Best maintenance crew!

I ALWAYS have a great experience when I need to call in the maintenance crew over to my unit but today, Caleb went above and beyond. I called him in to replace a couple of batteries in my smoke detector and he quickly noticed that my CO2 detector was installed incorrectly. He ran and grabbed his trusty drill and moved the detector to the appropriate spot in my apartment! I appreciate his attention to detail and thoughtfulness to ensure I stay safe. Thank you!

Great Maintenance

My AC went out over the heat wave weekend. Clyde made multiple visits to my apartment and was speedy. When he needed to get a part to fix it he provided a window unit. He always brings a treat for my dog which is an added bonus. Thanks Clyde!

Lost Key

We lost our gate key and Andrea was super responsive to our need to get a new one as quickly as possible. She went above and beyond and gave us a key as a courtesy!! Great customer service! We are so happy that we chose IMT Cherry Creek as our home!

My husband and I love our home here at IMT! We have been here just about a year and have already resigned for the next year. The apartment itself is perfect for us and our two dogs. If we ever have an issue in our apartment (very rare) the maintenance staff is typically there the day we submit a request for them! The grounds itself is very well kept and clean, including the pool & dog park! I feel very safe here in this area and don't ever have an issue with my vehicle or late night walks with the dogs. The office staff is so incredible! We can't thank them enough for their support, patience and amazing kindness. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Management is a complete nightmare!

Avoid this apartment complex at all costs! The WORST management of any apartment complex I have ever lived in, they have zero clue what’s going on ever and there will never be the same people working in the office, making it impossible to get service or consistency when they can’t even keep their own employees retained! Kimberly was no help as well as a manager and seemed to not know anything when asked, and extremely unprofessional. There were homeless people living in a garage unit here as well, wandering all around the apartment grounds since there were no working gates. They didn’t even do anything about the homeless people until it was reported by tenants! Beware this place! It was a complete free for all for them to wander by all the cars. Things are constantly broken or out of service, this “gated community” did not have working gates for more than 2 months out of the years of my time here, package room is not locked allowing things to be stolen by anyone walking the streets. The amount of packages I had stolen from this facility was very absurd. The parking situation is a total nightmare, trying to find a spot past 5 pm is near impossible! Many nights I had to park outside the facility and walk in the dark to my apartment due to their poor parking arrangements. While moving out, don’t expect to get your deposit back as they will charge you for tons of made up fees, and when you ask for a explanation of the fees they will have nothing to say. Also, they had incorrectly reported that I did not pay my rent one month when I have always paid on time, which led to a flag while applying to other apartments. This was left for months without my knowledge due to their mistake and took them months to fix! Worst place I have ever lived in my far, management and safety wise!

We love Clyde!

Clyde came through to fix our dishwasher tray which was rusted, a door hinge, and tightened up our ceiling fan. He is incredibly helpful and kind. He was super respectful of the fact that we also work from home and we’re taking meetings while he was here. Would love to work with him again!

Above and Beyond

We had several pipes break due to the cold snap. During the lowest temperatures of the year Clyde and the team came in and took care of the issues in a few hours and left the place in great condition. Thank you again for always being amazing!

Maintenance

We have been living at IMT Cherry Creek for 2 years now. Clyde is the absolute best!! I truly mean it! He cares so much about his job and the occupants... even more so about the pets. We have a rescue dog, that's old. Every time he see Clyde, he sits and never barks. Clyde took the time to get to know my dog. He is old and gets frightened easily by people. But Clyde, he goes out of his way to give him a treat. Our dog doesn't like strangers but, loves Clyde. Also, I have stopped him once. I put in a request in and haven't heard out about it for a day or so. My mistake for not marking it urgent. And, Clyde was more than willing to put me in his schedule. Even though my request was petty and needed a cabinet change. I have a busy work schedule and he still made time for me. I can't express my appreciation and gratitude for him and the IMT staff. Everyone is fantastic! They hear you out and repair quickly. I'm so appreciative of them. Would recommend this place to anyone who wants good service and knows that leasing and the maintenance people actually care!!!

Best maintenance man around

I've lived here for a long time and Bart is always consistent and always arrives in time when I need something done. He's great about working around my busy schedule and it makes my life easier knowing that if anything happens he's gonna make sure he fixes it fast and fixes it correctly.

Incredible experience!

Wonderful Staff

Property, gym, and swim areas are clean and up kept. Office staff is inviting and helpful. Maintenance is nice and engaging. Prices are competitive with surrounding apartments. With all apartments highly occupied (due to high interest rates) parking can be a bit tricky

Amazing Experience Touring

I’m new to the area and I recently did a tour at IMT at Cherry Creek on a two bedroom. The staff was friendly and the property was clean. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. I have been looking at a lot of places lately and the staff here was a breath of fresh air.

The grounds were very clean and the models so nice and spacious. I can see myself living here . I like the atmosphere and surrounding eateries. It’s by the king Sooners and makes life easier being so close to restaurants and grocery stores

Horrible, callous, hurtful office

I've lived here for over 10 years. I'm disabled and live on meager means due to difficulty working with my disability. My car broke down and a friend offered to help fix it; when it was done friday, I forgot to put the parking placard back in the car. The car was immediately towed. I went to the office the next day and they told me they won't help me, and that I should've had the placard in the car, and the fact that they had documentation that it was indeed my car and it did indeed belong in the lot, they were too callous, disorganized, and/or lazy to check their logs before summarily towing my car. I'm now without a car and unable to get it out of the impound. Living here has become a burden I can't afford and that has caused me immeasurable damage.

IMT Cherry Creek Maintenance is TOP NOTCH

We’ve had some issues that have come up in or around our apartment and maintenance is quick to address the issues and to answer our questions. Bart is by far the best maintenance guy we’ve ever had. Additionally, our pup loves him and always gets excited when he comes around. We’ll be renewing our lease here just a bit longer in part due to the awesome maintenance crew!

Exceptional resident care!

I’ve been living at IMT Cherry Creek for over 10 years now and never had a bad experience dealing with the management office. They are always nice, pleasant and treat me as their most important tenant. Maintenance services are exceptional - always prompt, always professional and never disappoints. Best place to live!

Renewed my lease today!

Going into my second lease with IMT at Cherry Creek. I love it here so much! It’s little far from my job but it’s closer to everything else in my life so it’s absolutely worth it. The staff is really awesome, too. I haven’t had any issues with maintenance but my neighbor said they are really good so I’m pretty confident that when I do need them it’ll be smooth. :)
