This place is HORRIBLE!! Don't live here, don't even consider it. The list is ling but I'll keep it short. Management sucks, and they even switched it on us without any notice. They never return your calls, address your service issues, act as if they had nothing to do with it....ahh just back away!

I had the unfortunate experience of living at The Sonata for 12 months. During my 12 months they went through 12 different leasing consultants. I should've known better than to sign a lease because while reviewing the documents and choosing a specific apartment the agent I initially worked with quit without notice and I was handed to someone else. Never a good sign when an employee isn t happy. You can hear every single word your neighbors say through the walls. You can hear someone walk normally upstairs, you can hear people close cabinets in the kitchen, you can hear EVERYTHING. I listened to my neighbors have sex every morning at 1am for 12 months. I'm perfectly aware that living in an apartment means that you will hear your neighbors; however, I've lived in 9 different apartment buildings all over the country and this was 10x the loudest I have ever heard. There is ZERO privacy. Aside from the noise, they are dishonest. I asked about move-out charges before the lease was signed and was guaranteed that there are none. I read the lease word for word and it mentions none. After giving my notice to vacate (which I kindly did over 2 months in advance) I also asked to be present at my move-out inspection to avoid any additional fees. Their service technician came to my vacant apartment (the noise was so bad I moved out long before my lease was up for my own sanity) and told me that I had done a great job scrubbing the place, he did not see anything that needed additional work, and I would be getting my full security deposit returned . I went as far as to purchase my own new drip pans, spackle, AND PAINT from The Home Depot to avoid cleaning charges. Post move out I was charged $80.63 in cleaning fees. I am currently in the middle of legal proceedings as I have no intentions of letting them lie to me as they have so many other people. Aside from the noise, lack of privacy, and unprofessional (liars) leasing consultant team who quits and is replaced monthly, you also do not want to live here because there is never parking. Good luck getting a garage; they will tell you they re available until you sign your lease at which point the waiting list is suddenly longer. There are no quest spots so your guests have to share the street with the Bull and Bush parkers aka never going to happen. If you park in the dirt across the street you ll be towed. The hot tub did not work for the entire 12 month lease, I put in numerous service requests only for nothing to be done. They allow people to host pool parties in the summer so 100 people who aren t residents are swarming the pool starting at 10am good luck getting a chair, they are hammered by 10:30 am and will be there all day. Please, if I can give you any advice, do NOT make the mistake I did and live in this or any Equity Residential apartments. You WILL regret it. They will lie to you to get your money and then you re left with no other options. They will steal, literally steal, your deposit from you for no reason.

These buildings are about 15 years old and showing their age. Interiors of apartments in need of renovation and new appliances. Maintenance crew generally courteous and efficient. Security somewhat dubious, as the vehicle gates are constantly breaking down, and the pedestrian gates frequently won't lock. Grounds and exterior generally maintained but public areas such as lower level hallways and stairwells are not kept clean. Year to year rent increases can be nothing short of astounding. Most recent renew was 14%, and Equity Residential is not in the least bit negotiable-take it or leave it.

Moved in in July. Has been great so far. Maintenance is very nice and helpful whenever you need them. They usually respond within 1-2 days for small maintenance needs and within 24hrs for emergencies. Staff is very helpful. If you have animals, this is the place to move in. Great neighbors. You can rent a car port or garage seasonally or for the year. $25 for carport, $75 for garage. You can have maintenance paint the rooms a variety of colors for you or do it yourself as long as you repaint when you decide to leave. Very secure and safe place. Lap pool and jacuzzi (jacuzzi open all year) Small workout center but works. Variety of ages in the complex. I've seen families with kids, people in there mid 20s, 30s, 40s, retirees. Everyone I have met so far has been very nice. We had a small leak with our master toilet before Christmas and it was fixed the next day just in time for the holidays. I would recommend to anyone looking for a nice place to live that is close to Cherry Creek shopping and minutes from downtown Denver.

I know a lot of people don't listen to online reviews, but this is one case in which you should definitely take heed of the incredibly low approval rating of not only Sonata at Cherry Creek but of Equity Residential properties. Not only will they fail to answer your maintenance requests, but the poorly built apartments are falling apart, they WILL charge you for arbitrary and definitely not beyond normal wear and tear repairs upon move-out, and I promise you they will increase your rent at least $300/month at the end of your lease. I've moved around quite a bit for school and work and I have literally never written a bad review of a property because I have never had such a terrible experience with a living situation. Also, even though I am tired of all the said moving, I could not wait to move out of this apartment and be done with its highly incompetent staff. If you move in here, you can prepare to lose at least $600 for no reason--I wish I were kidding. But hey, your choice.

