Nice place to call home

This is an awesome place to live with how close everything is to it, what really puts the cherry on top is that Kyle is an awesome maintenance guy and is very knowledgeable and considerate when he comes to work on our place. He’s very communicative in what he does and we appreciate that he is always so understanding. We would choose to live here ten times over because of him!

Best Maintenance Team Around!!

I have never lived somewhere with a maintenance team that takes care of this place this good. Kyle is so communicative and catches issues quickly even before I realize it would be an issue! Anna is always cleaning up around this place and Jose has fixed anything I have ever asked to be fixed! Nicole and Rhyan always answer any questions I have and are always so happy to see us in the office! Also, Bailey is a phenomenal manager of this place and is always on top of things. I will mention something to him around property, and it is already being handled by the time get to say something. I wish I could give more stars! Love this place, seriously! Thanks for everything guys!

Location and service are amazing!

I love the location of this place! It’s so nice to be in walking distance of the park and anywhere I would like to eat! On top of that the office and maintenance team are amazing! Kyle always follows up after work is done in my home and Jose can fix pretty much anything! They are extremely fast!

Everyone from the office staff to the maintenance crew is very accommodating and helpful. Kyle completes work orders efficiently and in a timely manner. I recommend living here for a lively and hip vibe!

The best maintenance

I was having an issue with my toilet constantly flushing. Was worried about it not getting attended to quickly and intern having a higher water bill. Kyle was here within an hour of submitting the request and fixed everything perfectly

Great Experience!

I recently graduated college and got a job in Colorado. Unfortunately with how tough it’s been to find an apartment I have been living at home and doing tour after tour after tour. I’ve slowly lost my mind getting spam emails or being pushed to sign a contract right after a tour, however Rhyan at IMT at City Park was not like any other tour I’ve had! She was personable and actually listened to my needs in an apartment that I am looking for, and after the tour she wasn’t pushy about trying to sign immediately. I appreciate the customer service and attention to detail Rhyan puts into her job!

I submitted a maintenance request late Sunday night, and by the time I was home from work on Monday, the two tasks had already been completed! I love that maintenance works so quickly, leaves a note that the job was completed, and fixes things with quality work, tools, and products. I really love our maintenance team, and it truly makes a huge difference in where you live.
