Conveniently located in the up and coming NoMa neighborhood. Close to a variety of grocery stores, restaurants, and boutique shops. The complex is very pet friendly. Although its a newer building the construction is strudy in that you don't hear tons of outside noises. Very comfortable place to call home.

Pleasant staff, clean common areas, great location, all around good place to live. No major complaints. I really enjoy that it is a peaceful and quiet place in the middle of the city. It is a very convenient place to live.

The apartments are nice, clean, and in a great location. Maintenance and concierge were very responsive and I never had any real issues with management! Living on top of the grocery store is also pretty fantastic.

One of the cheaper options on H street. Basic amenities and style. Low quality appliances and hardware in the units. Location cant ge beat. Close to union station, h street bars, grocery stores, and capital.

I think the community is a great value for the location and amenities it provides. The customer service is satisfactory, and the building is in good condition. If the rent is not raised significantly, we plan to renew our lease.

Very positive experience. Neighbors are nice and the managerial staff and front desk are very useful. Great location. It's unfortunate that pet owners pay pet rent but don't get anything from paying except courtesy waste bags and treats. Since a pet is essentially another roommate it would be great to get something out of paying $50 a month (dog park or pet wash station).

360H is a great apartment building. The front desk staff is friendly and helpful, and so are the maintenance staff. The building is well kept. I have really enjoyed living in this building and have not experienced any issues.

Quiet, dog-friendly building with wonderful staff. The building is well kept and staff is quick to help when you encounter any issues. Great amenities including rooftop with a view and a quiet courtyard. Love it and will stay for a while.

360H is a very convenient (close to metro, above a grocery store) place to live. The building has a number of nice amenities (small gym, rooftop, lounge) while nothing too fancy. Maintenance issues are handled promptly when they arise. Overall, a problem-free and peaceful place to live.

I love my unit and am used to it, but it is very noisy. There is constant construction. I lost a gorgeous view after 2 years when a high rise was built across the street (owned by the same company that owns the building I reside in) yet the rent went up considerably. The leasing office staff is wonderful, but the front desk staff is often away from the desk and/or not helpful.

It has been a great experience so far. The location, parking availability, and Rec facilities have been wonderful! Front desk staff have been very helpful also. The only thing I would possibility like to add so far is 24 hour gym access.

Perfect for folks who want to live close to Union Station and other amenities (restaurants, bars, grocery, etc.). Good public transportation (Metro red line, X2, DC Streetcar, etc.) and walkable to Eastern Market and Union Market.

I just moved into 360H and I am in LOVE with my apartment. I would say the only drawbacks to this community are that there isn't a pool and you have to go down to the lobby to escort guests in, sort of reminds me of a college dorm. Otherwise I love it!

I love living in 360 H! My apt is clean, safe, and bright, and I love the location. I am glad I got in when I could because the neighborhood is changing consistently and I am happy to be right in the middle of it all!

I am not satisfied. The staff is helpful, and on the surface the community is nice. Inside however its obvious there was no investment in the quality of the materials. The community is not cheap so we shouldn't be paying for cheap materials!!

360 H st is a great, affordable apartment community with easy access to shopping, restaurants, bars and even the metro. Only complaints would be the loud noise on the street side apartments due to being so close to the street car stations. Otherwise, great option in the H St neighborhood!

Overall, this is a great place to live. The staff at the front desk are friendly, the common areas are clean, and the rooftop has great views. Be prepared for the rent to spike at renewal, though- the property manager ties the prices she offers to other properties in the area despite obvious differences.

I love living here. It is safe, clean and extremely convenient to everything I need. I am a single mom and I have a medium sized dog - the staff was so helpful in making my transition into this new place a success. The building is incredibly secure and so convenient to shopping, Metro, Bikeshare and activities for my son.

Moving to 360H is the decision I ever made. My apartment is spacious and has plenty of natural lighting in both the living room and the bedroom. The bathroom is my favorite room in the apartment. Huge mirrors and plenty of storage space. The rooftop is huge and neatly maintained. Looking forward to having dinner in the courtyard this summer. Overall rating 5/5!!

We love it! Convenient, clean and responsive. Great balance of amenities and price. Lots of other building nearby seem to have a rowdier crowd living in them. We have a good mix of ages in the building and our neighbors respectful of the property and eachother.

Its great community and the people are very friendly. But it is still a very professional and quiet community. The apartments are very nice and the staff does a good job of facilitating monthly events in the lobby that allow for the community to gather together.
