My experience was in that, I was just looking for something quick, but not quick enough just because it was the holiday and wish I understood right away that nothing was opened. As a flight crew, I think this company did well overall, and I can only say thank you!!

My experience in this community has been amazing. The office staff have been prompt in answering and ALL of my questions. The maintenance are very efficient. The tenants have been very respectful and peaceful. I really appreciate how it's close to everything I need. The cleaning staff also keep the complex very clean.

This place is like a little gems. The apartments is safe and close to everything. Excellent staffs. It may be a bit on the higher end as far a price. Would recommend to everyone who's looking for a quiet and peaceful place.

Overall, I think this is a great apartment community for the price you pay. There's nothing super flashy about it, but it gives good quality to everything that's there. For me the cleanliness and landscaping are the two shining successes. The stairwells are cleaned nearly every day, the grass is mowed often, and the greenery and flowers are beautiful. I would recommend this to a friend!

Overall Stuart Woods is a pretty nice place to live. The two main appeals for me was the concrete construction of the building (so less noise between apartments) and the wooded view of Sugarland Run that a lot of apartments have. The complex is old and it definitely shows in a lot of ways, especially in the building common areas and parts of the apartment grounds around the complex. The apartments themselves generally have most of the modern amenities you would expect (you can choose between FIOS or COX for internet/cable) but there are some things that are lacking a bit (some of which they could fix with future renovations, some not really). Since these were built in the late 70s the ceilings are only a little over 8' but are painted in a way to make them feel taller. Some of the windows could be bigger, the window in my second bedroom must be the bare minimum in terms of size for it to qualify as a bedroom even though the wall space could accommodate a window 2X-4X as big. There are also no ceiling fans in the apartment and no overhead lighting in any of the bedrooms, hallway or living room. The hallway in my unit doesn't even have an outlet in it so I have to use a battery powered motion detector light to light it (they could also stand to add a few more outlets around the apartment as well) Location wise the apartment is close to a pretty large strip mall that has an independent pharmacy, a bunch of restaurants and some smaller, more specialty grocery stores. There is also a Safeway within walking distance, along with a bunch of doctor's offices and a bus stop. You also have Sugarland Run park which runs right through the middle of the complex, which I thought was pretty unique. They used to have shuttles to take you to the nearest metro (I remember seeing them when I worked in a building nearby) but they must've stopped those once the pandemic hit. Maintenance requests are always handled very quickly, sometimes the same day. I recently had several issues with the HVAC and after trying a couple things to fix it to no avail, they brought in a portable AC unit for me to use until they could replace the HVAC which they did after about 36 hours or so. The complex did recently get new management over the summer, but as of now I haven't noticed drastic changes with the new leadership. Could have a different view on them come lease renewal time, but so far haven't had any issues.

Parking is atrocious, but community is well kept, and it is quiet. Maintenence staff is outstanding as well as office staff. The parking is horrible after 3p.m. The grounds are very well maintained and you are close to a lot in this community.

I believe that the community has potential. There has been turnover in office staff, which can be for a number of reasons. Under its current office leadership, I'm optimistic. The maintenance team is incredible.

Great location. Nice access to trail in the woods. Needs work on drainage throughout the community. Great place for dogs. Rent keeps going up yet everything is the same as when I moved in? could be just the nature of housing.

I really do love living at Stuart Woods, and think the access/location, amenities, safety, cleanliness, parking, and condition of apartments are great. Some in-unit things could be improved (larger bathrooms, updated washer/dryers) but overall, I've had a great experience.

I love this community it's very quiet and neat. The apartments are very well maintained and I do like the rules that we the residents need to adhere to since this makes it a very safe community to live in. We have the amenities such as the pool, gym and computer room where we can enjoy at our own leisure. Thanks for having lifeguards at the pool to keep us and our families safe. If you decide to skip the gym, well you can take a walk on the trail or take your kids bike riding. We love the neighborhood and the community and do hope that we can continue to live there for another 2 to 5 more years without increase every time we renew. We love the activities especially movie night? Thanks for all you do.

Great place to live for the price range. Just needs a few upgrades to security amenities like key fob or key pad entry to the living quarters. Would highly recommend to others that are looking for a place to live.

It is a very safe place to live and a great environement for families and married couples. There are trails and playgrounds nearby which are great for walks. The gym is wonderful too. The apartments are clean and have lots of natural light, in addition to the patio. The rent is fair and the staff is professional and responsive. I definitely recommend living here.

The apartment community offers more than just a place to live; it's a vibrant, multifaceted environment where one can stay active and healthy in the outstanding gym, enjoyed leisurely walks, relax by the fire pit, and cool off in the inviting swimming pool. It's a true home that provides not just the comforts of an apartment but the joys of a welcoming community.

Moved here due to price compared to the area. Have had issues with pests and maintenance staff doing a poor job, though they are quick to respond. Is an OK community, would rate 3/5 overall. Expensive area to live and the quality doesn't seem to match the price in many respects. Dog park is nice but wish it was larger and grass, Tennis courts need redone, pool is nice, parking is alright, always possible to find a spot. My wife loves the fitness center, package room is nice except when things don't fit in the lockers we don't get notified, and office staff is great.

It's been overall pleasant. I don't have any issues with my neighbors. Everyone is relatively quite. Parking is great because there's always lots of space. Friends visit it's easy. Spacious unit. Had an issue with my upstairs neighbor clogging their toilet. Their water leaked down into mine which was not great, very disgusting. Overall not a bad place to live.

This apartment is nice, to move in initially with an offer. Rent will be increased drastically afterwards! But, it is in a good location. Only location advantage.. other than that not much else in this community!
