Upon moving into 360 H Street, its been a great experience so far. Commuting is great at this location, I'm close to Union Station and good bars and restaurants. Perfect for anyone who wants a taste of the city right outside your door.

    Maintenance was completed promptly and done well. Although it took a few fixes to diagnose the problem, each work order was responded to and completed in a timely fashion. I just moved in and am very satisfied.

        Maintenance has been good to work with. overall apartment is nice and i have enjoyed living here. sometimes it can be a little loud and the hallways are not the most kept up. would like to see a cleaning crew do more often rounds

          The apartments themselves at 360H are spacious and have lots of natural light. The amenities are definitely a bit outdated for the price point, but if you are looking to spend most of your time in the apartment or outside, it's a good option.

            This community has random issues all the time. Elevators not working, appliances randomly not working, random fire alarms in the middle of the night. I do not know if it is unique to this community, but it's one thing after the next.

              The quality of the apartment is pretty good in relationship to the price--especially compared to other apartments in the neighborhood. Being attached to Giant is unparalled--so conveinent! Be warned that the fire alarm may go off randomly at all times during the day. The walls are surpirsingly thick--we never hear our neighbors, so the only noise comes from H St.

                Overall, my experience living in this apartment community has been fairly positive with a few areas that could use improvement. The location is one of the biggest strengths. It's convenient to shopping, dining, and major roads, which made daily errands and commuting much easier. The grounds are generally well maintained, and the common areas are usually clean and presentable. When it comes to the apartment itself, the layout is functional and offers a decent amount of space for the price, with good natural light and adequate storage. Maintenance has been responsive. Requests were typically acknowledged quickly, and most issues were resolved in a reasonable timeframe, though there were occasional delays depending on the severity of the problem. The staff has been polite and professional during interactions, and communication regarding community updates or notices has generally been clear. Overall, this community is a solid option for renters looking for convenience and decent amenities, as long as expectations are realistic.

                  The apartment building as a hole is a decent place to live in a great location. Maintenance response is always quick and efficient. Management on the other hand is sometimes good and sometimes bad. There's been a lot of drama with the fire alarm system over the past year that in my opinion is unacceptable.

                      Concierge team and maintenance crew are great. Laundry machine was moldy from previous tenants and was replaced right away by maintenance crew. Freezer door was not closing right and within a day the maintenance crew replaced with a working one.

                        Office management staff could be more communicative. Would also like to see improved rooftop and gym. However, I like my apartment as they are large and it has great closet space. The maintenance staff always replies to requests quickly and the current weekday daytime/evening concierge staff are great.

                          The apartment is in a great location, with tons of restaurants and two major grocery stores nearby. If you take public transportation this location is extremely convenient. The indoor parking is also one of the cheapest in the area.

                                  The building has a faulty fire alarm system (either goes off frequently or someone is pulling the fire alarm) and it's not apparent what the property management is doing to address the issue. Residents have consistently asked for communication from the property manager, and we never get a response.

                                          I love it here! No complaints, staff and maintenance are so kind and go a great job of keeping things clean and organized.                                               Great location! The building is above a grocery store and across the street from a doctor's office and a dentist's office. There is access to public transportation and is a few blocks away from Union Station, a regional transportation hub.

                                                  I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to formally express my concerns regarding the unprofessional behavior exhibited by Asst. Manager Ms. Cook during my recent telephone interactions with her regarding the application process for the 360 Apartments in Washington DC. On January 10th, 2025 I received an email invite to apply, and submit ID, Paystubs, and Bank statements for the unit I viewed with Shana Shaffer. I uploaded those documents the same day. Today, January 15th. I received an email, (attached below thread) that didn't provide much information. I reached out to Ms. Cook for clarification on various aspects of the application process, including details about the denial , required documentation, and any additional steps I needed to take to ensure my application was complete and would be approved. Unfortunately, I found Ms. Cook's responses to be vague, and unhelpful with her condescending tone. She seemed disinterested in providing the necessary information and did not offer any advice, nor solution, absolutely nothing. I requested the hours of the property manager, she didn't know. But she knew the number to corporate! She stated " the documentation that I submitted was fraudulent". My bank statements, my passport, all of my government information was fraudulent".Im a fraud " This left me feeling frustrated and uncertain about my application status. I contract directly for the District of Columbia, and i was completely offended by her statement. I expressed to her, "that this has never happened before and that I currently have a favorable application at another property". What happen to employment verification? What happened to direct deposit verification with bank institution? As a potential resident, I believe it is crucial to receive clear and professional guidance throughout the application process. The lack of communication,and support from Ms. Cook not only hindered my ability to navigate the process effectively but also reflected poorly on Paradigm Management Company as a whole. I trust that you value professionalism and customer service as much as I do, and I hope that you will address this matter promptly. I am looking forward to your response and any steps you may take to ensure that future applicants receive the assistance they need. Additionally, I would appreciate the opportunity to discuss and provide and supporting documentation to a person. I don't not believe my documentation was adjudicated correctly.