Posting new TRASH DUMP PHOTOS. Will try to get photos of rats soon. Get yourself a shredder if your trash is going to be left in a heap. Pros: Location, other tenants are relatively respectful and quiet. Cons: Master bedroom doesn't have adequate climate control. Hot in the summer, cold in the winter compared to the rest of the apartment.

My husband and I have lived at the Sonata for two years and have been extremely happy with the property, its management and the location. It's a perfect spot for those who appreciate clean and quiet living. The management has been so helpful over the years. I always feel welcome when I visit the office, and every concern that I bring up is immediately addressed. I highly recommend this place for a nice luxury living.

The Crescent is awful! They claim to have "updated baths and kitchens", but the appliances and fixtures are so cheap and such poor construction, it's worse than staying at like a Super 8 motel. The location is good, close to cherry creek, malls, supermarkets, pretty much anything you need is in the immediate area. The area itself is Glendale and the neighborhood can be pretty shotty at times. My main issue with the Crescent is how much they nickel and dime you. If you decide to live here (which I would NOT recommend), keep track of every single document that you ever get from them. ESPECIALLY when your about to sign the lease or inspecting your apartment. Write down LITERALLY every single tiny thing that may be wrong with your apartment or you do not like, it will pay off in the end. They are trying to charge us for something that was broken when we moved in and we documented it. Extraneous fees show up out of nowhere, and the water/sewer/trash bill fluctuates extremely from month to month. Moving out was a nightmare. They give you the option to pay $85 to have your apartment cleaned and all you have to do is remove the trash as well as your personal belongings. We paid them their $85, but when we received our final statement, they charged us over $200 for cleaning, on top of taking our $85 and having it vanish into thin air.. as well as another ~$400 in random charges. This is still an ongoing issue as we are waiting for them to provide us receipts and documentation for the repairs made. The crescent is owned by a huge, publicly traded corporation, Equity Residential, so they will literally do whatever they can to scrape another dime from their residents. As another review stated, it's impossible to get things done or fixed because they always need to check with 'corporate'. To get ahold of anyone at the office or for maintenance, you have to badger them repeatedly until they respond. For example, we have been waiting 2 weeks for receipts, and for them to call us back to set up a meeting to go over some of these 'ghost' charges. STAY AWAY!

Sonata is a Pleasant Place to live
Every apartment complex or situation in life has the good and the points of improvement. The Sonata is relatively quiet neighborhood. I say relatively because it backs some etch a sketch apartments where there can be some interesting confrontations in the parking lot. There is a lovely gym facility and pool that seems like a hot spot with most young residents like myself. Also there is a great little nooky area in the leasing office if you wanted to have a study group or something like a meeting. Parking is DEFINITELY a place to improve. Like other residents have said there is scantly enough parking i work overnights and get off at 330 am and although i've never parked in the superfluous handicapped spots, the thought has crossed my mind. I end up just parking outside the gate on the street. Terribly inconvient for sure. I've gotten two of those yellow warning stickers for having a blue tag instead of the red one that allows you to park in the spaces. I find that to be pure semantics. But what can you do parking sucks everywhere. My actual apartment is awesome, i live in a two bedroom apt on the highest floor. Although you can hear occasionally through the walls it's no more than any other apartments. As the previous reviewer talked about the wifi connection in the complex being named " i can hear you having sex" they were my actual neighbors across the hall and i can assure you they did that out of jest. LOL, i mean thats funny. As far as maintenance goes, i think they have a wonderful down to earth maintenance team. Many of our request were completed within a day or two. Although on thanksgiving the oven broke, which was highly inconvient, it was fixed the next working business day. The maintenance guys will greet you if you say HI when you're like walking by. Very Friendly. The office staff seems great although i must admit i don't really work with them , on the off occasion i do see them their plesant. They threw a pool party, they put sweets on you're door, as an appreciation for your stay. I do appreciate the little things like that. OH yea they also have days were you can come get 5 dollar pizza. My only bit with the leasing office was i had some troubles recieving some shoedazzle packages( *my secret addiction) once. Alll in all I've lived here for 2 yrs and i definitely enjoy my home. I agree with the others about a warning before your car gets towed, and some parking reform in general but life at the SONATA IS PRETTY SWEET.

