So far so good. Staff is very attentive. So far residents are pleasant. Maintenance personnel are super attentive and friendly. Quiet community. Do have some youngster that exceed speed limit within the community. Tenants with children and dogs need to be paying attention

So far, I have had a good experience. Nice hospitable staff and the move-in process being easy. I would say all is well, as long as everyone living as residents are aware that sound travels easily across the walls.

Legends at Taylor Lakes is an awesome community to call home, everything involved with leasing and move in was a breeze. Front office staff are extremely helpful and check in with you frequently. My apartment was the cleanest apartment I have ever moved into.

Very clean and organized people. Management is awesome and doesn't hesitate to help you. Great area and i love the safety precautions that come with living here. If you have any problems maintenance as well as management jumps right on it.

A great place to live. Friendly neighbors and staff. Close to town yet very quiet and safe. I would highly recommend that anyone looking for an apartment on the east side of Montgomery to check out Legends at Taylor Lakes.

Kim and Megan were exceptional throughout the process. The legends at Taylor Lakes is on top of it, clean, professional, and puts forth a warm, "home" vibe. Those two were eager to answer any additional questions such as water bill estimate, which folders are used, etc.

The community is relatively safe and the grounds are also clean. The apartment location is away from the hustle and bustle but it is near to stores and chopping areas. There is a pool for family enjoyment and a workout area for fitness. I only wish they offered an option without carpet flooring. The flooring in the kitchen would be a nice modern touch to living area as well.

This is a beautiful community filled with kind staff and respectful neighbors! We love it here! The apartments are very well maintained, pets are allowed, plenty of closet space, and everything inside the apartment is like new. We have already referred a few people and will continue to do for anyone moving in Montgomery!

The staff that I worked with were Mrs Kim Mrs Patrice and Mrs Megan were all very professional and made me feel at home. any questions I had they answered me in a timely manner and if they didn't have the answer right then they made sure they emailed me or called me back. I highly recommend this place for a lot of reasons cleanliness, safety and of course luxury.

When we moved to Montgomery, we were unable to visit the property before moving from out of state. It was so warming when we arrived to meet the friendly and welcoming office staff. The property exceeded our expectations. It is located on in a quiet, thriving area of Montgomery with lots of stores nearby.

Legends at Taylor Lake is a world class community to live in. Leasing office staff, maintenance, amenities, have exceeded my expectations.The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Any maintenance I've requested has been fulfilled in no more than 2 business days. The grounds are also well kept and the apartments have a modern design. I would highly recommend this apartment complex.

Great residence. Great staff. Everybody is nice. The atmosphere is safe and feels like home. I love Legends at Taylor Lakes. The only con is the parking spaces. There are limited spaces in the front of the building.

Lived 2017~2018 and moved back in 2019. Love office staffshow they listen my concerns and take care of it. Apartment is quite and have really good landscape. I am enjoying to live in here.
