We love living at 360 H St. Apartments. Staff members are wonderful and very responsive to our needs. The building is centrally located and our neighbors could not be nicer. All in all, a marvelous experience.

A modern building with nice amenities and friendly staff, respectful neighbors, and well-maintained. We have lived here for five years and have had a good experience. The convenience of living above a grocery store has been a huge plus.

Great apartment. Friendly staff and neighbors, excellent rooftop, reasonable value. Apartments are nicely appointed. Staff are friendly, maintenance staff are extremely responsive. A bit noisy with windows open, but the noise disappears when the windows are closed and that's a function of living in a popular neighborhood. Overall we are very satisfied.

Beautiful new building with great amenities: gym, club room, courtyard and roof with gas grills and fabulous views! Apartments are modern, outfitted with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, very sleek. Location is close to many restaurants, Union Station metro (red line) and lots to do.

360 H St has become a true home for us. The building is conveniently located near Union Station, has a lot to do around it, and a grocery store below the building. The staff is beyond accommodating and helps with the home like atmosphere. We strongly recommend this building to all those that are new to DC. You won't be disappointed.

Great apartment with wonderful staff and amenities. I love the neighborhood - easy walking distance to Union Station and to many bars and restaurants. We moved in almost three years ago and have been happy being here, great neighbors and great space.

I would really like to see a few things added to the community to make it better for everyone. The building is nice and the floor plans are great, however some missing components really make this place fall short of "luxury" apartments. If we could get water in the gym, some barbells or a smith machine, the facility would be much more well rounded. Security is too much. Not having spare keys and requiring me to use my key seven times to go to the gym (never actually leaving the complex) is insane. There is also no place for pets to play. Considering the amount of outdoor space here, it would be nice to allow them into certain areas unleashed.

Very nice and safe, pleasant and family sense around the buildng. Excellent response for service related issues. Very friendly and mostly concerned with the well being of the residents. Pet friendly is also a plus! Highly recommend the apartments! Oh and no need to go far for groceries with Giant on ground floor.

I wish Paradigm and it's management team on site would take resident concerns regarding the storage area more seriously, instead of telling me that no one from Paradigm has the time to come on site to address issue. The storage units are filthy.

Overall it has been a great experience. Having the parking garage and the Giant Food Store are the major perks. Gym is awesome and club room as well. The roof is fantastic with great views of the Capitol. Safety is exceptional as well! Feel Safe

The building is conveniently located on H Street close to bus lines, 2 blocks from Union Station, and right along the new streetcar tracks. The grocery store on the first floor couldn't be any more convenient. The building and apartments are in great condition (clean, quiet, new). Maintenance is prompt and professional. The Leed certification means that apartments are well-insulated and energy efficient - keeping our electricity bill low. Our sense is that there are currently issues with the building's management, but our hope is that they are temporary. Absent these issues, we would strongly recommend the building.

I love living at 360 H Street. It is an amazing building with a top notch staff in one of the best neighborhoods in DC! I like how the building is convenient to shopping (Giant is on the first floor), entertainment, nightlife, and the history and beauty of DC. The rooftop has one of the best views of the city and there is always a lot going on in the building and the community.

Overall, my experience at 360 H has been very positive. The staff and concierge are all great. The location above the Giant Grocery is a nice perk that adds to the "value" of the apartment. The apartment walls are not soundproofed the best, but they are adequate.

The building is for the most part in good condition and lots of conveniences. Quality is inconsistent and staff is largely unresponsive to requests. Discounted rent is reasonable, but they get you elsewhere (parking, storage, pet dep/rent), etc.

Moved in almost a year ago to 360 H Street and have mostly been very satisfied. The staff clearly works to provide a pleasant living environment. My only complaint is broken glass near dumpsters behind the building, but I don't know if that is a building issue or is due to the trash collectors.

We love living at 360 H Street! Everyone has been incredibly helpful and friendly. The apartment is beautiful, the building is beautiful. We don't have a negative thing to say. It's going to be a great year living at 360 H Stree, and we would recommend it to anyone!

I would say that living at 360 H Street has been a wonderful experience. The staff has always been very friendly and helpful. The maintenance staff does a great job. The location is great with easy access to public transit and who does not love living above a grocery store.

Poor management makes immature decisions on behalf of residents. Bicycles are a low priority and cannot enter the garage through the car entry. The units conducive to having children except that the doors to the hallway have no soundproofing and there are few handicapped access buttons on doors to make stroller and bicycle access easier. Good points--nice residents, great concierges, clean building, safe access.

Great community; responsive staff; great location. No complaints! Moved here in August 2013 and haven't had any issues. The street can be noisy, but that is due to recent construction and general traffic (and having an exterior balcony).

Nice place rent is reasonable for the area. Building has a few common areas a rooftop with grills and tables. A courtyard with several seating areas. 24 hour concierge to take packages. Not a lot of storage in the apartment. Wasted space in the closet.

I have really enjoyed living in the building. The staff promptly fix maintenance issues and are very friendly. The building is also very dog friendly. I face the courtyard and it is very quiet. I also love the location--being above a Giant, on the X2, and very close to the red line and Union Station.
