Exceeded all of my expectations! The staff has been wonderful coordinating telephonically and via email. The grounds feel very safe and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a place to live while attending college!

Our experience was amazing! The entire staff at this property is AWESOME , which is quite rare! We went to this apartment last after paying deposits elsewhere & instantly went with this apartment home!

Great community with helpful and friendly office staff. Very well kept apartment grounds and also very quiet. Close to good shopping and restaurants, convenient to the interstate and major highways and in an excellent neighborhood.

To date this is a wonderful place to call home. The office staff really set the tone from day one. They are very professional and courteous. I would highly recommend this community for anyone searching for an apartment home in the Montgomery market.

Community is very safe and secure. Office staff is very courteous and responds within an adequate amount of time. Grounds are always clean, including parking lot, pool area and walkways. No loud music or contstant traffic.

My experience has been wonderful. The staff has changed over the years but the professionalism remains the same. They care about each of their residents and take care of issues in a timely manner. It's located in a safe community and I love living here.

Extraordinary customer service. Management in the office was very helpful and nice. The grounds are beautiful and neighbors are friendly. My apartment is very spacious. Wish that microwaves were provided.

Quality apartments. They are very clean and good looking both outside and inside. The staff is friendly and professional. Complex has great amenities if you care about that sort of thing. Location is great. Only criticism is the website needs some work.

Living here has been an absolutely wonderful experience! The office staff are friendly and prompt in answering any questions that you have. We came to Legends in a bind, but Megan and Ashley helped us out so much! We will be moving to Florida at the end of the summer, but for the price, this is by far one of the best apartments in Montgomery! We hate to leave!

Thank you Meagan & Ashley! you two are the best at running this place!!! I have had the best experience here at The Ledgends at Taylor Lakes. These girls have always been so sweet and understanding throughout everything. This apartment complex is the best in make their residents feel like family! Very Safe & Quiet. Love the gate access.-friendly maintenance guys! Thanks for everything... you rock !

Just a great place I would recommend to anybody!! The landscape is beautiful, the staff are great. Everything is done in timely manner and they take care of all of your needs. The environment makes it feel like a home not just a apartment.

I absolutely love living at the Legends. The girls in the office are so accommodating and sweet, know you by name and are genuinely interested in how you are when you come to the office. Maintenance is a breeze with the online system and I generally don't have issues after they come visit. I also love the amenities that they offer like a pool, playground, dog park ECT...It's just very convenient?! Now they just need to add a grocery mart in the complex, lol! Shopping is just 5-10 minutes down the road and I'm very close to work too. It's nice and gated and honestly probably one of the best in Montgomery. It's a diverse community and I am really glad I picked to live here.

Great community with amazing value for the service and apartments offered. Apartments are spacious and clean. Internet is good. Gym and pool are nice service. Staff is responsive and very, very pleasant to work with.

Attentive and knowledgeable staff members who quickly assist and made this an enjoyable stay. Located perfectly in the center of Montgomery and within close proximity to Eastchase and the interstate. Also, this is a refeshingly quiet neighborhood with beautiful landscaping.

I have thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. The community is quiet feels safe. I love that the community is gated although at times we have issues buzzing in guests or pizza delivery guys. Hopefully, they get the call gate straight. I have o doubt that they will though because the staff are very responsive to maintenance requests. They are also very friendly.

Wonderful customer service and friendly staff. The apartments here are clean and roomy, and the neighborhood is pet friendly and well kept. The only improvement I can think of is the need for a more updated gym area. Overall, I think this is one of the nicest places to live in town.

The Legends at Taylor Lakes is a great community to live in. It is peaceful, quiet, and relaxing. I would recommend The Legends to anyone looking for a pleasant place to live. I have no complaints about this lovely place and plan to stay here for many days to come.

Have been living here for 3 years and wouldn't dream of moving. Great staff and maintenance. Great bonding activities for the community. Close to freeways and shopping. Only suggestion is proper draining for rainfall; it tends to gather in grassy areas which make them muddy. Also lighting for back entrances or apartments and paved walkways. I loved my time here at Legends at Taylor Lakes. The first three years there was something wrong with the plumbing above our apartment which woke us up early in the morning.But,Joe and his staff worked hard to rectify the problem. One time Joe came over to our apartment early in the morning so he could hear the clacking noise.

Wonderful Staff! Quick response time with emails, returning phone calls, maintenance issues being resolved. Great since of community! It is the BEST complex around. I always feel welcome when I walk in the office and everyone is always so friendly! I would highly recommend this property to anyone that is looking!
