Over all apartment we're good. Amenities and landscaping cleanliness need to be improved . I will encourage more community events . Shelter/cover at kids play area helps kids not wet if it rains immediately.

Updated apartment interiors are nice. Complex is very well laid out. Staff are courteous and friendly. Units are very well built - no noise or vibration issues. Creek runs through the complex with woods and hiking/biking trail. Great value

I love living at Stuart Woods. I feel very safe here and the staff is excellent. The grounds have paths through woods that make a wonderful morning walk. Also, the location is very close to the Fairfax County Parkway, the Dulles Toll Road and the W&OD Bike path. The apartments are very quiet. I never hear my neighbors. It is wonderful.

It is a great community to live in. The best thing I like of this place is that the shopping complex is nearby. Exterior lighting of building entryways, community common areas, parking areas, and sidewalks are good. The office staff is responsive, dependable, and professional.

Run for your life. The water leaks that me and my neighbor has endured is bad. Neighbor's full apartment was flooded and maintenance could not tell her what the cause was other than when it rains sometimes the roof leaks...all her stuff damaged and no reimbursement. Then mold. Lots of it. And they did not want to admit. Rude property manager. What a headache and impossible to believe. Even one of the staff at the leasing office was shocked at how the entire mold and water leaks situation was handled...run I tell you, runnnnn

Tennis court and volleyball court with lights is my suggestion. will definitely attract people in reston and herndon area if its indoor stadium.indoor play area for kids will be great too.

I have found a home here--the apartment meets my needs. The care taken and cleanliness of the building and common areas is appreciated. I have always felt safe even when arriving home late at night. We are close to shopping and transportation.

It has been a very good experience except for some noise from neighbors where their door gets slammed a lot, unfortunately. Also, sometimes I hear next door neighbors talk but I believe that the walls are not thick enough to prevent noise from penetrating. This is a very minor issue though and it is normal. I believe that this is one of the best apartment complexes in town. Excellent management and service. Very clean apartments and parking lot. A lot of parking available all the time.

Very good community, neat and clean, never had a problem. I have a very good experience of this community. It is pets friendly community and that is really appreciated. There has been instances that people didn't clean after their pets which is obligatory. Management is required to send the circulars periodically to comply the instructions of clean after their pets whether it is day time or night, someone is watching or otherwise.

The manager is horrible. Until she is removed, I can not recommend this place. Once that is accomplished I will be able to say good thighs about this place, and there are some good things, like the location and the trail that runs in between the complex.

A nice and safe place to live. Rent, after the first years, increased by more than $75. Maintenance is prompt and courteous. Neighbors mixed ... some courteous, some sloppy and disrespectful that they are sharing community areas with others. If the rent weren't so expensive, it would be a nice place to live. However, for the older buildings, the rents over value the experience. It is easy to find nicer for the same price being asked.

I have been in the community since 2012, first year I was living by myself I liked everything but the dry-washer in the Kitchen was not my favorite! Now I'm living in a two apartment bedroom and we like it but we would like to have more space in the second room! And nicest furniture in the barhroom and. Cabinets

The staff and maintenance...
The staff and maintenance here are very good. The apartment is VERY quiet - I have never heard my neighbors once. My dog LOVES the dog park. The grounds are clean and the nature paths are great. I am very happy living here.

I got a lot more bang for my buck in this apartment then in other apartment communities. It's one of the best kitchens I have seen and I love that I have my own washer/dryer. The new metro bus is also very convenient! I would recommend this community!

The community is very quiet. I never hear either of the nervous on either side, and only very early so I hear the neighbors upstairs. I think the walls have a layer of concrete in them to dampen sound. The staff is friendly and helpful. I like having access to the walking trail.

The maintenance staff is the best I've experienced. The current office management is sub standard, condescending, rude and embody a hostility towards the tenants. They are adversarial. They supported an incompetent, rude, irresponsible pool lifeguard this summer. The pool was mismanaged, didn't open on time when a particular lifeguard was working.

Bliss! A nature lovers...
Bliss! A nature lovers paradise. Love the fact that sugarland run trail crosses the apartment complex and we also have a lovely view of woods and tennis court. Concrete construction is a huge relief, no noises from neighbors.

nice one to stay, fun to be here. I love all the neighborhood shopping area with lots of food areas. The community is more of ------- and I feel like I live in India when there are many people around me, lots of fun we have with the play area, tennis area, volleyball and gym. My son love to play outside always and this community has huge space for that. I like going out for run and we have Sugarland Trial going through the community, its good for my wife to walk and get the fresh air under the woods.

Very good community and clean, organized and well managed. Friendly customer service professionals and they are keen to improve on comments and suggestions. The only comment is the door slamming by some residents - if the doors can be done little bit in that regard would be great otherwise this is excellent community.
