I really like living here. The staff is amazing and the maintenance team is excellent. I recommend this place to anyone that wants to feel at home. I love walking to restaurants and Sprouts . Excellent outdoor living.

Good location for price and friendly staff.

City Park was the best priced option that fit my needs and budget. Overall, the apartment is in pretty good shape and the office ladies were super sweet with helping me find my way around town. They really took the time to make me feel welcome to CO. As long as the service continues I can see myself here for a few years at least. There is also a lot of places to eat around here. Definitely try the Denver Biscuit Company for brunch and Pepper Asian Bistro for dinner. Bonus points for being so close to the park. It's literally right across the street. It's nice to be able to walk to the park right after work to unwind by the lake. Sometimes I forget I am in the city until I see the lights from down town. Will update review later with my experience with the service department.

Very Friendly and Personable

I toured this community with Jennie last week and absolutely loved the community. The apartment was a bit out of my budget, but I will be recommending it to any of my friends relocating to Denver this summer. Jennie was so professional, but was also super personable so it didn't feel like a business interaction. Hopefully I can call IMT City Park home next year!

Killer location, Kind & supportive staff

I am so sad that my time at city park came to an end, but let me tell you it was a great couple years living here. You are so close to the park, the science museum (my favorite!!) and some awesome food! The team working there has been great, Jennifer is awesome - she is so kind and has a really vibrant personality. 10/10 y’all I’ll miss you and I’ll missing living here !

IMT at City Park has a perfect location walking distance from City Park! Shendell and Jennie always have prompt and kind communication and have engaging events for residents! The lobby is always clean and inviting. I have talked directly to residents who are very happy living at IMT at City Park!

If we weren't moving out of the area we would be staying. We love City Park because of the location number 1. For the most part all my neighbors are nice and keep to themselves. It has been the perfect place to work from home and for my husband to commute. We also want to give thanks to Shendell. Communication was always quick and respectful, even when we voiced concerns. We will miss you and Jenny!

I will try to make this review as fair as possible: TLDR: Great staff, decent place to live, but seems like they could use more financial support from those above them to upgrade the facilities. The Good: -Staff are super friendly and easy to work with -Units themselves are fairly nice - nothing super special but they are clean and fairly up to date -Being right next to City Park is awesome -Downtown is close, and there's plenty to do on 17th The Bad: -Like everywhere in Denver, it's certainly expensive considering the building is a bit older -Things break - a lot - this isn't really the fault of the staff and they are quick about fixing it. Where the main issue lies is not investing in upgrading facilities (think Gym, Pool/Hot Tub, Garage Doors, etc.) Things seem to keep breaking and the staff are quick to fix it only for it to break again. Higher ups from IMT should be investing money to upgrade the place.

I loved it here overall 8/10. before I even leased the office staff made me feel at home which was great. The park was under 3 minute walk for me and my dog. I felt secure in my building and there was also a pool and a 24hr Fitness center. The area was convenient ,a lot of restaurants in the area. Close to everything, I would have stayed if I had not bought a house.

I toured at IMT city park a few weeks ago and I'm extremely satisfied with the application process! The leasing staff is very professional and responds quickly to my emails. I was looking at other communities in the area, and this complex has the best prices for the area! It's a 20 second walk from City park, which is absolutely essential for me and my dog. Can't wait to live here!

I’ve lived at city park for a few years now and I have to say, some of the best staff I’ve ever met! The management is efficient, communicative, and empathetic. The maintenance team is quick, knowledgeable, and sincere. I love living super close to the park. I moved to colorado a few years back and found that IMT at city park is absolutely wonderful. The staff is extremely helpful, and I appreciate all their efforts to making sure my home is as comfortable as possible! The maintenance team is professional and quick, regardless of the request that is put. The office staff are communicative and truly do care about their residents. I recommend this property to anyone who wants to live close to a park and downtown!

My partner and I just moved into the IMT at City Park apartment complex. So far, everything from the move-in process to dealing with miscellaneous maintenance requests has gone smoothly. The location is prime for outdoorsy types or anyone with children or pets. The neighborhood is quiet, though it's only a block away from the happenings on Colfax. We are extremely pleased with the property & staff. I’d recommend IMT at City Park to anyone.

I have really enjoyed living here at IMT at City Park. The proximity to City Park is fantastic! My dog loves it! There are shops, restaurants and entertainment all within walking distance. I was impressed when my neighbor experienced a minor emergency, how quickly the management team here responded so I thought I would leave this review. They went above and beyond to help a resident! Great place to live! I highly recommend!

My Year of living at IMT City Park was comfortably amazing. Leasing staff is always polite and extremely helpful in resolving any issues I had, of which were very few. Maintenance staff was prompt in response to Maintenance requests, if someone wasn't sent out within the day then they would readily be available the next day. Would very much recommend leasing here for great amenities, close entertainment, and overall high quality of living.

I recently moved here and have been very satisfied so far. Two areas that have made it great are the apartment itself, and the leasing staff. In general, the apartment is clean and spacious, with high ceilings, a large tub/ shower, and a large porch. I really like the the tile and wood flooring in the living room/ kitchen with carpet in the bedroom. The lighting is great and my unit has a fireplace which really puts it over the top. Jennifer, the leasing agent, has been extremely helpful. She has responded promptly and comprehensively with all of the information that I've needed to move in seamlessly. I have seen mixed reviews of living here, but so far, my experience has been nothing but a positive one. I will try to be transparent and update my review should things change.

I cannot express how bad living here has gotten. It started off wonderful, and I couldn't have been happier with this place. Then the leasing office staff changed and things started getting bad. Our upstairs neighbors were significantly louder than 'normal apartment noise' and when we tried to work with the leasing office and community manager, we were told that we should reasonably expect some noise in our unit. This is not 'some noise,' this is a full-on construction zone sound from upstairs, which makes it extremely difficult to work from home (I work in public sector recruitment, and I teach university as well). They butter you up when you're looking to lease, then leave you out to dry when you try to come to them with a problem. My car was broken into twice since I've lived here, inside their gated garage. When I asked if they would consider putting some security cameras in the garage as a deterrence and to help with police reports, I was told "break-ins are not our problem." The only redeeming quality of this place is the maintenance staff. If I was advising a friend on a next apartment, I'd say steer clear of IMT City Park.
