Really like this community, neighbors has been really nice. The apartments are clean, there is not problems with smoking. Accessible parking. the pool is always clean, the safeguard is there anytime. Easy to get a visitors pass

We have good experience, we think management staff could do better, we feel no communication or answer are emails. Last year we didn't have fire alarm in our apartment for almost three month and the one we had was not even working. Our lease got lost and we got only 2 to 3 days to think and renew and generate money. That was bad management.

nice place to call home. office staff and maintenance person are good. Interestingly to see the lifeguard on duty in the swimming pool. I hope this is a smoking free community which will make it perfect community.

Been close to four years since moving here. So far, it's been pretty good and I can't say I've had many complaints. The maintenance staff are particularly friendly and prompt with responding to issues. There has been a welcome change of administrative staff who are WAYYY more polite, friendly and courteous than the ones before. Pretty good experience.

Staff has been extremely helpful with moving in, maintenance, and other things. The apartments are large and spacious, and I like the new renovations being done. The walking paths are easily accessible and I enjoy walking on them a lot. I wish the reserved parking spots were gathered in one area so that they would be easier to avoid/find. And I wish the apartments had more windows to lighten up the apartments more.

The Club across the street is very loud on friday and saturday nights. The neighbors in my building do not understand the concept of closing your front door, and would rather let them slam constantly from 7am till midnight daily.

It is fantastic as long as the diminutive Dracula maintenance man doesn't burst into your apartment during the afternoon while you have a guest and are in the act of reproductive activity. He ruined my date and had a surly attitude, not cool man.

Overall I've been happy with my time at Stuart Woods, the quality of the apartment and amenities, the quick response of the maintenance staff, the peace of the neighborhood. Hence why it's disappointing I appear to be getting priced out of an apartment that was very reasonable just a few years ago. I need a more manageable monthly rent, or continued living at Stuart Woods may not be in the cards.
