Recommend by Two Tenants

Toured a place today. Will be applying tomorrow. Not because of the price, although it’s great. Not because of the location, which I love, but because of the fact that while I was walking around looking at the place two different tenants recommended the place. That did it for me. Spoke volumes. IMT Puts my worried momma mind at ease!

It is so nice to have our son in a place where we don't worry about him. He brags non-stop about IMT at Cherry Creek and that makes us feel very good. I am about to check out the gym he keeps bragging about but I am certain he moved out to get away from us! He loves the trails and all the extras he has there. Thank you guys for welcoming him and providing such a great place! I'm going to spread the word and leave praise wherever I can!

IMT requested this review after maintenance work

First off, I find it extremely frustrating that IMT requires their maintenance team to request that residents write reviews of the IMT complexes. There's clearly some sort of incentive/metrics/performance benchmark for the maintenance team to generate reviews, and I don't like it. If IMT wants reviews, then IMT corporate should earn them themselves by creating a truly exceptional living experience. All that said, Bart did a great job on my latest request to have my garage door repaired. He accommodated my busy schedule, communicated well, and completed the work quickly in a quality manner. This has been consistent with other maintenance experiences I've had. The maintenance team here is really one of the best I've experienced. In general, IMT Cherry Creek has been a great place to live. It's run by a large corporation, but they've continued to invest in the property and improve the resident experience. The biggest downside is the cost, but it's Denver, and the price is competitive. The cost of housing is a far bigger a problem than IMT alone can solve. The office staff have been helpful and accommodating, too.

Excellent Excellent Maintenance!

I feel so blessed to live in a community that values it’s tenants! Clyde has provided so much care to my apartment with everything from making sure my furnace filters are changed out with every season (fresh air!) to taking the time to really troubleshoot what is happening with various repairs I’ve needed. He cares, and that is priceless, in my opinion! Also, my cat really enjoys spending time with him whenever he comes by to shape up our home. From room to room, Clyde’s good energy is magnetic! Thank you so much!

Clyde on the maintenance team is THE MAN! He always takes care of what we ask (and usually more). We have had a few things fixed and replaced - Great to have someone so responsive when living in an apartment.

Amazing staff & location

I’m amazed with how everyone here goes above and beyond! From the front desk to the repair person, they are seamless, very professional, kind, communicative, and quick (although I understand that it cannot always be quick!). I really feel like my home and this IMT community is my sanctuary. It really means a lot to me, so thank you to everyone who works hard each day to make that happen.

LOVE it here!

I've lived at IMT Cherry Creek for nearly 4 years now having moved from suburbia and love it here. The staff is wonderful (shout out to BART who's always here to help AND bring my pooch a treat), the neighbors are friendly, and we live next to Bull and Bush Brewery! What more could you ask for? Oh, I know! It's conveniently located to EVERYTHING.

Staff are super helpful and accommodating

We recently had some maintenance issues and we put in a work order and the maintenance team came quickly and fixed the problem as soon as possible. They are always willing to go out of their way to make sure that the apartment is in the best condition possible and are willing to answer any questions we may have. The leasing office staff are the same way. They always respond to emails as soon as possible and even helped us modify our lease renewal to make sure we could stay in the unit. We love living here and plan to continue!

Maintenance staff

My dog and I are both so happy to have Bart back! He as well as Clyde, Demetri and Eric are all so friendly and love to give my dog treats and pets! They all go out of their way to acknowledge my dog and I by our names and say hello even while they are busy helping keep the community a clean place to live for their residents.

This place was fine until it wasnt. We always had small things break (fan, dryer, garbage disposal) and they fixed them in a reasonable time but then we had a water pipe burst. We had to have heavy duty fans in our apartment for over 2 weeks and couldnt use much of our apartment. The place was extremely loud with all of these fans on. Little to nothing was done for us to help easy the pain. The only thing that was said was it wasnt their fault and they had to do nothing to help us.

I’m satisfied to be living here. The community is kept up pretty well, there’s good snow plowing, maintenance, and amenities. It’s not the quietest, but that is probably due to the neighborhood. Parking is a little busy, sometime I have to park outside the complex, but it’s never very far. Otherwise, the staff has been friendly and accommodating and I am excited to renew my lease!

My apartment is very nice. Before making the decision to move into IMT I visited several others and IMT Cherry Creek was the best. I am proud say I live here and I am glad I decided to live here. The staff is very friendly and professional. I feel say living in this community. I almost forgot to mention that the storage units are very nice and is a big plus when you need to store things. IMT Cherry Creek staff rock!

I loved living at Cherry Creek before I moved out of Colorado! The community is absolutely gorgeous. It's in the perfect area if you want to be close to almost everything. The staff was professional and sweet, especially Ashley! The staff truly cares about their residents and wants to make sure everyone has a positive living experience. I love that they have a year around pool and spa, along with two gym facilities! I highly recommend living here.

