This community is small and very quiet which is exactly what I am looking for. It is great to know that they do pet friendly events and even though I am not a resident yet they still invited my pup and I. The staff are great and very welcoming. Looking forward to joining the community.

I moved here a couple months ago and couldn't be happier. The office staff is fantastic, they were really great about working with me and getting things done online as much as possible. Maintenance has been really great too, they are super efficient and have always gotten to me within 24 hours of placing a request.

I have been a resident at IMT Cherry Creek for almost 2 years now and the experience has been great!! The staffing & maintenance crew are very quick and prompt in resolving any issues we have encounter in our time of residency. The location is great and the apartment/town homes are very well maintained and cleaned. definitely worth looking into IMT Cherry Creek before anywhere else! You will not be disappointed, trust me!

We have lived here for a little over 2 months. Office staff was amazing in leasing process and offered to make special accommodations on move in day since we were driving from pretty far away! The amenities are nice and you have access to both sides. Neighbors are all very courteous, just a little noisy on weekends with the pub being right outside our patio! Maintenance has been amazing for all our little requests (routine maintenance.. apartment is truly in amazing condition!) They are always timely and respectful of us and our apartment. IMT is pet friendly and they truly mean that! So many dogs and cats live here and staff is always courteous of your furry family when entering apartments. Rent payment is easy and everything is online. Rent is incredibly reasonable for the area (Cherry Creek). We are in walking distance to multiple restaurants, a grocery store, gyms, bars, etc. The apartment is also right beside the cherry creek trail and 4 mile park so tons of space to walk/run/bike. The mall is right down the trail or easy driving access. The area is super convenient to downtown and Aurora. Overall, we have loved our experience this far and would definitely recommend it!

Within 30 minutes of my placing the work order, I received a call from the maintenance technician to ensure I was home. That allowed me to secure my pets. He arrived and we discussed my concerns and went over a number of things that had not been in the w/o but eased my mind. The courtesy and professionalism of the IMT maintenance crew everyday is wonderful and their diligence in ensuring the residents are cared for, even in these extreme temperatures, is incredible. My thanks to the full staff out and about, as well as in the office.

I have been a resident for 3 years now and no issues until just a week ago. I live on the lower floor. I was traveling for business the whole week and the first day i was gone it rained heavily which clogged drainage on my patio and outside my main door causing water to flood my apartment. It was not found until a couple days later by my hired house keeper who called me. I immediately called the office and they sprung into action. Maintenance was there immediately, found the issue and began repairs. The next day the management followed up with what the plan was then. When i returned late evening after 7pm on Friday i did not know what to expect walking into the apartment and then going in i was HAPPY to see my floor was clean and dry. The wall was being repaired. Notes were left on the efforts taken by the maintenance staff. On Saturday they came to finish painting the wall and check the status. THIS WAS AMAZING. I love the management and thank you so much.

I moved in to a 1 bedroom about two years ago (still living here), and it has been an overall great experience. It's nice having the apartment home - outside entrance, in-unit laundry, garage, deck, etc - and Glendale is a super convenient place to live. Biggest issue - the walls are a little thin, but that's apartment living. I've not had any major issue with neighbors, and if you adjust your bed accordingly, you can avoid unwanted noises for the most part. Greatest strengths - the maintenance and staff teams are super awesome! I rarely have maintenance issues, and if I do, they always get the job done. Staff is very friendly and always willing to help. Overall, I would highly recommend IMT East to anyone looking for the convenience of the location, living in a safe neighborhood, and having a private garage included in the lease.

The office and maintenance staff were very friendly and helpful. Any maintenance requests were taken care of in a timely manor. My dog enjoyed the dog park every chance we got! I had a great experience in the year that I lived at IMT Cherry Creek! Thank you to all the staff working there!

I highly recommend IMT Cherry Creek; the friendly and responsive staff are wonderful ( especially Tina and her patience, thank you!), the maintenance team and all of our neighbors were wonderful. There are all the restaurants and grocery stores you need one block away, not to mention the Cherry Creek Trail in your backyard with its beautiful scenery throughout all the seasons you get to enjoy. They host various pool events and such that fosters a loving community, and pets are very happy living at IMT indeed. Thank you!

