A good community located in the prime location near to reston hospital, restaurants, Reston metro and shopping center. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Quick response for maintenance issues. Reasonable rent options and descent unit size.

Community is good, but if pay the same rent we can get good new apartments. it would be better if you decrease the rents $100 to $200, so that you will be in demand.Needs to build some area for sports, like another badminton court, volleyball court, cricket court

It was good living in this community for like two years. We are heading good time living close to Reston town center and all the restaurants. Staff were really good, and they respond quickly if we have any maintenance issues.

Great experience- safe neighborhood and good value. Layout is spacious and offers good quality furnishings. Courteous neighbors as well. The one thing I wish is that they had a three bedroom model for us.

So far so good. No objections. Move in was relatively pain free, and it only took me half a day. Apartment is awesome, spacious and does the job. Love the Outback Steakhouse around the corner, and commute to work much better than before.

Great experience working with Willy Hernandez in the leasing office. He was patient and took the time to explain all aspects of renting here. Good clean apartments. Even though the apartments are much older than many others around, they are well maintained.

i felt very bad by moving to this apartment. apartment was not given in good condition. with in a month identified Mosquito and bedbugs. but leasing officer was talking very rude by asking about apartment condition.

Wonderful, quiet community hidden at the Herndon-Reston border. Close to whatever you need, yet the grounds feel like a protected nature preserve compared to most other properties throughout the DMV area. Maintenance staff is responsive and effective (entry hallways cleaned daily), we have no complaints and have raved about the place to friends and family. Great community of working professionals, lots of kids (being raised well!). Virtually no noise at dark, ~90% of tenants are dining at home after work, but parking is also a non-issue. When we toured, Stuart Woods passed my attentiveness test of actually having fully stocked pet disposal bags in their stands (not a pet owner, just use it to gauge mgmt's care for tenants/property). Most don't, but the staff here is great! Seriously, take a tour here, then swing through on your own after dark. You'll see that this place really is great!

Super convenient, very close to Reston Town Center and multiple corporate buildings. Downtown Herndon is very quaint and definitely has some good offerings. The apartment does the trick, not the most up to date but we'll-maintained.

Overall the facilities are good. Very happy about the community. Car parking rules and guest parking pass is an additional facility. Staff is friendly nature. Maintenance is good. No electricity power cuts...

It is nice apartment.Some of lease office sataffs are not helpful.It is good place to raise kids.There is also bike trail inside the compound which makes it accessible for biking but there is no enough bike rack for apartments.

Staff to regimented. Should deal with problems as they come up. No rule should be written in stone. Everyone is really nice but need to lighten up.I have never rented an apt. in my life , and the apt and maintenance is great. Don't much like dealing with due dates and deadlines. Anne

Clean spacious apartments, well maintained landscape, great staff and promptly completed maintenance requests! My move in process was hassle free, the community seems calm and very clean. Ample parking as well. So far don't have any complaints

Apartment quality and maintenance is very good . Services they provided is very good .Family security(Spl if you have toddler baby) and neighborhood of this community is excellent .I can easily suggest my friend to stay here .

The apartment was not ready for the move in. I am now stuck with all of the problems paying a high rate, almost every thing need to be replaced, washer, dish washer, everything. The one hi-light is the leasing staff is wonderful.

So far the Community has been good to live in. There is not much general noise in the community, and I have not run into anyone that was not pleasant. the staff at Stuart woods was very helpful and friendly during the move in process.

overall I have enjoyed the apartment's peaceful setting with the nearby greenbelt and many surrounding trees. The apartment areas are well kept and clean and I feel safe. Maintenance is top-notch and responds quickly. I have had issues with a neighbor and his music, but the management has seemed to listen to try to resolve.

Concrete flooring is the highlight here, so noise is dampened. However, they seem to skimp out on the painting materials so expect noxious fumes when you move in. The community and the staff are pretty friendly though.

Good place, shops, hospitals are very near. School bus comes to community. Big community. However to my surprise there was a theft of my bike which was kept out area (balcony). So be cautious of it.....

The overall experience towards the apartment is good. But lot of things needs to be regulated, parking, safety cameras, tennis court and the easy access to the staff. I would strongly recommend the above mentioned topics should be addressed.

I always feel proud and safe to be in the Stuart Woods community. Lot of friends around and almost all major requirements are in a reachable distance form the apartment location. Its always better to be in a community like this than an big individual villa :)

In a convenient neighbourhood, Stuart has some of the best staff who are friendly and prompt in their response. The apartment and its surroundings are well maintained and is under constant monitoring for upgrades.

Nice community. Good fitness center and office staff is professional. Maintenance requests are taken care promptly. Ample of shops, groceries and schools nearby. Very close to wiehle and Reston town center. Good play area for kids.