AWFUL and THOUGHTLESS STAFF
I moved in to the Sonata thinking it was in a good area, and was particularly impressed by the gated community. My roommate and I rented a 2 bedroom apartment, which came with one garage. My roommate typically works late, and being young women safety is a concern for us, therefore we agreed she could park her car in the garage. I was given a permit to park in the spaces within the gate. Frequently, residents have guests over, and because parking is poorly enforced, there is a lack of available parking for residents. Last night was a rare night that I worked late, and when I got home there were no spaces left. Being a 23 year old female walking alone at 11 at night, and knowing I would be leaving for work at 7:30am, I parked in a handicap space - also knowing that there are only two residents with handicap permits and four available spaces within the gate. When I woke up, my car was gone and some cars had stickers on them. Having my safety in mind, not wanting to walk alone at night, and knowing that in my 6 months of living there I had never once seen any form of enforcement in the parking lot, I was willing in my parking to dilemma to have accepted a ticket vs. parking several blocks away. Therefore, let me explain my issues with this situation: -The cars with stickers were cars without resident tags. They were only issued a warning, however the many cars with these stickers proves how many resident spaces were taken leaving me very little choice but to park in handicap. I am a resident of the complex, I pay to live there, yet I am being penalized over someone who doesn't live there. -The cars were towed in the middle of the night, in the middle of the work week, creating problems with getting to work on time and an unnecessary issue and phone calls to make during work. -The handicap signs posted do not say "TOW AWAY ZONE" but simply "HANDICAP PARKING" (Like I said, I was willing to endure a ticket. -There are only two signs in the entire complex warning of a towing, and neither of these is remotely close to the space I was in nor the 50 spaces around it. -When my dad called to speak with the manager she simply said, "Safety is not my concern," in regards to me being young and alone at night. Then why have a gated community?? -No where in the conversation did she offer a name or number of where to locate my car. Nor fake an apology for the unfortunate situation. -My resident permit was in plain sight, plus they have the make, model, and license plate of my car to either offer a warning, or at give me a little heads up that my car had been towed rather than me walking the parking lot for 20 minutes looking for it. Like I said, I knew I parked in a handicap place. But have a little respect for your residents who pay thinking their safety and happiness are in mind. Considering the parking situation had to have been a noted issue, the complex - out of respect for their tenants - should have sent an email or some form of notice that enforcements would start taking place and to be sure to not let guests park in the lot, nor to use handicap or other restricted spaces if you are not authorized. Every contact I have had to have with the complex has been less than helpful. If you are looking into safety as a major factor in deciding where you live, don't let the "gated community" fool you. --------------- is a heartless woman and plainly stated "safety is not my concern." Plus: The apartments are crap. They look nice at first glance but everything is falling apart. They have "valet trash" which sounds fancy but really it just means trash bags sitting all over the premise. The walls are very thin to the point that a neighbor named their wireless connection, "I can hear you having sex," and the staff are rude. Don't move in here.

they can't be serious
Got a chuckle out of some of these good reviews. Not sure they were for Crescent though. That manager they've got was managing two places and wasnt friendly or helpful. Always did my share, paid the rent, tried not to make a fuss but if something ever went wrong it was hard to get any help without telling the office about it a bunch of times and waiting weeks or months. Most of the time the office cant do much without checking with corporate headquarters and thats too bad because corporate headquarters has an awful lot of places across the country to keep track of. Things didnt get fixed anyhow. They charge a lot and dont want to give you anything in return.

Great place to live
I lived here only 5 months (forced to move due to work) and loved every minute of it! I was so sad when I had to move (out of state), because the location is great, my apartment was awesome, and everyone I dealt with in the office was great. My apartment was recently redone and everything was brand new and worked perfectly. If I ever needed anything fixed maintenance was prompt and very nice. Hands down one of the best apartment experiences I have had!

Best Apartment Ive Enjoyed it Here 15 Years
This is by far the best value and building in Denver. Not to mention the location is stellar! I have lived here for over 15 years and refuse to move. The construction of the building is prior to all the cheap construction, which seems to be the norm in Denver. The floor plans are great for roomates, I use the second bedroom as an office and everyone that visits me exclaims at what a GREAT PLACE I HAVE! The entire staff is amazing, extremely efficient and ensure my mind is at ease with my home.I travel extensively and knowing they are care deeply about the property and their residents is priceless. If you have a chance to live here take advantage of it! The negative reviews must be written by former residents that caused problems! Because another advantage of being at The Crescent is that the other residents also take pride in living here, if not they dont belong.

