The community is in a great location with easy access to downtown and a lot of entertainment options, as well as having close access to the highway so I can get to the mountains quickly. The office staff did a wonderful job communicating about new rules and procedures during the COVID pandemic in 2020, and personally they've always been very friendly and responsive to any questions I've had, particularly when it comes to package delivery and parking. The maintenance staff is fantastic and quick to respond to requests and I regularly see them going above and beyond (like helping residents dig out of parking spots during the heavy spring storms we've been having). I'm very happy to be living here and I would recommend it to anybody.

Pros: 1. The maintenance staff is professional and friendly. Bart is great. 2. The location is nice - a short walk to Infinity Park, as well as King Soopers. Cons: 1. The building itself seems cheaply made. The walls are thin. The floors and ceilings are thin. If you want to hear your neighbor snoring at night, this is the place to live! There is no language in the lease that requires residents to put down rugs, so unless you're on the top floor, you will hear every step that your upstairs neighbor - and their dog - takes. (I have asked my upstairs neighbors to quiet down multiple times to no avail.) 2. About once a week, the back gate is broken and left open, so safety in this community is questionable. If you're going to live here, be sure to get a top floor unit. Otherwise, spend your money on rent elsewhere.

Awful experience at IMT so far. They have a gated parking lot which does nothing to protect you. The gates are constantly broken. My car was broken into while on premise. And even with a valid permit, my car was towed and I was responsible for all charges. Staff are rude when you bring issues to them. The grounds are dirty from pet waste that doesn't get picked up. Packages get left on the floor of their mail room, completely unprotected. Parking spots are much too small and there aren't enough spaces to park near your building. You often can't park and open your door without hitting the car next you. Rent is far higher than it the quality you should get for it. Not worth it. DO NOT LIVE IN THESE APARTMENTS!

By far my favorite apartment complex that I've lived in since I have moved to Denver. My roommate and I have just renewed our lease again, after living in the east side portion of the property for over a year. The location of the property is ideal. Several grocery stores and other retail establishments are within walking distance, including Target and who doesn't love a good Target!? The maintenance team is phenomenal, receiving requests and addressing the issues extremely fast! We absolutely loooove Katie, and go to her for any issues we may have! The staff and the other residents are amazing and would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for the best deal!

Do yourself a favor and check the BBB rating for this crap shoot of an apartment community. Not sure where to begin because we just keep having scenarios come up that make us absolutely regret signing a lease here. First of all, our upstairs neighbor has been deliberately stomping at literally all hours of the day and night, we've filed several complaints with the office to no avail.. They absolutely have not done anything to address the issue and they refuse to without having a security guard come in (IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT???) to have a 3rd party account of our complaint. Oh! The waterline burst in our ceiling, resulting in disgusting brown/yellow water spraying out of our ceiling, walls, electrical sockets, and lighting fixtures, coating and destroying several of our personal belongings. While this emergency was happening??? IMT was no where to be found. They offered absolutely no solutions, guidance, or assistance the entire night and literally never followed up to see how their 'valued residents' were doing after we SAVED THEIR PRECIOUS APARTMENT FROM COMPLETELY FLOODING AND DESTROYING ALL OF THE FLOORING. YOU'RE WELCOME, IMT. They also never offered to send in professional help to clean up the mess. Absolutely deplorable customer service. Their Property Manager Cassie (Cassandra) Wood, interrupted us several times and was incredibly defensive in the meeting we called with management (because they did not take the initiative to reach out to tell us what next steps are - you know, like moving out of this disgusting apartment).

Great place to live! Alex is very kind and helpful, answered all questions that I had. He does repairs in a very timely manner, had no heat and Alex knew what was wrong instantly and got it fixed! Amazing!

I love the location of the complex. Several grocery stores and retail establishments are within walking distance and my apartment is spacious and comfortable. This community is an unsafe, unstable one that will steal your money. Cliff is the worst maintenance worker in existence, he has no perception of residents needs and he ultimately makes this community even worse. He needs to be replaced, and this community needs new management

Horrible community. Robberies happen here regularly. Move here to be burgled. You will be a target of organized crime, and the management will do nothing about it. You can move here and guarantee to have your safety violated. IMT is a trash company and community.

I'd like to send a shout out to James, Kyle(s?) and several other IMT employees that resolved the issue I was having with our A/C. A family member has a disability and heat adversely affects their health. James & Kyle brought in a portable AC unit just hours after we voiced our concerns about the apartment temperature, and assured us the vendor would be out to help with a permanent solution ASAP. We appreciate your quick action and taking extra steps to help us out. Thank you!

We've lived here for almost a year, and so far we really like it! The office staff are really friendly (we always love when Grace is over here on the West side!), and the maintenance has been awesome with all of our requests we have sent in. Those guys are extremely prompt and very friendly- they are probably what is winning us over to renew another year!

I just moved in a few weeks ago and so far, everything is going great. The leasing management , especially Lizzy and Grace, are very friendly and accomodating especially for people like me who asks and calls them a lot for some information. Also, i had a noise coming out from the furnace and they fixed the issue right away. I like the apartment i have right now, it is spacious, clean, and has a good design flow. I have searched a lot of apartments and this is my home! Keep up the good work!

I have recently moved into the IMT Cherry Creek apartment. I am so happy to be living in such a nice community and love the apartment. Kyle Gates was our consultant and helped us through the whole process. He is wonderful and so personable. We needed some flexibility due to our circumstances and he accommodate all of our needs from start to finish as well as helping us with things that needed to be fixed once we moved in. He was very responsive to our emails and calls as well. I've never had a more pleasant experience. I am so happy to be a resident in this community!

My partner and I visited IMT Cherry Creek to tour. The apartment we viewed had great natural light and a spacious floor plan for the price. The appliances and amenities looked new and well-maintained. Our leasing consultant, Elizabeth, was professional, welcoming, and thorough with answering all of our questions honestly based on her experiences there. We're looking forward to moving in!

Great community! Nice, Quiet and very dog friendly! Right across the street from the Cherry Creek Trail; which is great for walking the dogs. Julie is the absolute best to work with, and will always make sure you're taken care of and feel at home!

I absolutely LOVE living at this property! I am on my second apartment here, and will stay here (happily) until I am ready to purchase my first house. I don't typically write reviews on things, however, with the "above and beyond" attitude this entire staff has, ESPECIALLY JULIE, I felt propelled to share my experience! For starters, from day 1 until current, this place has far exceeded my expectations and hopes for a place to call home. They answer maintenance requests/calls almost immediately... I have called 5-6 times over the two years, and they have shown up, and performed exceptional work that keeps my life and stay here running smoothly, in less than 8 hours from my initial call, and handled every situation with professionalism, and genuine compassion for my situation!! I have been absolutely blown away at the attention to detail, compassion towards MY life, and care they handle each and every issue I have encountered!! 11/10 OVERALL RATING FOR THIS PLACE!!!!

Since IMT has taken over as management, their has been small positive changes introduced with IMT for the better. In my experience the largest and most beneficial improvement have been the Maintenance staffing; Casey and his team has been more then Great., Very polite presentation and hard working team of people. More then anything else though, the maintenance/repair team is competent in their duties and executes the repairs needs with little trouble Thank you guys

My sister has lived here for the last 2 years and has had several problems. For the past week wasps have been getting in through her vents (she's been killing about 10 a day). The management said they fixed the problem by spraying a nest but the problem still continues. She is now forced to live with a friend until they get around to fixing the problem. The apartments have also had a lovely sewer smell for the past 2 months as something was wrong with that. Her air conditioning was leaking for a month. Maintenance takes forever and a day and just about everything has broken.
