Great I never have problem just right now with the roach but the rest is so good is excelente and I recomed to every body is good apartments this apartment is the best in the area and the staff is great

My unit is a little pricey...
Great. I like that maintenance cleans up weekly and replaces trash in trash cans around the property. We have a small trash can near the mailboxes. And I like they clean the halls and clean the windows to the front doors.

Have lived here for only...
Have lived here for only 5 months but the experience has been very good so far. Apartment is quiet and the staff here including maintenance have been wonderful. Grounds are nicely maintained and parking is never a problem. My only gripe is with the dishwasher which looks like it's been here since 1980.

This is a great community and the apartments are beautiful. The service is always prompt and friendly. My neighbors are all quiet people with families and careers. I would highly recommend Stuart Woods apartments to anyone who asks, and I hope to stay here for a long time to come.

When i need to moving i founded my apartment. First apart my check list but when i visited office i contracted leasing the apart. I loved community & i feel very quite , clean. After moved in ...i feel very safety & nice neighborhood. That's why i renew leasing apartment.

We love living here as the complex is clean and well landscaped. We enjoy the convince of the commuter shuttle and the fitness center. We use the community room regularly and like to read the paper provided for us. The apartments are nicely laid out with plenty of storage space.

Nice apartments in a...
Nice apartments in a great area. Dog-friendly, and there is a dog park on the grounds. The faux granite countertops peeled back in one small area shortly after move-in, but aside from that we have not had any problems. Management is very nice.

clean, quiet, affordable, convinience to work and shopping. The staff and maintenance technicain are kindly and helpful. Close to Reston Town Center. Shuttle bus to silver line metro station. abundant parking space. I would like to recommend this appartment.

I moved to Stuart Woods in July 2012 for what I knew was to be a short stay as I work for the government and had received a permanent transfer to DC and my wife was in California getting our house ready for sale...Rents in the NOVA area are high compared to other places but basic economics (Supply & Demand) drives the price...So $1,430 for 1 bedroom was steep...but, I didn't have to move there, my choice! Judy in the leasing office was extremely pleasant on every occasion I spoke with her, some of the others not so much, but I wasn't looking to make friends with them so their sour mood didn't affect me, plus I believe in the "big fish, little pond" theory. Karma will get them!!! When our house sold in Cali and my wife joined me the application fee for her and the petfee for our dog was steep but I had agreed to it, my problem. And when we moved out in November to our new home in Sterling the $2,860 in penalty and payback of the free month hurt quite a bit...but once again I knew what I had signed...Loved the trails thru the woods and the gym was very acceptable...the lobby of our building was cleaned weekly and was always uncluttered...parking was never a problem and the neighbors in our building were quiet and respectful...the 2 service calls we made were handled immediately and the apartment was way smaller than we were used to (3,400 sq ft in CA) was in great shape...so, if you don't like where you live exercise your freedom and move...

I'm not sure where Stuart Woods gets the data for registered sex offenders that's listed on their 'Safety' tab, but there is a registered sex offender living on Woodshire Lane, which is 2.3 miles from Stuart Woods.

Apartments are well located- near grocery stores and Reston Town Center. Bus service is available about 5 minutes walk away. A park is located adjacent to the complex. Maintenance is usually quick to respond to problems.