WORST APARTMENT I EVER LIVED IN
I would NOT recommend the Crescent at Cherry Creek apartments to anyone, these apartments are nothing but bad news, do yourself a favor and KEEP LOOKING!!! I really can't warn you enough to stay away! Don't make the same mistake I made by living at these awful apartments. I promise that ALL the office staff is rude and unhelpful after you move in, unless you are giving them money for something! Also, each time the apartment lease would end the rent would increase by $300.00! By the time I moved out I was paying three times what I was paying when I moved in and the apartment was never upgraded and it flooded on two different occasions! And it is true that the TVs in the workout room do not work and the workout room is not maintained, the hot tub is ALWAYS moderately warm with no working jets, the printer in the office for resident use is constantly jamming, the snow is rarely shoveled ever, the gates are constantly left open all night long, and your rent will go up an absurd amount Every time your lease ends. Save yourself a headache and a ton of problems and stay away!

Please Read Before You Rent
I usually don't review things, but after living here I felt I owed it to any potential future renters. My wife and I moved here from another state after looking at pictures and speaking with management. Everything looked great and they were very nice. Upon moving I we experienced the same thing. The moment it changed was when we were moved in. The description may say you will be living in a gated area. This may be true; however, the gated door was broke 11 out of the 12 months we lived there. Also, living in Colorado, one might expect snow and living inan apartment would mean they would clear that snow. You are better off hoping for a lot of us and warm weather. It would snow over night and quit and I would come back after work 8 hours later to sidewalks not scooped. If you are looking for a gym this is also not your place. It did have an alright gym until someone stole all of the weights and bench. When I asked management if they would be replaced they said they didn't feel like they should. Overall, as I'm sure you seen it is not a pleasant experience. I pay for quality and this was the furthest from. If you like the area look across the street. You'll notice their property management actually works.

Too many problems and awful employees. What a nightmare.
They raised our rent about 300$ when our lease was coming to an end. The people in the office are always rude and unhelpful. They lost my renter's insurance after myself and my insurance company had sent it to them multiple times via email, fax, mail, and handing the papers to them, and were going to evict me due to not having it. They harassed me with phone calls and letters until they finally 'found it in someone's files'. The maintenance crew had to be called several times several days in a row to even come to look at a problem, which they had to refix several more times because they never did it the first time. One of our friends had prescription medicine missing after a maintenance call. When she returned home, she was missing over 10pills from her prescription bottle in her personal bathroom. Her roommate was out of town, so there was only one possibility. She took the complaint to the office who said they would 'talk to the crew member who was at her apt that day'. The next day, said crew member came banging on their door screaming about how he didn't stilling their "effing pills" because he "didn't even go upstairs." How would he have known they were upstairs? And why did the office tell him who and what apt # had made the complaint? There is another maintenance crew member who has had multiple domestic dispute calls at the apartment complex. I had been there for a few of them at the pool area, and they live at the sonata where the cops were called even more times. There are hardly ever parking spaces for your car. You pay a lot of money up front for your deposit and they take every last penny of it when you move out no matter how clean you left it. Awful awful awful. Save yourself the time and money and go elsewhere, these people made living in what seemed like a nice place a nightmare.

Just overall BAD
All I have to say is they will jack up your rent when it is time to renew by A LOT. Our rent was raised by over $100 a month! The apartments are cheap quality. The tenants are loud and obnoxious. Dogs are not allowed, but there were several. The area south of the apartments is a bad area. I know apartments there have been broken in to. I was an hour late for work one morning because the power went out and the gates were shut so no one could get out. They are not on a backup power source. Sure hope that never happens when there is an emergency and emergency personell are not able to get in. I would highly recommend going elsewhere to look for apartments.

Sucks to Be at Crescent
From the outside it looks pretty good but they don't live up to half of what you expect from the management office where you live. Even though you spend over $1,000 a month with them, they don't treat you like a customer or a person. No matter what happens, it's never their problem and they really don't care what happens to you.

