Well upkept and clean property. Good maintenance and office staff. Nice amenities and social networking opportunities. Parking has always been an issue, particularly if you come home later in the evening, but thats the biggest draw back, overall. 5yr + tenant, and I love my large 1 bedroom!

Good place to live in. Situated at the location from where everything needed is in walkable distance. Well organized apartments and good arrangement for parking. All the most needed facility for a family is within three miles of distance which makes this community a most favorable place to stay in Herndon city.

I was looking for an apartment with ample parking space. Stuart wood has tons of parking space. The natural beauty of the location is also great. There is also plenty of space for kids to play around.

This is a great place to live! It's very quiet here, which I love! It has a great dog park and is right on the walking trail! (And next to a wooded area) Couldn't ask for more! It's quiet and beautiful year-round

Very good overall. My only complaint was that there were clearly people from the night club parking in the lot for the first week after it reopened.... but that seems to have stopped or at least reduced enough I no longer have to park far from my appartment.

They're scrupulous about the landscaping and maintenance. The maintenance guys are prompt clean and courteous, as are the front office people and the cleaners, especially the cleaners...I see them cleaning the gym every day at 630!!

The good thing about this community is it's very near to all places and center of Herndon locality. and good Neighborhood. Management staff are very friendly. Have good amenities, gym and a park near by.

My experience has been good, however I wish the apartment was handicap accessible. Would prefer a walk-in shower. Otherwise it is a great place to live. Staff is friendly, and professional. Also it had gotten very expensive to live here.

Spacious parking lots, walking trials, play area for the kids and promptness of the maintenance. Five stars. I recommend it. The amenities are good. Maintenance and management are cooperative. Groceries nearby. Commuting is flexible and easy from this apartments.

The community is clean and pleasant and the large majority of the facilities are well maintained (everything except the tennis court), Including a gym that's only 2 years old. The best part of living here for me has been the service / maintenance staff. If I put in a request for service, someone is generally knocking on my door in 15 minutes and usually resolve the issue within an hour (unless they need to order some obscure part). All in all it's a great place to live.

It was good, there seems to be a park nearby and would really love to explore the area. The mini creek in the middle of the community is such a great feature and honestly very relaxing. I'll enjoy my time for the next 13 months.

I ended up choosing the Apsen option for my place of residence. I haven't had any issues with the complex so far. I got more space than I was expecting and the staff have been amicable and overall great to work with. I do wish I had a larger washing machine, but I'll manage. Overall great apartment

Here the apartments are spacious with a big bedroom, living area, balcony, having a nice sunlight and it's a wooden floor. We have tennis court and volley ball court. Especially the Gym are is a filled with high class equipments and more spacious.
