Great in regards to the grounds, the dog park, fellow residents. Tons of issues with the application, and most frustratingly with the final signatures on the lease. Promised one unit, whoops it's gone in the middle of signing the paperwork. Here since 11/23/24, and maintenance has been to this unit almost 2 dozen times because this unit was not move-in ready-- this was an emergency move due to serious health concerns related to our previous apartment, and major appliances were out. My wife had pneumonia at the time, and we were treated pretty poorly about our malfunctioning HVAC unit when temps were extremely low. Seriously, read my other comments and have someone from corporate give me a call-- we like living here, but feel a bit ripped off by the entire experience (especially since the unit we wound up with costs more than the one we were in the process of signing a lease for, and that for sure had a working dishwasher)

The community is spread out which made me feel like although there are plenty of amenities, it's not all compressed in one location. It also means that there would be adequate parking for tents. I also like the stream that divides the property. Was definitely high on my list when it came time to make a decision

Just moved in a week ago and so far so good. had a few issues but maintenance fixed them quickly. so far the neighborhood seems safe and quiet. the unit we are renting was very clean the first day we moved in. it snowed this week and the sidewalks and parking lot were completely cleared by morning. the maintenance man is very friendly as well as the leasing office staff. they always reply in a timely manner. they also have security that walks/drives around the neighborhood which makes it feel safe.

It's a fairly quiet and calm community with beautful surroundings and a nice waking trail. Within waking distance to local amenities and convenience shops. Not a long distance from the metro station or airport.

Very very pleased with my experience thus far! My maintenance requests are ALWAYS taken care of quickly, and the staff is respectful and kind. The *only* complaint I would have is that the walls are not nearly soundproof enough and no Ring doorbells are allowed.

The apartment is beautiful and Sebastian at the front desk of very responsive and has all the answers. The tour was very cordial and got to see most of the community although it was snowed in. The apartment your was very smooth. The move in process was also smooth without any major hurdles I had to cross