Management is professional and welcoming, and residents are quiet and respectful, at least in our fall-wintertime experience. Not sure if the pool gets loud in summer. Grounds have good upkeep and apartment looked clean and well-maintained upon move-in. Good communication between staff and residents. Location is the best part - walking distance from parks, restaurants, grocery stores, gyms, across from Cherry Creek Trail.

My move in was easy and smooth! The apartments are beautiful and the staff is so friendly! Upon touring Cassidy gave me so much information on the location and the finishes of the home! I would recommend this place to anyone looking in the cherry creek location!

I am anxiously waiting my lease to expire in the next 2 months and can't wait to run from here... Don't be fooled by the new paint, the building is old... There is no insulation, and cold wind drafts everywhere, the windows break easily ( frame split ) don't know how... They are putting new roof and paint however it does not fix its problems... The gym is a sad joke , very tiny and most stuff doesn't work, and had a dead spider on it ... the pool is always down for maintenance , dogs and dog poop everywhere, unassigned parking , good luck finding one... The buildings are so close to each other you can see other neighbors naked from your balcony or living room ( they don't care) so I can never open my blinds... You can also hear your neighbors on the cell phone , showering , walking ... The "remodeling" aka roof and plain paint is going on for months now and there is no signs of ending... They park cranes around the building and good luck if you want sleep... ( I work night shift) ... So I never do ! And at night you also hear the neighbors since the walls are paper thin... I had exhaust smell coming into my bedroom went complain they didn't care , things break and they take forever to come fix it and if show up... Some neighbors have fluorescent ligth growing stuff in their living room... My unit needed repair prior I moved in and it was never done... The ceiling is still peeling on several places and have never been fixed, but they let in excel contractors come in to change the ligth bulbs probably because they gonna get a discount with them and say it is green... They came in my house with barely knocking while I was sleeping I told them to wait and don't came in... and one of the guys got into my bedroom while I was still partially naked ! If you are not convinced this place is a dumpster with new paint, come in and enjoy the nightmare... Btw I pay $1.485 dollars a month for 1 bedroom... That's an expensive dumpster ... Once you signed the lease good luck the fees to get out the lease is about over 4K... Ha! But misery will soon be over ...

This property has Great amenities! It is a Wonderful community to live in! The maintainence staff is very attentive to any needs that may arise, although I rarely ever had any needs. I would absolutely recommend this property to a friend or family.

I love this apartment community. The staff is very attentive to your needs. I would definitely recommend IMT Cherry Creek. Rent is very affordable. Close to downtown. Close to grocery shops and right off of Cherry Creek trail.

The IMT company and the whole cherry creek community is such a welcoming place. All the staff members have been very nice to me through my whole process and very welcoming. Therese in particular was such a delight with every interaction I had with her she was always very nice, friendly and just a joy to be around. I would recommend this place to anyone looking. Cant beat the area and the community as a whole!

I've lived at IMT Cherry Creek for the last two years through two management companies. IMT is by far the best! They have been totally welcoming and helpful, and I'm sad to be leaving this year! If I were to live in another apartment, I would not hesitate to move back into the Crescent/Sonata.

I visited the apartments. What a great location and was very impressed with the facilities and the apartments. My wife and I loved the apartments and the leasing person Cassidy was terrific. She was very informative on the community and area and really listen to what we are looking for in a temporary home (1 to 2 two years) as we are being relocated this summer with my company. They allow pets which is terrific as our dog is part of the family. We will be back.

The apartment itself is so cool. It's a town home that comes with a garage in a pretty brick building. The girl that usually helps me treats my dog like a prince and asks me every single time if my apartment is in top condition. The best part is I just got my renewal offer and they raised my rent $12. I usually see at least a $50-100 increase in Denver. The office staff explained to me that their residents are first priority. Needless to say, I'm not going anywhere and plan on referring my friends who are looking for a reasonably priced place to live.

My wife and I are very pleased with this apartment. The staff is very professional and quick when it comes to any issues. The apartments are actually gated and can only be opened with your personal passcode. Either I have no neighbors or these walls are very well insulated because it's very quite and peaceful here. It's also a very convenient place to live with King Soopers being right around the corner. We definitely recommend these apartments!
