I love the great, accessible location to the metro, nearby restaurants and nightlife, grocery store and authentic neighborhoods. the residents and staff are very friendly. The amenities, from the gym to the rooftop and courtyard are fantastic! It's a great community feel at 360 Apartments.

I really enjoy the layout, amenities and convenience of location here. The staff is always friendly and very responsive to requests. Its especially nice for dog lovers. I am not thrilled by the automatic rent increases each year, and late night fire alarms onec in a while, but those are occasional inconveniences. It is a very comfortable, enjoyable place to live!

After spending hours and hours searching for apartments from afar, I settled on 360H. Looking for an affordable place in a good location was a challenge. The apartments are nice, the appliances are good, the finishing details are done right (it shows the professionalism of the staff). The building has its quirks, as does any, but the staff goes above and beyond to make it home. The gym is great, and the common space is just right. So far, so good. It is a block away from the back entrance to Union Station. The grocery store could not be more convenient, and there is a Walmart a few blocks away (if you are into that). There are also great food options within walking distance. There is some noise as the building is on H Street, but nothing too bad. I rarely hear my neighbors though.

The leasing office members are super nice and very accommodating. I needed an ASAP move in date and the staff worked diligently over the weekend so that the paperwork and unit would be ready for move in quickly. Units and common space are very clean.

Overall the staff is friendly, the spaces are clean, and the public areas are nice and relaxing. We love grilling on the roof with friends or just reading in the courtyard. We've looked at other apartment in the area and the square footage here is the biggest for the general price.

What can I say? It's a building filled with people old enough to have outgrown waking up in their own vomit every weekend, but young enough not to have moved out to the suburbs to breed. And it sits at the edge of a neighborhood that feels like a city and not like an extension of Arlington County.

360H is great! The convenience of living above a grocery store, near local businesses, restaurants, and bars is unmatched. And I can leave the apartment on my bike and within minutes I'm on the national mall, which brings a level of spectacle few places can offer.

A great, diverse and friendly community and staff, efficient and helpful, right in the center of the H street strip. iopgy p89ypb h]r09e]0-]9u056m 0w=8bmw695enmu59iub5897wyn9goh [0ptn0m90rrrrr580mubn50[wn8[03985n0bv9u5u6905e90b6n89s59 rupau

The experience has been very pleasant. The unit was very clean and everything was in working order upon move-in. Maintenance requests are handled promptly and the leasing office has always been able to answer any questions that have come up

I absolutely adore my apartment. Just signed up for another year. The staff is very friendly, and extremely helpful. They help make it feel like home. Location is excellent, as it is a short walk to Union station metro center and perfect for H street night life.

Overall good experience in the community; able to hear neighbors both above and next to apartment - think walls; front desk staff has been very helpful and friendly; elevators are often slow or only one is working; would be beneficial to be able to enter back in to external staircases with key fob

I've been living in 360H apartments for about 2 years now and I've been completely satisfied with my experience. The convenience of the Giant grocery store and many local restaurants has kept me living here. However the rent price is on the high side for an apartment building that doesn't offer a pool or a gym with more space to do exercises.

We have really liked living at 360H, it's well located, it's pretty and very well maintained. We live on the inside of the U of the buildling looking into the internal courtyard and so we get very little noise from the outside, though you can hear the neighbors every once in a while.

At first, this was a really small community and I felt lucky to be here. It's become less friendly. The first residents are beginning to move out, and find better rental deals or buy homes. I may move to a smaller, less expensive building or just buy a home myself. Part of the reason for this is that the building doesn't feel as new anymore. It's also expensive, and there have been many crimes in the neighborhood, including thefts in our own building. I don't trust that people who've stolen items from the building or broken in for other reasons can/will be kept out or apprehended.

Office staff is saccharine and unhelpful. RFID plastic keys prove to be annoying and avuncular and only a benefit to management. Rent is too high for area and quality of accommodation. Crime seems to have increased in neighborhood. Better value can be found elsewhere.

Overall, 360 H is a great building. We have been happy with the service and the amentities. There are just a few areas that could use some improvement. The grills need to be cleaned more often and the knobs need to be replaced. It would also be nice to get a new paint job inside my apartment. I have been living here for a few years and it needs new paint.

Great community events and fitness classes. Rent is high, but access to the grocery store is a huge plus. Beautiful roof, although not enough grills or chairs or umbrellas with shade. Most front desk staff don't even greet you when you walk in the door, with a few exceptions. I've never heard my neighbors, which is awesome.

The apartments are fairly new. The staff is wonderful. The location is great. Near a lot of good restaurants, grocery store, pet services, Walmart. Looked at many different places. Very happy we chose 360 H Street. Within 10 minute walk of Union Station. The area is pretty quiet.

The interior of the apartment building is very well maintained and my apartment looks great with up to date appliances and huge windows. The neighborhood is amazing and is within reach of all the DC area. Staff is very friendly and helpful too!

360 is safe, well-built, small enough to be fun and not at all impersonal, and couldn't be more convenient to the rest of the town. The rooftop is pleasant and provides a fun view of much of Washington.

Great location with loads of restaurants and bars. The building is great, noise level is low the staff is very helpful. The fact that you have an inside passage to the Giant makes things very vey easy when trying to get some last minute groceries in.

I have lived at 360H for 18 months and I am more than disappointed. The building is not secure and I have had several experiences with non residents getting to our floor, the concierge changes every day, the Property Manager is rude, the Regional Paradigm Manager is condescending, the quality of the appliances in apartment is fair, maintenance staff is incompetent. I do not recommend this building.

Be very careful of this apartment and its management. When we first moved into 360 H Street, we were assured by ----- a leasing agent, that the parking situation was resolved and residents could acquire Zone 6 parking. Maddie, another leasing agent, affirmed what Carl had previously told us. However, months later after updating my registration at the DMV, I discovered that 360 H Street is zoned for commercial, not residential. --------------- knowingly provided false information to us. They knew in April of 2014 that residents of 360 are not allowed to received Zone 6 permits and this occurred months after. What was most disappointing in all of this was the way in which ------, the property manager, and -------, her manager at Paradigm, responded. Instead of trying to work out a viable solution with the parking garage price, we were accused of being liars by both ------ and -------. We provided detailed conversations and a list of e-mails that occurred between the leasing office and ourselves as evidence. ------- initially said "he was not allowed to change the price of rent or parking." I informed him that we were aware of a similar situation at 360 and the tenants were offered reduced parking for one month. ------- rudely responded with "well, I can offer someone rent free for a year if I want, but for you I am choosing not to do anything." You can tell a lot about a place in their customer service and how management responds to issues and the way we were treated was completely unacceptable.

So far we have really enjoyed living at 360 H. All of our friends are impressed with our new digs. The layout is really great with the big island in the kitchen. We also have awesome capitol views from our balcony which is big news. Water pressure could be a little stronger in the shower in a perfect world.
