My experience since the application process has been great. Office staff is friendly, maintenance is very prompt. It's quiet and I feel safe. The only thing missing is updated kitchens and appliances.

The Legends at Taylor Lakes is a great place to stay! The staff is super friendly! Kim Sitinson manages the property well! Jessica and Tiffany are wonderful! The maintenance guys keep everything nice and clean and always handles repairs quickly! Keith and Renardo have done some work recently to my unit, and they did an outstanding job! My air went out and Renardo, who had just left work and was on his way home to his family, came back and worked on my air , till it was fixed!!! I love living in this Community because the staff cares about your issues and concerns, and they address everything in a timely manner!!!

The place is quiet and peaceful and that was the top priority for me. The facility is good and clean, it seems like there is a renovation coming up soon. The gardening is improving and looks inviting.

We have had a pretty good experience. My family has felt safe. The community is nice, neat, and secure. The apartments are accessible. We were able to have two safe homebirths in the comforts of our own home. THe staff always answered to any concerns in a timely matter, and the entire community was always updated when needed to be.

This community has been really great, the staff are friendly and helpful, they keep the grounds clean and well maintained, and the apartments are spacious with great floor plans. Amenities are well maintained as well.

Love it here. It's very quiet. The staff is amazing, amenities are great. The apartment has plenty of space. The upkeep of the grounds are great. I like the fact that it is a gated community with key fob access.

I love this community. The staff are friendly and very knowledgeable. We moved here from out of state and they made sure to keep us informed about all the paperwork due dates. We have been in this community since 2022 and we love how beautiful and well kept the community. We love that the pool is maintained very well and that they truly care about us and make us feel safe. Thanks for all that y'all do!

The office staff is very helpful and any maintenance needed to my unit is always addressed and fixed within1-2 days. Complex is in a very convenient location! My only complaint is the gate system in place; visitors and residents both use the same gate to gain access into the complex and unfortunately, some visitors follow right behind you instead of waiting for their resident to dial them in at the visitors gate box. Other than that, VERY PLEASED with my experience at the Legends Apartments at Taylor Lakes.

My wife and I have lived here for almost 2 years and we have enjoyed our time. The maintanence staff are always polite and accommadating. They go above and beyond to ensure we are satisfied. The office staff are also great. They are always polite and professional.

In the past two to three years the noise level has increased. A lot of nights very loud music and early morning loud music. The from office staff is helpful and I enjoy the relationship that has been established.

The management staff is great. Everything runs better and more efficiently than it has at any other complex I've lived in. I don't have to worry about any maintenance issues being looked over or having to argue about money.

This Community is a very safe place to live and raise a family. Whenever I have any problems the maintenance staff is always on time. This is a very affordable apartment complex, the manager and staff are very friendly.. I love to walk and run so I feel safe when I'm running outside early in the morning.. We gather together at least three times a year no expense on us, This is something at the apartment staffs do for us absolutely FREE!!! This is what you call real ??!! I know in my heart I made the right decision..

The Best Apartment Complex in Montgomery Alabama. I would highly recommend this community to everyone. I moved from a house with four acres and I'm so happy that I am living here. All the staff are very caring and helpful.

Legends at Taylor Lakes is a beautiful community. It is quiet, the view is beautiful and the people are friendly. I would highly recommended to a friend. I heard about Legends At Taylor lakes from researching the top best apartments and they were number one.

Wonderful apartment complex, would recommend to anyone. Its a quiet and beautiful neighborhood. Maintenance responded very quickly to my maintenance request and staff in the office is super friendly and helpful.

Hands down to Tiffany she was awesome. She answered all of my questions and very detailed. I highly recommend this location if you're in the market to move. The apartment was affordable compared to most places that I looked at and nicer.

Noise complaints are not taken seriously, I attend school and work and throughout the night I hear my upstairs neighbor stomping, the courtesy officers do nothing about it. I won a drawing for a screened in balcony in April, it's now September almost October and still haven't received it. The air went out for weeks, my bill increased tremendously

I moved into my apartment in December 2022. The complex is nice and quiet, and my apartment is very comfortable. Great management team that takes pride in the property, are responsive to tenant requests, and seem to value and appreciate the tenants.

We have enjoyed our entire stay at Taylor Lakes and would highly recommend or share the wonderful experience that we've enjoyed at this residence. We would rate this apartment complex as the best in Montgomery, Alabama.

I've only been here a few days, but I love it here already. The staff have all been very helpful and great with communication from beginning to end of my move in process. Any concerns or questions were handled in a timely manner and the office staff is always very friendly/welcoming.

When I heard about this community, I was certain that I would love staying here. The staff has been so helpful and welcoming from the get go. And when combined with the amenities, safety and cleanliness, there is no doubt that legends is THE choice for a peaceful home.
