This Comments box is requiring me to enter 200 characters even though I don't really have that much to say. So I am typing extra words because this system is --------. You really shouldn't force respondents to enter a minimum response size. If you do, it encourages people to enter responses like this. And that's not good for anyone, am I right? Anyways, I feel that my answers to the questionnaire have pretty effectively summed up how I feel. I don't feel it's necessary to write a book in some mandatory text box if all I'm doing is restating what I've already said. Oh look, I hit 200 characters. Bye.

This apartment complex has been a very nice place to live. It doesn't take very long for them to respond to acts of nature while normally keeping a clean landscape. One of the first things my wife thought when we moved in was that she felt "safe" in comparison to the other apartments that we looked at in the area.

The place isn't bad, but for the amount of rent paid, i would expect better. $50 a month for pet rent does not seem to be used for anything pet related, but rather pocketed for owner's profit. The appliances need to be upadted, by the are adequate. Overall, needs improvement, but it is home for now

When we toured the apartment complex, the apartments that we toured were not the one we ended up renting, which was unavailable to tour because they were cleaning it. When we moved it, I found there were lots of issues with electrical, water, and the cabinets. We got them fixed over time and were able to make the most out of the space, but the community and apartment itself do not feel like "home."

I have lived here over 20 years, and I think that this fact speaks volumes about my experience here. I enjoy the convenient location, and it is a good value for the money. Neighbors are also very pleasant, as is the office and maintenance staff.

I've lived in the Stuart Woods Apartments for almost 4 years now, and it has been an all-around great experience. The office staff is easy to work with, the maintenance staff is prompt and usually gets the job done well the first time. My wife and I really like the landscaping of the complex. The trail and the creek running through the middle of the grounds is a really nice feature. I play pickup volleyball and tennis games with some of the other guys who live here. Even though we don't have a dog, the dog park is a nice touch, and it's nice to see all the people with their dogs hanging out there. Lots of parking, low noise from apartment to apartment, nice pool in the summer, average fitness center. The washer/dryer in the apartment is great to have. All in all, there are a lot of good amenities, and we make use of most of them. I have difficulty thinking of any negative things to say. We could use more recycling bins, I guess, and the price is a bit higher than some other apartments in town, but the value for the nice community and the amenities is pretty good. Definitely worthwhile.

It's ok. It seems like good quality at first, but things start breaking. The neighbors are ok quality. We complained about some stuff before with neighbors and it was never resolved; we found out another neighbor had too and again, nothing happened. The one good thing is that for the most part, you don't hear your neighbors. The fact that we did shows how insanely loud of a kegger they were having. There are also some shifty people who have started hanging around lately, riding bikes and leering. That's been concerning me, but that's partly because a trail goes through the complex. All in all, it's ok for short stays.

It has been a great experience. We have really enjoyed the facilities and the dog park is great as well for our dog - she always wants to go there when we get out for a walk. The landscaping is really nice and colorful and it is well maintained. We also have had a great experience with the office staff.

I lived in this community for over 3 years now and have loved every bit of time I spent here. The community is peaceful as in its neither loud nor dull. The staff / property management is always looking for ways to provide more features / improvise on existing ones to make residents happy and extend their stay. I have seen many families keep extending their stay as they love this community just as we do. A few families I have seen moved out only did so after finding themselves a permanent home. As for those who continue with stuart woods we call this community our home!!!

Stuart Woods is a great place to live. The apartments are roomy, the neighborhood is quiet, and the office really does a great job keeping the area clean and well taken care of. They are always adding amenities, and having community events. The Metro shuttle is a great example, allowing for a hassle free commute.

Generally horrible neighbors. It sounds like a playgroundabove my head. Washing machine, dryer, and dishwasher are old and defective. The HVAC is deceptive and so loud that the TV volume has to be raised everytime it comes on and lowered when it finally stops. The new property manager is responsive and seems to be an improvement.

Great community, plenty of amenities and fun things to do. Close to many towns, businesses, and parks. I've been here a year and the grounds are always in great condition. The shuttle bus to Reston metro line is a nice addition. I enjoy the trail located on the property for a nice city escape.

Stuart Woods is a great place to live. I love the dog park and the access to the Sugar Land Run trail. If you have a dog please be advised that when you walk your dog in the community lots of residents do not like dogs and it gets extremely uncomfortable at times.

Great community and pleasant office staff. I have lived here since 2012 and moved to a renovated unit earlier this year. My experience has been great in both apartments, and I've recommended the community to a couple of friends over the past year.
