I love the community. It quiet and comfortable. Everything is clean and beautiful. The staff is polite and friendly every time you make contact. Any work orders placed are answered quickly and completely.

Beautiful community with professional staff. I love that it is secluded yet close to shopping and dining. Maintenance has always resolved my requests quickly. The walls could be a bit thicker, in terms of noise, but I enjoy living here.

The staff at the Legends a very nice. They go out of their way to ensure all your questions are answered and you are at ease. I enjoy living at Legends, it's a great community with excellent staffs. I chose Legend's because of the outstanding service by the staff.

The apartment is nice. However, the walls are not well insulated against sound from neighbors. I've lost many hours of sleep for that reason. On site staff is good given what they have to work with. I also had a door frame to my patio that had trouble closing due to settling. Plus, the garbage disposal doesn't work well and frequently goes out. That's too many issues for a community this new.

I love living at Legends at Taylor Lakes. The staff is always so friendly and helpful. Any issues brought to their attention have been dealt with promptly and with a smile. The apartment complex is so beautiful and quiet. The location is convenient to everything that you need.

I enjoy living here, its quiet, clean and professional staff. I love the pool with the cute little cook out spot, it's a clam place to hang out with your friends. The staff are understand and willing to help with any problems.

I am impressed by the politeness and promptness of the staff. They make me feel welcome almost like family. All of my neighbors are very quiet and keep to themselves which I appreciate. When my gate key was not working, a neighbor recognized me as a resident and offered assistance.

I saw this complex just driving by when I was in the area. On a whim I stopped by to check it out. I'm so glad I did! All of the floor plans I toured were beautiful and spacious. The floor plan I wanted was available when I was ready to move. The gated community aspect makes it feel safe and exclusive. The amenities are top notch (especially the pool). Not once have I had an issue with my neighbors or anything else.

My experience with the staff to start is amazing. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. The community is gorgeous and it's so peaceful and quiet. The amenities are also amazing and my faviorite is the huge kitchens in the apartments. Love it

My experience at the Legends has been great, the office staff are nice and courteous, respond to any issues or concerns I have, and out of all the apartments I have stayed in before, these have met expectations, and the maintenance Team were great, any issue I had with my apartment they responded and had the problem fix in one day.....the security of the gate could be better, but the community itself says it all and I would highly recommend these apartments to ANYONE!!!! Thank you guys for a job well done and God Bless!

So far everythinf has been mostly great. The landscaping and office staff are amazing. The apartment itself has some areas that could improve, such as the overall execution quality. There's paint on windows from sloppy painting, unevenness on the floor and counters, stains in the carpet, ect. But we understand that no where is perfect and overall we enjoy living here.

Very nice community. Close to everything! Grounds are kept looking nice. Apartment itself is great. I would recommend this complex to anyone needing an apartment in Montgomery. The girls in the office are all very nice.

The apartment is poorly built. The walls and floors are too thin so you could hear every bit of noise that other people make. There are too many pets in this apartment complex that make a mess. The pets urinate outside doors of apartments. Early in the morning, the air smells of pet excrement instead of fresh grass.

Great leasing staff and maintenance workers. You can tell they genuinely care about the community. The grounds are always well kept, including the park and dog park. Parking is convenient to the buildings and always available.

The office staff, maintenance staff, and apartment itself has all been better than expected. One of the office staff in particular is the reason I chose to spend a little more here than another location. I do not regret my choice in the slightest!

I have been living at this this apartment community for 2 years now, so I feel I can make a fair review. First off, the staff is amazing. They're always warm and welcoming as if it's your first time there. I usually only come in to pay rent or pick up a package, which says a lot for 2 years. Meaning I have not had any problems with my apartment that I've needed to speak with management or maintenance about. They take great care of the building, inside and out. There's always someone blowing the breezeway daily and yard work is done weekly. They also do quarterly filter checks, fire extinguisher and fire alarm checks. My apartment was very clean and well kept upon moving in. It's not just the model apartment that looks nice, lol. It's also very spacious for the price compared to others with similar amenities in the area. I can't speak for other areas but my building is relatively quiet, which I love as I work rotating shifts. I also feel very comfortable and save leaving for work and getting off at night. Overall, I can't find anything negative to say about this apartment community or its staff. I enjoy staying here and you would too.

The only issue is the common water thumping noise that every resident hears due to their upper residents ( levels 1&2). Its a constant unresolvable issue according to maintenance. Other than that the staff is pleasant.

Taylor lakes is an amazing complex. It involves a workout area, pool area, billiards room, computer area, and a laundry room. The complex is quiet and the apartments are very well kept. The staff is always fast to respond and fo high quality work

So far, everything has been great. The staff is attentive and friendly, and I feel safe in the community. The office staff goes above an beyond to make residents feel good. The only complaint I have is the trash compactor gets backed up frequently, causing it to be an eyesore and source of foul smell.

Very welcoming. Will recommend with a 5 star rating. Never had such an experience at a rental.property in Montgomery, Alabama. I am from Georgia so I love southern hospitality at its best. Very courteous staff.

Love the staff and the community! The grounds are beautiful and there is plenty of parking available, which has been an issue in previous apartment complexes in the past. Very convenient car wash station and dog park available too!

It is wonderful. I highly recommend this community. I have thoroughly enjoyed living here. I feel safe and have made lifelong friends. It is so nice to have a place to wash the car, exercise, swim, and grill. There are also so many events held by the sweet management here.

Everything looks great from the outside! It's only until you step inside a unit that you may start to doubt the quality of the buildings. The community is quiet, which I like, and it is set off of the highway and hidden by trees which is great.
