Superior professionalism and quality customer care throughout the entire staff. Clean, quiet enjoyment of the property. Safe entry and convenient community walkways. Community center is bright and pleasantly decorated for fun and entertainment. I enjoy coming home every day!

This is a very nice apartment complex. Beautiful landscape! Great staff! Gated community! Dog ?? park, car wash area, garages, Amazon Hub box, apartments well maintained, pretty much quiet, of course you always have those few. Overall I feel this is a great and safe community.

I love everything about my community. The grounds are always beautiful and well kept at all times. The Maintenance crew is amazing. They come quickly and fix whatever problems I have. The Office Staff is exceptional in everyway and they do an amazing job running this Apartment Complex. I would not want to live anywhere else.

This community is not worth the amount of money you pay. They do not value their residents, it's constant parking issues, bug infestation in the unit, the gate broken and water being shut off do to pipe issues. Nothing has been done to improve any of these things and rent steady increases. Not worth your money!

I have truly loved living here! The staff is always kind, professional, and quick to respond to any issue. The property is well maintained and updated as needed. My visitors are always surprised at how open and spacious my unit is. The say it feels more like a condo/ townhouse.

This is a good community to live in. All the staffs are so helpful and the neighbors are friendly. There are playground and dogs park. My favorite place is the swimming pool and the fitness center. I enjoy sit by the swimming pool in the night to relax.

I love The Legends at Taylor Lakes. The apartments are nice and spacious. The entire staff is amazing, they're super helpful, always so nice, and they truly have great customer service. They also make sure everything is clean and working properly.

He was very professional and worked completely. Now disposal is working very well. Also he cleaned it up when he had finished his job and explain how it can keep working well friendly. I really appreciate for his service real quick.

I moved in at the beginning of 2022 from out of state. This is probably the best apartment community I've ever lived in. The apartments are really nice and it's a gated community. The property managers are strict but it keeps the community clean. I feel that my kids and I are safe here. It's hard for anybody to enter the property without being invited or let in and there is an on site courtesy officer. The maintenence team is awesome. They are so quick to respond and they have always made sure we were taken care of. The property management is great and goes out of their way to ensure we are happy with their service. The apartment is in a really good location. Definitely worth the money!

It's a nice community, many amenities close enough to the city that I can get what I need quick, but far enough out that the noise isn't an issue. The maintenance staff is also very prompt with any requests.

Jessica, Kimberly and Michael (Maintenance Supervisor) made my move in very smooth. Made sure everything was ready and cleaned out on move in day. All minor issues were resolved within hours/day. Communicated and was available every time I called. Thank you

I absolutely love the location of this community. It sits behind a wood line of trees, so it's almost isolated but yet so close to every place you can think of going. The grounds are well kept and that is an absolute must. The office staff (Jessica and Kim) was very kind, sincere, and helpful before and after move in. I appreciate them.

Love it nice and quiet very peaceful. My son loves the park and the gym is always clean and open for us to use. The upstairs neighbor i can barely hear which is great. The rent office is nice as well

I really enjoy living in this community. It is very well kept. The office staff is great and they and the maintenance staff always reply promptly and do a good job, My wife and I are seniors and they go the extra mile to look out for us.

Living at The Legends At Taylor Lakes has been great. The staff is always helpful, friendly and keeps the residence in the know about any events, repairs, outages and such that will take place. This is a great and clean property. The office staff is always accommodating and you will definitely feel at home living here..... Everything is close by as far as schools and shopping goes. Amazing property

Overall great! Great private community where people are considerate and the clubhouse has great resources including gym, business center, pool table, and swimming pool. This is definitely an apartment suitable for anyone looking for something private and comfortable.

Legends at Taylor lakes is a beautiful quiet place to live. I've been here for 9 months now and I haven't had any problems or complaints. All of the neighbors are nice and respectful and the environment is very clean and up to par. I love it here.

I have been here for 13 years and I still love it here. I never felt the need to move out. It has everything I needed and more! This current management company is the best one I've had since I moved here. You will LOVE it here!!

This is a safe, quiet and beautiful neighborhood. The staff is very cooperative and friendly. Food and restaurants are minutes drive. I am very satisfied to be here. The rental dues and quality provided are matchless.

I have only lived in the community for about a week but it already feels like home. The people I've met have been very welcoming, the staff was great at move in and helped tremendously. Overall it has been a great experience thus far!