Unsafe and Expensive!
I've lived at Sonata for a couple years now, and up until this year it's been a fair value for what you get. This year, however, the rent has increased drastically while the overall quality of the complex has fallen. If your heart is set on the area, you're better off paying a little extra and going with a different complex. I'll go through each category one by one: Rent: Up until this year, rents have been reasonable and have made putting up with the other problems tolerable. But this year, rents are going up by over $150. Lease terms are non-negotiable. As one leasing agent told me, it's "supply and demand" -- essentially that because so many people are losing their homes and being forced to rent, the complex feels they can make more money, and they'd rather lose people who have been here a long time than lose profits. Management has no room to negotiate - everything is dictated by corporate in Chicago. Other complexes offer more amenities for around the same price or less. You can rent a two bedroom for the same price in DTC, or just a few miles away. A hidden cost is the price of mandatory renters insurance, on which you must list Sonata as a named party. Expect your renters insurance and automobile insurance to be higher than other areas of town because the neighborhood experiences a lot of crime. Location: The location is decent. You are very close to shops. Colorado Boulevard (the main thoroughfare) is congested for much of the day, and it can take up to 15-20 minutes to travel about two miles in traffic - more in winter driving conditions. The location is also very close to a very unsafe area of town. The apartment complex next door is an eyesore, is loud, and is shady. You are two streets away from two strip clubs, and a porn shop. The bar next door is nice, but causes a lot of traffic congestion. Parking: Parking is an absolute nightmare if you don't have a garage or if you have more than one vehicle. Many nights I have had to park my car on the street because there is no parking remaining in the community. This is worse on nights when the gates are in disrepair (which is almost constantly). In previous years the apartment complex has given warnings to people who have parked where they were not permitted, but I have not observed this happen in quite some time. Maintenence: Maintenence is overall friendly, but it will often take more than one visit to resolve an issue. At one point, a maintenance person who was trying to get an electrical outlet working told me he had to come back because he was not an electrician and had to figure out how to fix it. He came back and was the one who made repairs. I was also told by one maintenance person that a dishwasher is not "for washing dishes, it's for sterilizing them." The heaters in the garage were not turned on unless specifically requested, and were not adjusted unless specifically requested. Construction The units are not well constructed. When I first moved in I had a huge problem with spiders and other bugs getting into the apartment through cracks between door frames and door jambs, areas in the windows, and a crack in the baseboards. This also caused my heating bill to be astronomical until I figured out the problem. There was a building in the complex that needed significant repairs when a portion of the building had to be removed and replaced, and two floors (the top and middle) were repaired. Noise The noise for the most part is not unreasonable. Staircases are fairly loud, and if you are unfortunate enough to be a light sleeper, you will probably awaken to the sound of your neighbors getting home at all hours of the night. In the bathrooms, you can hear pretty much everything that goes on in the room adjacent. Safety If safety is your primary concern, don't let the look of the Sonata fool you - you are near the ------. The gates are in disrepair a majority of the time and people sneak in behind other cars regularly. A burglary occurred on the premesis while a resident was sleeping, and the complex is less than a block away from an abandoned building. Packages have been stolen from my neighbor's apartments. The building next door is shady. If you go less than five blocks toward I-25, you are in an area of town where drug deals can regularly be observed. http://www.clrsearch.com/Glendale_Demographics/CO/Crime-Rate Office Staff The office staff turns over frequently. The office hours are limited, and the staff has very little authority. The manager splits her time between this property and the Crescent across the street. Packages are often misplaced when left in the office - and if you don't get a notification from USPS, UPS, or FedEx, will be sitting there until you look (apartment staff will not notify you). If you're not 100% docile and compliant the staff will give you attitude. Make sure you are organized and have all of your ducks in a row - the staff forgets to remind you about stuff like renewing your renters policy or having a parking pass, and your first notification will be a nastygram from the office demanding immediate action. Overall, Sonata is unsafe and expensive. In my opinion, in the past you got what you paid for, but now it's not worth what they're charging.

Just fine
While I agree with the overall opinions of the other reviewers (good location, fair rent, unreliable maintenance and terrible office staff), at the end of the day the Sonata is an ok place to live. I've been here for 2 years and would recommend this place to others. The rent is affordable and very fair for what you get. The floor plans are different from what you typically have with apartment living and there are a few extra features(ie: fireplace, W/D in unit, outdoor storage space, extra closets) that are nice to have. You can't beat the location: proximity to the Cherry Creek trail, less than 10 minutes to I-25 even during rush hour, and super close to every imaginable shop, grocery store, bank, etc. I imagine that rent and location are the most important things to most renters and the Sonata does well in both. That being said, it's the little things that frustrate me the most. Maintenance is unreliable. I've had some issues where a maintenance person showed up ASAP and immediately solved the problem, but most issues take several days, several visits from a tech and several angry calls/e-mails to the front office to resolve. And as the other reviewers have said, the front office is absolutely miserable to work with. Their descriptions of the staff are dead-on. The office hours are also unreasonable for anyone with a 9-5 job, so picking up packages or using the business center is extremely difficult. Lastly, snow removal is a big problem. They make a lame attempt at shoveling the sidewalks, but this usually does more harm than good (turns the sidewalks to ice). Some people also complained of noise, but I never had a serious issue with my neighbors being loud. Yes, the majority of people who live here are single twenty-somethings and there is a certain level of socializing that goes along with that. However, being a twenty-something myself, the noise level really doesn't bother me. You're living in an apartment with a hundred other people- you shouldn't expect peace and quiet 100% of the time. I'll be moving out soon, but it honestly has nothing to do with the Sonata.

