Awesome location but could be better

We lived here at little cost to us as our company paid for us to live there. We had a one bedroom. It was small living space but a big bedroom. The kitchen was small and had room for about one person. The complex has a decent pool and spa and a couple gas grills that we used a lot. The workout center could be better, just a couple cardio machines and a dinky weight center. The complex has a lot of concrete and needs more livable outdoor space. I do like the concept of having a garage though. The staff was always great and helpful. The complex is close to the Cherry Creek trail so you can bike and walk/run with easy convenience. That was our favorite thing!!<br>

Okay place, but overpriced

Half of this complex is actually in Glendale, so the Cherry Creek name is a misnomer. It's an older property & the insides of the units are nothing special. I visited a friend at AMLI Lowry Park and fell over at how beautiful the interior of her unit was. (Did notice all the awful comments about AMLI, though, so I can't say anything about management). Sonata has been responsive and polite every time I've dealt with their staff. I just think their units are way overpriced, playing off the location.
