Friendly and Supportive Team!

This crew of staff has been incredible during my move in process. Courtney was quickly able to fix my door lock, ice maker, and stove top on short notice! She was also able to provide advice and answer my questions about the fireplace and air conditioning unit. Rhyan and Nicole have been amazing too! Both have been very helpful to answer all my move in questions over phone and email. Overall everyone has been very friendly and welcoming. I am so happy to be here and call this place my new home!

Maintenance

I want to give a big shout out to Courtney on the maintenance team. Courtney has come to my home to do a few work orders,!every time she shows up she’s very polite, friendly and efficient. She always makes sure that she completes the job correctly and it’s done in a timely manner. Courtney definitely always has a smile on her face and shows how much pride she takes in the work that she does. Thank you so much for what you do Courtney!!

Fast, reliable maintenance

[Incentivized Review] I’ve consistently had a great experience with the maintenance team at IMT at City Park. Every time I’ve submitted a request, it has been handled quickly, efficiently, and with a high level of professionalism. Most recently, Courtney assisted me, and she was outstanding. She was friendly, respectful of my space, and clearly knowledgeable—she addressed everything thoroughly and made sure the job was done right. It’s clear she takes pride in her work, and that really shows. Overall, the maintenance team here has been reliable, responsive, and easy to work with. It makes a big difference knowing that any issues will be taken care of promptly and with care. Highly appreciate the team and the quality of service they provide!

Make it Home

This is our second year at IMT City Park and the team here…what can I say? Absolutely fantastic! I think the best thing is that we never have to worry about a thing. Which is nice when you’re sharing a space with many other families. Maintenance? Answered and attended to immediately each and every time. The whole maintenance crew is friendly, professional, and know their stuff. Always timely with the repairs and it’s just so sweet to never have to worry if something breaks or starts making a funny noise. The office staff is also top-notch! And so friendly and attentive. Geesh, we love them! Any request we have or issue or suggestion is welcomed, heard, and acted on like it was the most crucial item to do. The long and short of it is this. We’ve lived in a lot of apartments in Denver. If you’re looking for a team and property that makes you feel at home( then this is the place for you and your family. F. & A.

It’s been great!

Fun events!

The team is so sweet. They’re always open to talking when I find myself in the office. Rhyan put together a coffee and donuts event yesterday and it was so nice! I love that they actually want to talk to residents and make us feel like more than just people living in the building.

The IMT rocks. The location is way too good right across from city park. The facilities are well kept and it’s cool the pool is open in the winter. Nicole and Rhyan in the front office are super helpful with anything we ever need! Highly recommend!!

Charming and Spacious!

I adore this neighborhood and this building is perfect! The two bedroom layout doesn’t make you feel like you’re on top of one another like so many places can be. The staff is always available and happy to help. The amenities are great as well! Until the universe lets me buy a house I’m staying put here!

City Park, Shops and Year-Round Pool

I'm new to IMT City Park, but so far, the 1BR I am leasing is as expected. I love being right by City Park and love having a year-round pool. These 2 requirements, as well as central A/C and in-unit washer and dryer, were my main objectives when looking to move. Rhyan was super helpful and when touring, moving in, and any follow-up questions I had. The maintenance staff is super attentive, and the groundskeepers are always out working hard to maintain a clean property. The neighbors range from 20-30 year olds, parents with high school kids, and even younger ones who don't seem to be a noise issue. So far, no complaints.

Would recommend IMT at City Park

My experience at IMT at City Park has been nothing but positive and smooth. Everyone who's helped me with my apartment tour, lease sign up and move have been incredibly accommodating and thorough. I have not had any issues since moving into IMT at City Park and have made my apartment my home with ease. Along with the welcoming premises, the location is also a cherry on top. I would recommend IMT at City Park to anyone who is looking for an easy transition, a comfortable setting and a family friendly, dog friendly location!

Awesome staff and great location.

This is a great location within walking distance of the park, restaurants and zoo. The farmers market is close. Apartment building is clean and taken care of. Staff is great and friendly. They have events here too.

Great Move In!

Rhyan was amazing and helped so much with the apartment process. She was nothing short of lovely and kind. She's also extremely diligent because she sent me another one bedroom which ended up being cheaper but just as nice which is what I ended up getting. Everyone in the leasing office has treated me kindly and it's probably the best experience I've had moving thus far. Rhyan if you read this you are a queen! I appreciate your help so much. She even put little cookies and a water in the fridge and set up a cute move in basket with toilet paper, paper towels, and soaps.

Beautiful Apartments

I was a walk in tour since I was already hanging out in the neighborhood. I've always loved City Park and wanted to live over here. Ryan was so great in not only showing me around without an appointment but answering all my questions! She was so friendly and helpful and the apartment itself was gorgeous! Thanks again Ryan!
