My experience at Stuart Woods have been pleasant. I have not had any problems since being a residence. I highly recommend Stuart Woods toother members of the community. The management has been very supportive and I'm satisfied.

One of the best community. Lot of greenery around. Very clean. Never looked like the apartments were build in 70's. Lots of facilities and parking and excellent maintenance staff. I am really looking forward for staying here for very long period of time.

I like the area, great staff. Its in a good location from herndon to reston even t o sterling it very convenient. As well as the apartment is renovated which is great feels like home. Maintenance is quick to fix and respond any issues. I like it.

Great apartments with lots of facilities and plenty of recreational area which is hard to find in this area ....very convenient to local shops ,libraries , hospital ,metro station and work place .This is the place you can call your home :-)

I like living here but the rent keeps going up. I don't think they are insulated very well as it is always drafty in winter and my utility bills are high. The location is nice though and close to many things. Would like to stay here but the rent increases are hurting my budget. They keep wanting more money when I am not getting anymore money from anywhere myself. Also wish there was a light over the outside door to the building for ease of seeing steps at night. It is very difficult to see in the dark.

It's nice to be the part of Stuartwood Apartment. Me and my family enjoy staying in this apartment. I like the play area for kids which is in the center of the apartment. Staffs are very good. Best part is , they do lots of activities for kids and grown ups.:)

There seems to be a lack of monitoring of the property in general. Laundry hanging out, mounds of grass left after mowing, lifeguard sleeping at the pool while children are in the pool with no repercussion. Why don't you take a survey on the attitude/care expressed by the management? Ask about our interaction and satisfaction. Maintenance is superior and always has been.

Friendly neighborwood. Good tennis and sandvolley ball courts. Has nice playing area for kids to spend some quality time with other kids. Maintenance guys are really friendly and always on time to perform any maintenance. Has good fitness center.

I had a very bad experience with staff and management. They ruined my experience right from the start and it will always bother me that they failed to help me on what was their problem to fix. They simply did not care. Very unfortunate but the people can make or break the experience.

Staff friendly, area nice and clean. Appliances are a bit out of date, but facilities are nice. The gym is a little on the small side. The key card reader I had a little trouble working in the beginning. The maintenance staff is quick and helpful and clean up after themselves but they don't try again or spend time on something to fix if it did not work from first just say it did not work and leave. The pool is great the lifeguard is nice too have. I like being close to the park and having the path right there. And the shuttle to the metro is amazing

Overall this community is very good to stay. I feel safe staying here. Obviously there are some minor issues like in all other communities. But this community is much better than others. Maintenance staff is very responsive and do good quality work. Overall i will give 8.5/10.

Have lived here for about four months so far, and have been pleased with the community. Very safe, well maintained. LOTS of nice families -- we don't have kids, but if you do, this would be a great place for you. Location is convenient to Reston/Herndon. The weekday shuttle to the Metro is a WONDERFUL amenity.

I enjoyed my stay here. I loved the tennis court, walk ways,leasing office, and the community itself. Nice neighborhood, convenience to metro, airport and major highways make it more pleasant. Due to my job needs I am vacating, otherwise this is my first choice in Herndon area. Keep up the good work. Thanks!

I love the landscaping and the neighborhood. Most neighbors are friendly, clean and quiet. Office and maintenance staff are available and accessible most of the time. Not high quality workmanship in apartments but great size for price..

I leaved there for three years it was the worst place ever .the management are rude they don't know even how to talk with the residents when a problem arise specially the new manager she very rude ,the only person I have to thanks is Miss Julie she very nice person acting as it should be. I don't recommend anyone to rent there even for less .

We lived here for a bit over a year. It's a nice place, our apartment had new carpets when we moved in. The management team at the leasing office was always very nice to us and our dog. Maintenance was good and the promptly responded to any problems. We found an occasional roach, but probably only 4 our entire there, and no mice. We rarely heard our neighbors. We frequently used the dog park and the group of people there were very nice. It's also right next to the Sugarland trail and close to the W&OD path which are both nice to walk along and bike. Pool is a bit too small for lap Overall it was a nice place to live.

The apartment is pretty close to all the amenities. And it has fairfax connecter that takes you to Reston Town Center. They also run a shuttle service to the metro, which is convenient. The florring is good with concrete, so the noise levels are very low from the people above you. The apartments are not new, but I am fine with that.

Nice community. Convenient location. Professional staff that responds promptly to issues. Proximity to Sugarland trail is awsome. Wish that kitchens had effective vents to transmit cooking odors away, so maybe something to think about implementing.

The location of the apartments are well landscaped surrounded by green park area which I really liked, conveniently located near the shopping and retail areas with restaurant/eating facilities and near the highways. The staffs and maintenance crews are very friendly and professional. I really enjoying living one of their apartments. Thanks.

The office staff and the management is rude. Apartments are too pricey, and the policy is terrible. Forced us to move to 2 bedroom for informing them about our 2 yr old son. Not willing to work with us, and had to pay a 700.00 transfer fee. No long term leases offered. Think carefully before moving here.
