My experience has been great, from viewing the apartment, to signing the lease, to moving in, and to living here! The community is clean, safe, and in a great location. The office and maintenance staff are really friendly and professional. The apartments themselves are very spacious and well kept. I highly recommend this community to anyone.

The experience has been good overall. We have a very high rent increase this year and that has make things a little hard for us. Inflation and rent increase is just too much. It just keeps getting harder and harder to be able to afford living in this area.

It has been a nice stay overall. Property is well kept, the cleaners and landscaper's do a good job. I really don't have any complaints besides the rent increasing. Comparing this apartment to the one I previously lived in I can say the location is ideal for almost any type of active lifestyle and a great outdoor feel definitely sets Stuart Woods apart from the rest!

This community is great for families or professionals. Despite the large number of families in the neighborhood, the children are always seen and never heard. It's a quite community with a lot to offer In terms of hiking trails, a dog park, an outdoor pool with a lifeguard for sense of security, tennis's courts and more! My apartment is small but beautiful and the neighborhood is safe, clean and quiet

The community is in a great location, I can walk to at least 10 different restaurant for lunch when I'm working from home. However, I cannot recommend living here if you don't have a car. It is on a bus line, but that only comes every hour or so, and they have yet to reinstate the metro shuttle. The walls are pretty thick, so you don't get much noise from your neighbors. I feel the space is well utilized in my unit, if the layout is a little dated. I am on Tamarack Way, and the road next to it (Herndon Parkway) usually isn't too loud, but I would not recommend if you need total silence. We do get pests, mice, cockroaches, and ants, but they are very serious about treating your apartment (and the other apartments in the building) if you do report anything. Maintenance responds pretty quickly to issues, I think the longest it's ever taken was 2 days for a low priority item.

I've only been here for a month, but I am Very happy with the facility this far. I've had 1 big concern and the office staff has been very helpful and very concerned. The office staff is super friendly, one of the best places in Fairfax county

It is a very safe community with convenient access to shopping centers. Residents are polite and diverse. The Stuart Woods apartments are well organized. The fitness center is amazing. The office staff is professional.

The apartment complex is very good based on location, quality, and the service staff. It has a lot of the essential amenities you could hope for. It would be nice if they would restart the shuttle service to the metro. Also, some members of the community use the parking areas to walk in or to let their kids play making it kind of stressful to drive in and out of. Theres walkways and a playground area as well as lots of open grass.

I am so happy with my choice of living here at Stuartwoods. The location is fabulous and the apartments have great floor plans. Spacious Living room and having laundry in the apartment was a must for me and I love having a balcony. The management and staff have always been very responsive to any requests and the maintenance team is fantastic for the quick resolutions. Great community, excellent amenities and good choices of restaurants near by. Over all good experience to live here.

This is value for money apartment. IT has lot of space for parking and have green lush. Good for walking and have trailing running between the apartment. It also has great fitness center and swimming pool.

The community is nice, I can't speak to the security of the community except that Herndon is a nice area that is collocated to many nice areas like Sterling and Reston. The apartments are nice. Dated with newer updates.. ie. poured resin countertops and cabinets. For the most part it's nice neighbors are great, at least in my building. Maintenance has been timely and professional. It seems as through the office can't do anything for you though. They have their answers scripted. So there's that to contend with when you have a question, you seem to get told no every time. Over all they made it easy for me to move from out of state right into my unit so that was nice. I like having a washer and dryer in my unit so that's a plus as well.

I like the size and amenities in the Stuart Woods apartment. I found the application process very straightforward and they are helpful and responsive. One this that I do not like is the parking. I wish that visitors or residents with multiple cars would not park in the spots closest to the apartments.

Been a pretty good experience, from the pool to the mail to the parking. No complaints all of the neighbors are quiet, I get my deliveries either to my door or the mail room as required. I have no complaints.

Stuart wood a nice play to live. Staff is courteous. Markets and neighborhood are in vicinity. Common area such as park, pool and gym are well maintained. Maintenance staff is prompt to respond to your service request.

Apartments are good, Very convenient location to local groceries, Hospitals, everything is with in 5-10 drive. Beautiful place for just for a walk inside the community, lots of trails next to apartment and kids play area. Staff are nice and maintenance team very quick and responsive if needed. Great place to live.

Very clean and green community. Good place to raise a family. Very close to the metro station. Nearby Grocery store and Marketplace are great. The Herndon town event are the best. The community comes under Herndon town, so enjoy the rebate on Herndon community center.

The apartments are nice and in a convenient location however, the rent is high for what you get. The grounds are well taken care of and it backs up on the Sugarland Run Trail. Staff are responsive and polite and maintenance requests are taken care of efficiently.

This apartment has it all. It is safe. There is bus stop just opposite and easy to go to the RTC transit station. Health care centers in walkable distance (adjacent to apartment) and a number of shopping centers near by (1 mile radius). They have a tennis court and volley ball court. The staff are courteous and maintenance calls are attended very quickly