The staff is very professional and made my move in a breeze! The community is very clean and I love that my commute to work is only 10 minutes! The location is perfect and highly recommended for anybody who wants to be in Denver but not too close to downtown. :)

I have lived here for about 9 months and love the location, amenities and resigned for another 15 months. I'm very pleased with the response for maintenance and overall management of the property. The apartments have lots of storage space, walk in closets, washer/dryer, dishwasher, central air, year round pool/hot tub and gym.

I COULD HAVE DIED DUE TO THEIR NEGLIGENCE This is the third emergency situation, based upon IMT's definition, that has occurred since I moved into this apartment 3 weeks ago. First, the furnace was broken when I moved in. Second, the fireplace in my apartment sprung a gas leak. Third, the water heater broke down. To show the quality of this complex, the defective gate key they gave me broke off in the gate on my third night here. Most importantly, there was a gas leak in my apartment. There is no propane gas detector in this apartment despite the fact that one would cost IMT $50-150 and would save my life. Luckily, I recognized that there was a gas leek at 1 or 2 in the morning and vacated the premises, i.e., what you are supposed to do. IMT refuses to reimburse me for my hotel stay that night and refuses to install a propane detector. They even had the gall to tell me that it was my fault because I chose not to sleep in an apartment with a gas leak, which would have killed me. They claimed that I should have waited in my toxic apartment to see if one of their employees would show up. They maintain that one of their employees showed up after 3 A.M. and said there was no leak. The next morning, I returned to my apartment to see two maintenance workers walking up to my apartment to see if there was a gas leak. Low and behold there was one and it was obvious. So, if I had stayed in my toxic apartment and waited for the maintenance worker that allegedly went there at 3 A.M., I would have been given inaccurate information, slept there, and DIED. Care about your life more than they will. Live somewhere where they do the bare minimum to protect you!

I don't regret living here but I wouldn't recommend it. Aside from the nice design, this isn't the luxury experience they advertise. Other true "luxury apartments" are available in Denver at similar rates. Feedback based on 2 apartments; mine and a neighbor/friend who also lived in the complex: Rooms are aesthetically pleasing! However, walls and ceilings are thin and you can hear everything... feels like SF or NYC. Pool opened over a year after advertised (I assume the permit they said they got when they sold me on the place did not come through). They do not honor the referral bonus. No rental discount during pandemic despite losing access to pools, hot tub, gyms, business center, patio/grills. Required to pay for parcel service even though it's not used properly by delivery drivers. Parking lots are full after 9pm. Gates and doors already broken so community isn't secure and it's obvious. Move out documents/process are not streamlined so there's lots of confusion. Seems like they're money focused and don't value the hospitality that "luxury" requires. Maintenance staff are all VERY friendly. That was great. Some office staff are snippy, some are nice.

From the time I toured the model I knew this was where I wanted to be Kim was very helpful, professional, and kind. She was able to answer all of my questions. I walked away knowing I wanted to apply. When I first walked into my 2bed/2nath and saw how much room there was in the apartment, I was pleasantly amazed. I was also added to the waiting list for a garage and will have it within the next week. It is a great place to live and to call home.

We just moved in here, and are beyond satisfied with the staffing and the maintenance team. Amanda Roe helped us get acquainted and she was beyond friendly and was very thorough with all the information we needed. As with any apartment complex, there are small damages that come with a unit, but the maintenance team hopped on repairs immediately. Only a few days in but we are very excited to be living here.

The staff here is excellent and every issue is taken care of immediately. Maintenance takes great care of the grounds and there is never any disappear or disarray. I've been very pleased with my time here and am renewing my lease for the first time since I've moved to Denver.

I've lived at IMT Cherry Creek for about a year now and am very pleased with my experience. The staff are courteous and professional, and the property is well maintained. When I've had maintenance issues, the team is quick to respond (usually within a few business hours depending on when the request is submitted). Further, the tenants living in this community are diverse and friendly. I've befriended a few of my neighbors already and looking forward to building friendships with them as I renew my lease. One of the challenges living in this community is the strict parking enforcement. I've personally never had an issue with parking or had my car towed, but I know others have. In general, you're given a tag so keep it displayed in your car. It helps ensure the right folks are parking in the complex - easy enough. There's plenty of parking outside the community for guests (albeit could be a bit sketchy in some parts). Other than that, this is a great community to live in! I'd recommend this place to friends and family.

IMT is a great place to live! Bart always takes care of my word orders and does so with extreme care and concern. I appreciate the fact he carries dog treats with him as well for any dogs he sees along the way. I will renew my lease strictly for how great maintenance is.

I asked Bart if he could help fix a broken light in our apartment and not only did he repair my bathroom light he also noticed my door knob was loose and fixed that without even needing to make a request. Bart is extremely friendly, clean, efficient & hardworking! I would highly recommend him for any maintenance issues. Thanks Bart!
