Feels Like Home!

This is a really cozy place with super friendly staff. I was hesitant about my move with the sudden life change, but Sarah put me right at ease, and I am so glad she did! Best decision I have ever made.

Outstanding Place To Live

I’ve lived at IMT Cherry Creek for three years, and I can honestly say that one of the highlights of my experience has been the incredible support and professionalism from our community manager, Shendell Vialpando. From day one, she’s been responsive, friendly, and genuinely invested in making this a great place to live. Whether it’s handling maintenance request promptly organizing community events, or just being available to answer questions. Her team goes above and beyond to make this a great place. I would recommend this community to anyone!

Great Place

We toured with Lydia a bit ago and ended up not needing to move but would’ve moved there if we needed it. The complex looked great and the apartment was just right and Lydia was super helpful and friendly.

IMT at Cherry Creek is lovely

IMT Cherry Creek is clean, quiet, and is filled with amenities. My son Chu-che Mermejo helps to keep the property looking clean, kept and inviting. I often visit him here and find his apartment spacious and modern. The neighbors are friendly and pets are quiet. I especially love the amenities and they are also located near a beautiful park and trail.

Love it here!

I love it here! The property is really well maintained and I love that they take care of the flowers. It really differentiates this place from others. All the staff are super kind and helpful + the people who live here are all friendly as well. I’ve been here for years and definitely would recommend to anyone.

I can’t wait to move in!

When touring this apartment, let me first say it was so welcoming and the unit I saw was so cozy I could really see myself in the space. The complex also has a pool and a gym which I appreciate. I can’t wait to host friends at the pool for summer. A big thing I look for when apartment hunting is also walkability since I don’t have a car and this neighborhood is great for that. Also shout out to Laura who showed me everything! She was super knowledgeable with all my questions and so professional.

My wife and I took a tour

My wife and I took a tour and were very impressed with the atmosphere and amenities. Laura was very helpful! This is to make 200 characters, who does that? Don't you want to make it as easy as possible for the customer to write a review, and anyone reading a review does not need it to be longer either. Wow 344 characters must be a good review!

Amazing experience

The staff was incredibly attentive and helpful from the moment we submitted our application! Sarah gave us a great tour, attended the inspection, and followed up a week after move-in to check in on our time here so far. My experience finding and moving into this apartment was better than any other place I’ve lived before!

Wonderful customer service, location and amenities

My husband and I were looking for an apartment and Laura showed us around. She was friendly, respectful, and listened to us. I'm was amazed at the amenities and the convenient location! It's close to shopping and the neighborhood is nice.

Warm welcome

I stopped by today without any appointment and Sarah finde the time to give me a guide tour around the units and the place. I like the 2 bed 2 bath unit, it have the room that I needed plus that a good welcome is always the right way.

Great place for dogs

I took a tour with Laura. The apartments are spacious for the price. Staff is really nice and seem to really like dogs. There's a dog park and two pools. The complex is also really large, so it'd be perfect for walks.

Lovely Community

Recently went on a tour with Lydia to look at 2 bedrooms, I'm not moving till December but just wanted to start looking. Lydia is super sweet and helpful, loved the community and all the amenities. Lydia told me all about how pet friendly they are and already made me feel welcomed!

My Experience

I've had a great experience living at IMT Cherry Creek. The maintenance team is excellent! They're always quick to respond and get things fixed right the first time. The office staff is very friendly and helpful, making sure any questions or concerns are taken care of. I also really appreciate how well they maintain the property the landscaping is always neat and beautiful, which makes it feel like home. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for a well-managed, welcoming community!

I have lived here at IMT Cherry creek for three years now. The office people are very friendly when I go in. The maintenance team is also amazing. You can walk to King Soopers Target Whole Foods etc.. I will also be renewing when my lease is up

LOVE THIS PLACE

I've really enjoyed living here for the last 5 years. The location is perfect—just minutes from downtown, which makes getting around super convenient. My apartment is comfortable and feels like home, and I especially love having access to the pool—it’s a great place to relax. My neighbors are friendly and great. Amazing Maintenance

Great Leasing Office Staff

The team in the leasing office is amazing. I think they are so helpful and professional with all of my questions or needs when something needs fixed. Kimberly has been very helpful in handling all of our financial questions and needs. She is always so kind, professional, and polite when I know it must be a difficult position to call folks about money questions or discrepancies. Lydia and Sara have helped field questions to maintenance many times and are always so helpful, polite, and professional. I really appreciate this team, both maintenance and office staff. Through our years here since 2009, we are most pleased with this team. Thanks, everyone!

Clyde recently did several small repairs. He’s always so kind and helpful. He went above and beyond coming back to correct the issue long term not just put a band aide on it. I appreciate all the help! Everything is working so much better! Also, I appreciate the patience with my two needy dogs demanding pets and “supervising”. ;-) Thanks, Clyde!

Wonderful maintenance team
