Great Experience

Great communication, easy move-in process and fantastic customer service. I toured many apartments and a huge reason I picked this one was thanks to Sarah Hubert! She had been so kind, responsive and incredibly helpful with all my needs. I also put in a maintenance request and it was taken care of within 24 hours! Best experience I’ve had with any apartment complex.

Great Maintenance Team

The maintenance team does an outstanding job always professional, courteous, and extremely responsive. Work orders are handled quickly and efficiently, often completed sooner than expected without sacrificing quality. It’s clear they take pride in their work, and it shows in the consistency and reliability of their service. Communication is always clear, and they make sure everything is working properly before wrapping up. Overall, a dependable team that makes a big difference!

Maintenance Amazing Again

Candie is always so friendly and helpful. She gets the apartment fixed up perfectly. Thanks for helping keep the place fixed up when things come up! Appreciate everything maintenance folks help with and the office staff is so attentive to my repair needs. The work order didn’t submit properly online so when I called up to check a status on it, Lydia was so helpful making a service request for me and Candie came up the very next day. Thanks everyone at IMT!

When our heating wouldn’t turn back on, Clyde showed up within an hour of putting in our maintenance request - and it was before business hours! He was so friendly and professional. Our apartment quickly warmed back up thanks to him.

Moving In

I had a very pleasant move-in experience! Thank you to the IMT staff, especially Sarah who welcomed me and my family with warmth and enthusiasm! I’m a big sports fan and I didn’t have a TV setup in my apartment yet, but thanks to Sarah suggestion, I was able to have a great time watching the games!

What a cool spot to lay your head down!

While on my tour of finding a new spot to relocate to, IMT Cherry Creek was among the first I took a look at. While waiting in the office (as every desk was occupied by other renters or prospects i presumed) i was kindly greeted by a rather intelligent and warm welcoming individual named Kenny. He let me know that he was the head of service and did not mind procuring me a complimentary bottle of water and spoke with me briefly about the days happenings. His conversation was intriguing and he produced answers at breakneck speeds. Answers that only one with deep knowledge of his profession could answer. You see I'm GC (General Contractor) and this is what I do daily. Ive learned that in the apartment industry that they usually feel a certain way about those that do what I do living on their property. But not Kent, which was a huge relief, as once I get to talking construction ans maintenance I can usually take over a convo. But I was so intrigued by the nature of Kenneths answers and knowledge that I actually ended up learning many a thing from him! What a peasant experience that was! Although I did not ultimately rent from Cherry, and the leasing manager Shandel was amazing in helping me, I left confidently knowing that if I did indeed rent from them that Ken would be able to service all my in home needs. Kudos to the man and to the wisdom in which he drew from! "Cheers & Beers lead to the kind of laughs that cause tears"

Clyde was effective in getting my toilet unclogged. He is always so friendly he is one of the best maintenance men ever employed with IMT Cherry Creek. Clyde is always doing an excellent job. He always has a smile on his face

10/10 would recommend

This place is great! The staff goes above and beyond and is super attentive, the grounds are kept clean and maintained well, and I’ve had no issues with my unit or stay here since April. Shoutout to Lydia B. in the leasing office for always being so helpful and responsive too. 10/10 would recommend anyone looking for a quiet and peaceful place to live!

Great Service Every Time

Clyde is one of your best and that's hard to beat considering the entire team is wonderful from top to bottom. Whenever I need something fixed or tended to, he's here with a smile (and my dog loves him too). Thank you for having him on your team for so long. That says a lot.

Great move in!

Love the location, love the apartment itself, and Sarah made the move in process easy. No hot water when we moved in but that was fixed the next day. Everyone we have interacted with from front office staff, to maintenance, to other residents have been amazing. Happy to call IMT Cherry Creek home!

I spent the better part of a month and a half working with Sarah in order to get the apartment I wanted in the time frame that fit me. To her credit, she was always timely in her responses, lived up to her word, and in my opinion went above and beyond. She put up with all my silly questions, (this is my first ever apartment) and never made me feel less than or unwelcome. In the grander sense, everyone I’ve met so far has been kind and friendly.. but that’s the sales side.. so we’ll see. But for now, the vibes seem cool, the price matches what you receive, and the location is stellar. To be continued..

Laura is Wonderful!

I came in to tour the area and ask a billion questions as I am pretty new to the area and Laura was extremely helpful during the entire process. I am the kind of person who likes to know all the details before I make a decision and she made me feel welcomed and comfortable the entire time. She gave me a tour and answered every single question that I had. She was kind and considerate and incredibly knowledgeable about the entire process. Awesome Place

Highly Recommend Community

I've really enjoyed my experience living at IMT Cherry Creek. The location is very convenient and makes getting around easy, and the amenities are a great bonus that I use often. The community manager, Shendell, has been especially helpful during my stay, always responsive and willing to assist whenever I've had a question or needed support. Overall, it's been a positive place to call home, and I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed apartment community.

Helpful with questions

Wow. Let me tell ya, I am a person that asks a lot of questions. Like a lot. But these gals in the office never made me feel like a burden. Laura was so quick to answer any question that came to mind and never once made me feel like I asked a stupid question. Lydia was so nice over the phone to me. And when I walked in the door to tour, Sarah was so quick and kind to greet me.

Great Place to live

My wife and I stopped by IMT Cherry Creek a few months ago to request a last minute tour. We were greeted by Sarah who was happy to show us around on short notice. She did a great job of highlighting the amenities offered here, (pool, fitness center etc.) Sarah was also very knowledgeable about the property and surrounding area and was able to answer all of our questions. After looking at several units we were able to find one that fit what we were looking for. We have enjoyed living here thus far!

Awesome place to live

I am writing to provide a 5-star review for your apartment complex. I've truly enjoyed my time here, and I wanted to highlight some of the reasons why I believe it deserves such a high rating. The amenities here are exceptional, and I particularly appreciate the well-maintained fitness center, inviting common areas, efficient package locker system. Beyond that, the management team Kenny and Shendell has consistently been responsive and helpful whenever I've had a question or needed assistance, which makes a huge difference. The location is also fantastic, providing convenient access to public transport, nearby parks, shopping centers. Finally, the sense of community among residents is really noticeable, and it's been a pleasure being a part of such a friendly environment. Thank you for providing such a wonderful living experience.
