time there, and I was sad to go. But I would highly recommend living there to anyone.

Its been a great experience. The neighborhood is quiet, close to shopping, close to work, and everyone is very friendly. The office staff is very friendly and the community is beautiful. There is plenty of parking. The gym is nice and the tennis courts are a nice touch.

Great apartment with overall high quality units. With great amenities and friendly, responsive staff, it's a great place to stay. If you live in the Reston/Herndon area, the two bedroom / two bath units are a rather good deal.

This Apartment is in a Prime location and very near to most places like Reston Town Center, Fairfax County Parkway Restaurants, Shopping Centers etc. There is a nice trial and also a well maintained Tennis Ground. After I moved to this apartment from another Apartment. This apartment model was nice compared to other apartments. But after moving I found since this is a wooded place there are Pests/Worms visiting the house often. Centipedes, Roaches, Ants, Spiders are common. When we opened a word Order the maintenance staff chose to forget informing the same to Pest Control. Later one person from Maintenance called and tried be pushy and explain that we need to keep our house clean. But these Pests/Worms come from outside the apartment and so the exterior of the Apartment must be maintained well. If There are times when your work order submitted online doesn't go through their system, Leasing office answer will be that their system is down. They will apologize and try to communicate the issue to maintenance staff.

An awesome place to stay in the midst of town and reachable to all stores nearby.., an excellent place for kids as well since this community had a park which had all the basic required games for kids, and also lot of fitness trails around the walkway

It is quite and nice area, lot of green around with woods, my son love the neighborhood. great place for kids to play in the evening. good efficient and friendly staff, Tennis court is great asset for the property and can be improve by increase the lighting at night.

Stuartwoods, is a good community to rent an apartment. They have friendly staff who takes care of all the facilities. The amenities are sufficient but it would be great if they add on some more activities.

Nice apartment complex and in close proximity to markets and trails. The maintenance team is really good and very responsive to the calls. Only thing which I would have loved is a bigger pool and uplift of the looks like the modern pools in other communities. Still, a good place to leave...

Stuart Woods is in a great location for its price. I looked at other apartments in Reston but had to pay the premium price for it. Stuart Woods being literally a couple of lights way from Reston, but the affordability for such a nice unit won me over. The units are equally as nice, or nicer than competing complexes within the same price range (give or take $250 a month)

The community is peaceful and caring as one would expect from a civilied one. The management is striving to please the community in all respect. It strives to keep the whole area clean and safe. The snow removal is immediate and complete. There is no utility problem all the year round.

The value is just okay. The improvements have been nice but the interiors of the apartments are shoddy and need a lot of renovations considering the price point. I don't not recommend, but I wouldn't say this place should be your top priority.

I absolutely love and feel very comfortable in my apartment. It's close to everything and has great amenities to offer if you can find the time to use them. My one complaint is they don't have any light by the mailboxes so when you come home from work you can barely see your mailbox or anything in it.

Quiet and safe. Front office and maintenance are very reliable and helpful. I love the friendly setting. It is close to the Dulles Tollroad via Fairfax Parkway (just 3 short blocks away) and also handy to the Sugarland Run trails (well maintained).

over all satisfied with the apartment. The staff was helpful. The location was the major factor behind renting this apartment. close to the Fairfax county pkwy and other major business. The interior paint quality is poor and could be improved on.
