I loved it. My leasing agent was so easy to talk to and she made sure my move in was exceptional. She was the first person I met and she has helped me through this transition. I am looking forward to living here.

Amazing staff. Extremely welcoming and informative. The entire move in process was seamless and prompt. I had a situation with a short move in timeframe and the staff was patient and helpful throughout the process.

The community is very beautiful and the apartments are spacious. The staff is friendly and they are quick to make any repairs or answer requests that you send. For the most part, the facility is quiet. You may hear your neighbors from time to time, especially heavy footed people above you, but that doesn't bother us unless they stay up past midnight, which is normally just on weekends. The pool and fitness center are clean and the pool is open until 10pm. The location is great too and close to shopping and restaurants. The dog park isn't a poop-free as I was expecting, but there's always a few people who refuse to pick up poop that ruin it for everyone else at every dog park you visit. Thankfully there are many grassy areas to walk your dog that are better maintained and cleaner.

I am so comfortable and secure in this property. The staff has always been professional and caring. The grounds are clean and free of any debris. The hours of operation for the service centers are excellent for seniors. As a senior, I feel secure any time of day or night.

I feel very much at home at this community. I enjoy all the Holiday events put on by the staff. They are excellent and very professional at everything they do. The leasing process was very easy. I could not be happier with my decision.

This has been my first apartment in 25 years. The apartment was very clean when I moved in including the cabinets and drawers. Maintenance is prompt, the men are knowledgeable and always friendly. The office staff are like family. The grounds are immaculate, they utilize a pet dna service and will fine residents that don’t clean up behind their pets. When I had my dog I can say it is a very dog friendly community with adequate dog walking areas, dogs must be leashed, with trash bags and cans. My only complaint is the noise from the hvac units outside my bedroom window. Very loud. I highly recommend the complex. I’m moving due to an increase in rent. I’d recommend signing the longest lease possible to lock in your rent. The apartments are worth it.

Overall, this complex is great. My only complaint is that in the last two years, rent has raised over $50 and I don't see any improvements that would merit that rise in price, specifically to the units themselves. Otherwise, it's great. Quiet, dog friendly and the staff are nice when you need them.

It is a convient location and a safe community. I wish the walls were not so thin that I can hear conversations from my neighbors. Also, the air conditioning units out side my bed room are very loud. Overall, its a nice community, just wish I couldn't hear everything.

My daughter and I have really enjoyed living in our apartment at The Legends. The staff are friendly and helpful, and she's made a few friends here, too. The apartment is beautiful and we feel safe playing outside at the park, even after the sun has set. The pool is beautiful in the summertime. It's a great place to relax. We are looking forward to our second summer here.

When I moved new to the state, I visited each and every apartment community in Montgomery and finally decided to move into this apartment. Unlike money oriented in other apartments, the people in the leasing office gave me different options instead of forcing me to choose the apartment. In that way, I feel more convenient taking the apartment.

Good community to live in. Very quiet. I would recommend the Legends to others looking for an apartment.The gym space at the Legends is also very nice, it has a good variety of machines and weights for the area.

I came and looked at Legends in 2017 and decided to move here. I moved in to legends in January of 2018. It's the best thing. It's always peace and quiet. The staff is great! I never have any problems.

Apartments are good, neat and safe. Staff is very helpful and friendly. never had any trouble and they take care of any maintenance issues right away. Neighborhood is clean and safe. living in a gated community is very good.

Very beautiful, very good room setup and safety, have everything like pool, fitness center. Very close to our work make our life easier on communities. Love the landscaping, beautiful set up and my dog love this place too.

If you are looking for a quiet, friendly, and inviting apartment very close to all you need in Montgomery, then this is the place for you. The amenities are great, and the apartments are spacious. It is also pet friendly which is a big plus!

I felt welcomed to this community long before I selected my apartment and moved in. It's a great feeling to know that people truly care enough to provide exceptional service to you long before you commit to a lease. Now that I am here I still feel welcomed, appreciated, and valued as a customer (but truly feel part of the community).

I highly recommend Legends at Taylor Lakes. They have Beautiful apartment homes, you have a sense of security, the maintenance staff is very prompt on requests and the office management team is very friendly and professional!

My experience was awesome since day one . Very friendly and professional staff. I loved how I was made feel welcomed ! Ms. Kim worked with me and I haven't experienced better customer service at any other apartment complex.

Overall experience has been very good at Taylor Lakes. The Administrative staff are approachable, personable and professional. Unfortunately, at times there have been inconsiderate, noisy neighbors playing loud music and such.

We have lived at Taylor Lakes for two and a half years and have had nothing but a positive experience with this community and it's staff during our time here. They have made us feel like family and our little corer of the property truly feels like home.

Community is beautiful. Staff in office stays on the ball. They keep the place up. Apartments are very nice, if you need help they usually are there right away. I love these apartments. It's feels like their secluded because of all the trees!

I love the staff, neighbors are not that friendly. Parking is limited and people that don't live here make their way into the pool area, makes me me feel very unsafe. I think security needs to do more patrols in the pool area especially on Sundays. This is when this occurs.

I love it. It's quiet, relaxing and Just feels like home. I suggest anyone looking for those three things should consider Legends at Taylor Lakes. You will always have a parking spot if you come home late to!

Everything about this apartment complex is perfect. I love the staff, the residents, amenities, etc. Everyone is always so friendly! I love how quiet it is and how I always feel safe being in a gated community.
