It's been a joy to live here -- absolutely seamless. Maintenance requests are responded to promptly. All the staff are professional and kind. The apartments are well isolated for sound. Highly recommend!

A good community and neighbourhood, good local services where I can walk to stores, restaurants, visit friends and works. It is really nice to see the community is helping animals and the environment.

I love my apartment the size of the apartments here are the best in the area and our office staff is so great and accommodating. I have never had a problem living here and love that I can rely on staff here to do what they are supposed to do. I 10/10 recommend this place to live!

We've only been here for a few days, but so far so good. Our unit is aesthetically pleasing and it was designed in a way that gives you options in terms of spacing and furniture placement. The appliances seem brand new and they all seem to be functioning so far. The community itself is well-kept, and the people who live here respect privacy and space. Meanwhile, the neighborhood is charming with lots of dining and shopping options. And you can't beat the location!

I moved in just a few days ago, so I can't give a fully nuanced rating just yet on how living here has been, but I do want to commend the staff for their professionalism, friendliness, and availability as I moved in. They not only made me feel very welcome, but they also took the time to address any questions and concerns I had. I feel assured that if I have any issues, this staff would do their best to address them and fix them as soon as possible.

The location of 360H including proximity to the metro, multiple grocery stores, gyms, bars and restaurants make it a wonderful find and great value. The concierge staff are always helpful and kind. The building amenities are well kept and never over-crowded, allowing residents to really take advantage of the common spaces available to us. The building cleaning crew has been amazing during COVID-19 and residents have been courteous and compliant with all protocols.

I recently moved to 360 H Street and my experience thus far has been amazing. The building is clean, and well run. The front desk is 24 hours and I'm always met with a smiling face and a "Good Morning". I love that 360 doesn't have that "hotel vibe" so theres a real sense of community unlike alot of the neighboring properties. The Staff especially Tim ( Asst. Property Manager) have made the entire process very easy and stress free. From the time I entered 360 for a tour to move-in day he was so friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Thanks Tim!

A fantastic building--clean, safe, well-run. It's not so big that you feel lost or ignored. It's solidly built so there's very little to be heard between apartments. The convenience can't be beat--two blocks from Union Station (and thus National Airport), with bars, restaurants, and food stores close by, and walking distance from the Capitol, the Mall, and most of the Smithsonian.

Beautiful apartment in a great location! You get the amenities and features of a newer apartment building, but for a reasonable price. The unit itself is spacious compared to other apartments in the price range. Right above Giant and walking distance to Whole Foods.

We have lived here for almost four years. The apartment is great, the staff is wonderful, the maintenance staff is fantastic. I have underground parking and a grocery store on the first floor. It's a great place to live.

360 H is an excellent location with basic amenties. I like that the building is fairly new so the apartments do not have the wear and tear that other buildings show signs of. However, rent in this area is high, which is unavoidable.

Overall I've had a good experience living at 360H. The front desk and maintenance staff are friendly and professional. The building and grounds are kept clean and I've only had one minor maintenance issue in my apartment in 2+ years. The primary down side is the amount of rent increase each year.

It's been a very clean, quiet, and pleasant place to live. We really like that we get what we want without unnecessary, costly frills. It's also dog friendly. The staff are very helpful and responsive whenever we need something.

Management and maintenance have been responsive and address issues in a timely manner. Rent has increased a reasonable/unshocking amount each year I have lived in the building. The building isn't the flashiest/newest on the street but it's a nice place to call home. Overall no complaints living here.

I have lived here for nearly 6 years. It's been a great community to live in. I've lived in more than one unit in this building (different layouts) and it's been great. I plan on staying here until I'm able to purchase something for myself.

It has been great, we like the staff and they are friendly. The building is also well maintained. We have lived in the building since 2013 and haven't had any major problems with our apt or the building in general.

I've liked living in the building a lot. Things work well, common areas are clean, it's not too busy or loud, the gym has good equipment, and the outdoor areas are really nice and pleasant. Also a great location.

Apartment is a good value for the money. The unit finishes are definitely at the lower end of any building built in the last 15 years in DC but it's cheap. I had a great balcony which made up for any of the issues interior, was also on the top floor which helped.

Nice and friendly concierge staff, helpful leasing agents, quick turnaround on maintenance requests. I only moved in a few months ago, but I have enjoyed my experience here. The complex is relatively quiet and well-maintained.