CHEAP QUALITY, NOISY, AND UNSAFE
Sonata apartments lure you in with their ok prices at first, but when you get your renewal letter they will raise your rent considerably! When we moved in they tried giving us two doors that were totally different with a huge gap in the middle for our laundry doors. Our air conditioning went out in the middle of a heat wave in summer and it took them 3 days to fix it. Our heater sounds like it could explode at any moment, they have looked at it and said nothing is wrong with it. The walls are paper thin and we could hear EVERYTHING our neighbors on either side were doing or saying. The parking sucks. The residents are younger adults who party all the time and go to the hot tub at all hours of the night even though it "closes" at 10 or 11. You cannot have dogs there, even though people do and there is dog poop everywhere. You can tell these places were made extremely cheap. The kitchens are old and nasty and so is the carpet. We put some clothes in the dryer when we went to bed and set it on low. When we woke up in the morning the dryer was still running! All our clothes shrank and they gave us an even crappier dryer to replace it with. It seems like a nice neighborhood at first, but behind the apartments is a bad area. I even have seen kids jumping the fence doing who knows what. So much for being a "gated" community. Office staff is unhelpful.

Nice at first, but when it is time to renew, they will SCREW YOU!!!
Overall, living here was ok. It is an ok area, go two blocks one direction and you are in the hood, go two blocks the other direction and you are in Cherry Creek. Even though it is a gated community someone's apartment got broken into while they were sleeping! We lived by the pool and could hear people partying until all hours of the night and morning, even though the pool is supposed to close at 10. There are a lot of younger adults who are constantly having parties. Our apartment was a great deal when we got it, but when it was time to renew wanted to raise our rent by $120 a month!!!!! That is truly ridiculous. We have lived in apartments for about 10 years and our rent has never gone up more than $40 per month. We tried speaking with management and they were unhelpful and unwilling to negotiate. Maintenance was helpful, but the office staff was unhelpful. We were great residents, we paid our rent on time and they would rather profit than keep a good reputation.

Creepy maintenance staff, disrepair, poor office staff
okay location, but the surrounding property is in disrepair. Gym is so small and most of the equipment are broken. Gates are constantly broken. Loud, rude, and unconsidering neighbors (but it is Colorado so you have to expect narcissistic behavior). Parking lot is a nightmare sometimes. Drunk drivers to your average reckless midwestern transplant. Good to keep your car in the garage or else it will me destroyed. Plus, walls are paper thin so you get the drama from all sides. Came home for lunch and caught this creepy old maintenance guy going up to neighbor's doors & listening, as well as peering into uncovered windows. This happened a few times and when he is caught the just pretend he is sweeping the place. Sketchy, hope this is not a registered sex offender. Office staff is unhelpful except when they want money from you. Once asked for a bandaid and the office staff couldn't give me the time of day. Another time I asked if I could get a small piece of scotch tape and they said they don't have any in the office (wtf, its an office right?). Other apathetic examples are: Saw a moving truck run over a sign on property and told the office manager, she looked at me like "why are you telling me this". Multiple residents asked about the broken TV in the gym to be repaired and the staff said they ordered the wrong remote (3 months now); they couldn't just say they cancelled cable to save costs. Forget about complaining to their parent company. You just go in a loop back to the office who gets even worse.

Awesome Property - I Highly Recommend it!
I thought the staff was so on top of it!! Very friendly and organized! Location was amazing. You can walk into Cherry Creek or ride you bike along the highline canal which is right across the street. For wahat you get the price is amazing. Prices includes w/d, f/p, balcony and most of the time a garage. Our floor plan was very spacious and perfect for my family! My experience was great and I highly recommend living at this property!
