I have thoroughly enjoyed...
I have thoroughly enjoyed living in this community. I do however wish there was some more communication between the office and ourselves as to some of the goings-on (eg. maintenance etc.)

Other than being inspection-crazy, a pretty nice place to live. Sugarland Park/Trail goes right through the property, the residents are from a variety of cultures and for the most part, residents are quiet and keep to themselves. But they sure love inspections here, especially of the balconies and patios. No bird feeders allowed. They are really interested in maintaining a "well kept" look here. But I guess they haven't checked out their dumpster areas. They are disgusting. Residents don't close the dumpster doors after they throw their trash away. I made signs reminding folks to close the doors after they dump their trash, and they were torn down within 2 days. Trash flies out of the dumpsters and the small trash cans, they try their best to clean it up, but it's useless. But hey, why not inspect those balconies instead?

We just moved into Stuart...
We just moved into Stuart Woods this month, and while there have been a few snafoos (mailbox key issue, some internet stuff), in general, the experience has been good. Staff have been responsive, even if it takes awhile to resolve things, and maintenance has been very prompt (we had to have our AC turned on when we first moved in). They also solicit feedback through surveys after each interaction which is nice (and these surveys invite us to post on this review site). Overall, we're really liking our new place and the community - I love how our apartment faces the woods too, it's so beautiful!

This place is a hot mess!! I'm visited as a possible location to move into, and I wouldn't live here. All of the reviews you are reading on here are crap, no one I saw here even spoke English (let along could write in English) except the staff. It's not safe, and living behind a restaurant breeds rodent problems.

I think its a quiet family oriented community where you can feel safe and you're privacy is fairly secure. All in all it's very neat and clean and the maintenance staff work very hard to keep up the grounds and keep the property looking nice.

Stuart woods is a great community with balance of all things one would expect in an apartment rentals. I lived seven years in this community and enjoyed all amenities like pool, gym, volleyball, tennis court and a lively place for bonfire on winter weekends. There is a lot of greenery within the community with an awesome play area for children and a pet park. With all these in place, I haven't felt to step out of the community on many weekends for recreation. Just get a good deal of rental price rage based on the time of the year you are renting and enjoy!

This is a very tight knit community where family and community connections are paramount; this is a great community for families. The wooded grounds are beautiful and well maintained, and the staff is excellent! It is conveniently located near Wiehle Metro Station with a shuttle offered through Stuart Woods.

So far, so good. Quiet,...
ONSITE MANAGER IS NOT CUSTOMER-ORIENTED, BUT THE REST OF THE STAFF IS VERY PROFESSIONAL, HONEST AND ACCOMMODATING. THE COMPLEX IS VERY WELL CARED FOR AND HAS SOME EXCELLENT AMENITIES. THE WOODS, THE STREAM, THE TRAILS ... ALL CONTRIBUTE TO AN ALMOST IDYLLIC SETTING.

Worst possible apartment....
Worst possible apartment. What kind of leasing office rents out apartments with bugs to people. Would they not atleast check for stuff like this? 40 bugs in 5 days? 30 when i used the ---- drier under the kitchen furniture. If you tell me that this apartment was inspected before I moved in, either you're nuts or i'm the president.

Love it office staff very helpful so is maintenance they come very quick when something needs fixing and they are polite and clean up after. Love that the stairwells are always being grounds are kept very nicely.

The policies of the business...
The policies of the business office are ludicrous when it comes to collecting rent. It is the single worst and most offensive treatment I've ever received from a company I was doing business with. If I don't pay my rent by the 6th I get an eviction notice... That is absurd and wildly unprofessional. No other rental company on the planet has such ridiculous policies when it comes to late payments on rent.
