our stay has been mostly pleasant. Maintenance staff is one of the best with maintenance request being resolved very quickly. Overall a good community. Newer appliances in the apartment with a covered parking would be extremely good value add.

Living in this apt community for 6 1/2 yrs. Apt has a loose cap which drives hot air into the apartment instead of going out. Mold accumulates in winter because of that heat. Ceiling gets wet & Carpet near patio gets more wet. Office staff rude in giving answers.

Good, clean and safe place to live, I enjoy staying at Stuart woods, Herndon, I was referred by friend in the same community, my family is also enjoying the stay, my kid loves the play area which is close to my apartment, he got lot of friends in short time

It is one of the maintained communities I have seen so far and the play area and greenery around is one of the best things.. Any request services made are immediately attended and the staff responds very politely. Parking facilities are good when compared to other communities.

Good Community to live on, nice apratments, cleaned , lot of green areas, good playground, time to time social events, tennis courts, volleyball caourt, maintenance and office staff is really good, happy to be here and will suggest to my friends

I moved to VA 3 years ago and upon my relocation, I visited the area on multiple occasions looking for an affordable place to live. I looked at approximately 8-10 different apartment complexes and ultimately decided on Stuart Woods Apartments for many reasons; to include: the rental cost (it was the least expensive at the time) had more square footage, had all of the amenities I was looking for, it's close proximity to my job, and etc. These are also the many reasons why I remain a resident to this day. Stuart Woods Maintenance Team is by far the best maintenance staff I've experienced. I am not for certain if they are under a 24-hour turnaround time. However, each maintenance request I've submitted have all been completed in 24 hours and/or less. Many times, my maintenance requests have been completed the same day. Stuart Woods Management is professional, communicative, helpful, and friendly. Whenever I've had an issue, they have addressed it head on. They take pride in knowing their residents. Each time I've had to go into the office, they address me by name.

We moved to this apartment about two years back and we like the location. However, the laundry and dryer in the small kitchen occupy big space and are installed under the cabinet. I cannot open the lids completely. I wish there was a separate laundry room.

Our experience at Stuart Woods has been positive. They are quick to respond to maintenance issues and there are a lot of nice amenities included, plus the location offers quick access to many nice restaurants and bars. Our dog loves the dog park!

This a very quiet neighborhood, so pleasant to live here. Very close to stores and places that we need like supermarkets, church, postal office and drugstores. Also bery close to Banks and gas stations. People in our surroundings show you a smile.

Simple. Professional staff, sound bleeds through doors/walls but somewhat expected in an apartment. Neat area with easy access to the ability to get anywhere. Parking isn't a problem. Maintenance issues resolved quickly, even same or next day.

Most places are eco-friendly and well maintained. Kids play grounds and pool facilities are great. Spacious parking lots and no issues are parking lots. Management and maintenance teams are awesome. friendly neighborhoods. works for Green lovers.

This is very clean community. It is located at prime location and access to all the nearby necessary shops and stores like Lotte, aditi Indian groceries, hair cuttery etc. this community residents are very friendly

Been a good place to live. It's close to highways, shopping and you don't have to go far to find something to do. Wildlife is close by, walking/jogging paths are right out the door. The paper delivery guy gets here at 4 am.

I like the woods behind my home.I have enjoyed the beauty of the water stream many times . I always enjoyed being in the pool and tennis court. Last but not least , I have loads of friends in this community which makes it a beautiful place to live.

We enjoyed our stay here in Stuart Woods. Easy and walkable distances. Trail is good. Roads, greenery is good. Nothing to complain apart from hot water. Water capacity is tool low. Commute to train station is very useful. We enjoyed our stay.

Healthy enjoyment . My family and kids enjoyed a lot. A very good neighborhood . Reachable to everything. So far we didn't find any issues. This is the first apartment that we enjoyed most. If middle school is good we could have stayed for more time.

The community is good. It offers all the amenities. All shops are nearby. Shuttle service to the metro is available and is very convenient. A safe neighborhood. Maintenance staff are friendly and they attend on the problems without any delay.

It was good living experience at Stuart Woods Apartment. Great community and people around. Good facilities, especially i loved the new Gym setup. I had to move out of due to Visa issues , Management understood and exit formalities were very smooth. overall it was really a great living experience.

I enjoy most parts of living here. The trail park and surroundings are great. Quiet and nice view from balcony. some small issues, seal of the wondown is not good in main bedoom, and a/c temporature is not always stable. Still a very good choice as whole.

I love the play area, swimming pool, space between buildings and trail which is there center of apiary with full tree and greenness. This apartment is center location for work and shopping. This is one of the best apartment to live in Herndon.

Its very nice peaceful community to live , landscapping and lot of greenrey attract specially parents if living eith you or families with kids. The best thing about this coomunity is everything is at walking distance like shopping, haircut services , banks and gas stations.

A Home far from Home. Being new to USA and this environment, I am extremely satisfied by this community. I always thought of living near to nature and this place is perfect with the Sugarland trail near by. Morden facility yet close to Nature.
