Overall pleasant and steadily improving apartment complex. Spacious units and well kept grounds. The staff makes a concerted effort to help out and to form a community. The recent silver line opening is mitigating the only major downside, living so far from the city.

This apartment has all the features for the rent you pay and with friendly staff who can help you move in smooth. In-site washer-dryer, spacious 2 bedroom with a nice kitchen setup is very much attractive and helpful. I would rate this community as 5 stars.

Its a great apartment to live with nice greenery all around the community. Very prompt and quality maintenance service. Staff is very friendly and quick responsive. New shuttle service is very helpful to DC commute. Apartment is quite with sound proof windows.

Rent went up without notice and the explanation was total --------. Location is nice. The "fit trail" is super lame and if you don't have a dog you'll feel left out. They installed a relaxing chair swing but put it inside the dog park so only people with dogs can use it.

Great Place to live close to a lot of things and affordable. Love that they are very animal friendly and the maintence staff is very prompt and good. Never had a problem that they didn't correct. The apartment is good size clean. Do wish the kitchen had more storage space but otherwise very nice.

It really good so far. I was impressed with the cleanliness, community safety. But, I was disappointed with the recreation center. It would be better if you expand it bit more and have lot better gym equipments in it. I recommend to have a boundary wall or something that suits around volley ball court. I found it was bit tough to play there because we need to run long distance if balls goes out of court .

We were pleasantly surprised to find this gem of a community in Herndon. The location is great, there are lots of kids and young families around, and the amenities provided by the community are such an amazing value considering the rent we would have been paying elsewhere for not nearly as nice of a community.

I love living at Stuart woods. What really takes the cake is the fact that there is ample parking, green parks, and an helpful staff. My gripe has been value for money largely because the apartments are a bit cramped and the appliances are old. Just not a family apartment. If you have no family and want to be in Herndon, this is it.

I am living in this community for more than 2 years, I found the community as neat and clean, safe for the kids and family members.The parking space is more than enough, staff is good and response time for any query/question is very quick.Easy to commute to any location from here.

Great apartment size and layout. Staff is responsive for the most part. Need a bit larger hot water capacity. Great maintenance staff. Apartment is in good condition. I have lived here almost 5 years and would most likely renew if I decide not to buy a place.

Friendly office staff especially Judy. Very safe apartment community with a dog park, dog bags, and nice trails for walking. Well kept community with good maintenance response time. This apartment is located near many grocery stores and resturants.

great place to stay. close to all the shopping locations. very close to the sugar land run trail. good elementary school location. close to the washington and old Dominion rail road trail. free shuttle to Wiehle metro station is a great option.

My experience at Stuart Woods has benn overall positive. The grounds are well maintained for the enjoyment of the residents. The staff in the rental office are very friendly, helpful and attentive and, locally, quick to respond to requests of the residence. I would recommend Stuart Woods to colleagues who are looking for a quiet neighborhood in a convenient location. I have also been satisfied with the abundance of trails and places to walk with my pet.

While the staff at Stuart Woods Apts are very courteous, prompt to answer questions, and help in anyway possible, I have been dissatisfied with the work that the contractors they use do. The contractors that painted did a poor, incomplete job, the company that replaced the patio glass in the door left the handle extremely loose with the top screw stripped, and the screens in the bedrooms are either missing or have holes in them. If a person can deal with the few problems that we have come across, this complex has so far been a good choice for us.

Maintenance is good and i feel expenses for this apartment is more.It would be good if this community provides facility of sub lease. Apart from that everything is good.If you are on sharing and those people are in lease please provide those many keys to the residents.

Great Location. Office staff very friendly and helpful. Value for money to stay in this appartment. Conviniently located from the silver line metro station and free shuttle service provided by the appartment. Has a lot of grocery stores and medical services and other day to day necessities.

The best about this community apart from its easy accessibility to food,shopping etc is the turnaround time of service requests.The maintenance requests are handled very promptly and front office associates are accessible for any issues.

What I like the most is 'sugarland run trail'. It has been the most wonderful experience while I have lived here. I believe that this could have been emphasized more than now to attract more people who have a lot of interest in exercise or jogging.

love the grounds and the nature around the complex...volleyball court needs some maintenance but it is nice to be able to bring friends and play with out any problems. love that everyone utilizes all the play areas set up but needs more work.

Fairly good apartments,would be nice to see if the overall quality is improved.Like for eg: the maintenance support should be improved. Some times the maintenance personnel don't complete the work as expected and we had to call them again and again.

Great value apartments. Very quiet (concrete buildings) and close to good food options. Staff is very friendly. Parking can get a bit tight depending on which building you live in but they do offer reserved spots at additional cost if that is an issue for you. Cell service (even on tmobile) is surprisingly good even though the buildings are concrete.

I planned my 2014 move to Herndon in fall of 2013. I reviewed apartment options on-line, read reviews and then visited the communities. I selected Stuart Woods because everything there and all the reviews were excellent. I like living here

This appartment is good, but u see sometimes roaches everyware but still nice to stay for a year. Parking will become mess during peak days otherwise get up and keep moving. Rooms are spaceioud compared to other appt close by.overall we are satisfied but not felling so good.
