This is a great community to live in. The staff is the best around and the community is very safe and clean. I love my apartment. Very happy I picked the Legends at Taylor Lakes. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else in Montgomery. I Love it here.

Great Military friendly and family oriented community. Peaceful location with woods behind the building. I love listening to nature early in the morning as I wake up. Grounds are clean and well maintained. I lived here alone when I first moved to the area. When my family moved to Montgomery with me, there were no 3 bd rm available. We had to move to another community. Before the lease was over we ensured Legends had a 3 bd rm available for my family, and moved right in. The Staff is wonderful. We love it here. This will be our home until we are blessed with a house in this City.

Overall this apartment complex gets a B+ it's a well kept, peaceful community with a nice pool area and fitness center. The cons would be the gate is constantly not working properly when going in or out and parking is thin. Meagan is a wonderful Assistant Property Manager and others don't seem to be as genuine when interacting with the residents.

The backyard and the grass needs to be more clean. Its all muddy and hardly any grass. Maintenance requests just stays in the system until you call and remind them. Maintenance guys came inside with muddy foot and my whole apartment area was left dirty.

Thank you so much for your review and I am so sorry to hear about your experience! We are currently going through a major facelift in our community and this could explain some of your review and I apologize for your experience. For the past couple of weeks, we have started pressure washing every building from top to bottom and this process does caused some areas around some building to get a little muddy. Once they have completed the pressure washing on each building, they are pulling out the old caulk out and replacing it with a fresh seal. We have requested that our contractors clean up any old caulk tubes, old caulk, and/or anything else they are using daily. I will speak with them again and make sure they are cleaning up after themselves. Once all of this is completed, we are repainting our community from top to bottom with a new color scheme! I am very excited about our new paint job and hope you also love the new colors! I also want to apologize for the way your maintenance request was controlled. As the property manager of our community, I want our residents to experience the best customer service and maintenance in the River Region. It appears you have not had the best experience and I would like to do my best to find out what happened. I love the high ceilings, garden tub, and gorgeous kitchen. It's wonderful to have a kitchen that was designed with both form and function in mind. My cat enjoys the wide window sills (perfect for afternoon cat naps) and the pet friendly atmosphere!

The way the kitchen opens up to the living room with the island is in my opinion, the best in Montgomery. The garden tubs are also a very popular feature along with large walk in closets! My experience with this community has been very pleasant. Office staff is very friendly and always available. Maintenance staff is friendly as well. It has been wonderful to live at Legends despite the loud neighbors who have lived above me.

Safe, quiet apartment complex. It's a little pricey, but it's in a low-crime area and the facilities are new and in great condition. If you want to pay less you'll be in sketchier parts of Montgomery. Our apartment is in great condition and I rarely hear our neighbors. The staff has always been very helpful when we need it.

The leasing agents were wonderful andthe manager was very helpful and accommodating. I love my new place. I will recommend Legends to all those that are looking for a nice place to live. The apartments are very nice and clean. Need cabinet space in the kitchen for pantry.

I love my new home. It is at a great location just minutes from the highway and I love the gated community. I feel safe here and that has helped with my move to this new city and to East Montgomery. The central location is perfect for grocery shopping and running errands and it is close to the university I attend.

I love the community, the staff, and more importantly I appreciate the minimum noise level. The management here is great, they are very respectable and polite. I really like the color scheme of the kitchen appliances. Legends feels less like an apartment and more like a home.

Nice place, quiet community. I am a homeowner, but here for a year temporarily for work and the calm quiet respectful community is great for someone not used to living in an apartment. I especially like the design of the 1 bedroom carriages as allow people who are not used to apartment life a quiet location on all sides

I find Legends at Taylor Lakes to be a pleasant and well maintained living community. The staff is very responsive, highly professional and always a pleasure to deal with. The neighbors are always friendly and courteous, there's plenty of parking, the grounds are excellently maintained. I can't say enough. I'm glad I found this community.

I've only been living at legends for a week but it's been a good experience so far. I haven't had any problems, and I feel safe in the area. Maybe after I've lived here longer I'll have more comments but as of now I haven't been here long enough to have that many experiences.

The staff is excellent and they do a very good job. I love where I live and I would not want to live any where else. It's quiet and all the tenants are friendly and it's just one big happy family. If there are any maintenance problems it is handled immediately.

The experience has been wonderful. The staff is courteous, prompt responses and they are knowledgeable and very involved. I love living there. I wish I had more time to participate in apartment community events, they always seem like they are having tons of fun.

Very nice, clean, good maintenance of all areas. Staff is very friendly. Feels like a good place of town, seems safe. Beautiful landscaping, and clubhouse. Good spaces for parking and a lot of them. Good apartments overall.

While I have only lived...

While I have only lived here for less than two weeks, my experience in living in this community so far has be exceptional. The property management is professional and efficient. My neighbors appear to be friendly and the area is very quiet to live in. The community environment is clean and the fact that there are minimal units established in this community makes me feel safe living here. I feel at home in a short time and am satisfied that I chose this upscale apartment community to live in for the next few years!

These are suppose to be luxury apartments. It would have been nice if they had higher end finishes and appliances. The builders should have used better materials.
